The Greatest Killer by Far
We often see or read in the media about great catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, crashes of various kinds on land, sea, or air, famines and great health pandemics, even economic failures, taking many lives. While these things that happen are very bad, together they faint almost into obscurity, when compared with mankind's unbelief in God and His word. Not to know about God's word, is disastrous. To be in a fellowship or church where God's word is wrongly divided or poorly taught, is spiritually catastrophic. However, the greatest killer, is when people hear God's word, the Bible, and then won't obey it, but rather reject it. This leads people to eternal damnation. It is by far the greatest killer of human beings.
Unbelief in Jesus' Word
Matthew chapter 13 verses 57 and 58 tells us about the incredible amount of unbelief, that Jesus the Son of God, encountered in ancient Israel. The majority of the people in His hometown of Nazareth, where He grew up, refused to believe in Him. They had heard of and even witnessed some of His mighty miracles. Jesus made a very stunning point. A prophet or visiting minister can be given great acceptance or honour in a far away place, but receive little or no honour where they were born or raised. It is the same person but they are not considered very highly in their own community. We find in Jesus' hometown of Nazareth, He could do very few miracles, particularly of healing. Why was this so? The tragedy was their great unbelief. Jesus was not regarded greatly in Nazareth. It is the same unbelief and disregard for God and His word that takes millions of souls to hell, each year. By comparison, a much smaller number have real belief in Christ's atoning power. Therefore the number of people that are forgiven of their sins and are able to inherit eternal life, is so small. It is the greatest tragedy in all the earth, by far.
Little Faith; Little Power
In Matthew chapter 17 verses 18 to 20 we read that Jesus was upset with the lack of believing faith even in His own disciples. There was a young man who was controlled by a demon. Jesus rebuked the demon and the boy was healed, at once. The disciples then asked the Lord why they were unable to cast out the demon. Jesus replied that it was because of their lack of faith as well as their lack of confidence in the power of God. Jesus told them that if they had only had faith as big as a mustard seed, one of the smallest of all seeds, they would have been able to say to their mountain, of doubt and unbelief, to be removed and it would have done so. Everything must be according to God's word and purpose, and healing certainly is so. If they had truly believed God's word, they would also have been able to cast out the demon.
Signs of Believers
Jesus gave the great commission to go into all the world and preach the gospel of salvation, to all creation. This we read about in Mark chapter 16 verses 15 to 18. This commission remains the same for all born again believers, today. All who believe the words of God's word, the Bible will be saved from the penalty of God's anger and righteous judgement and a final destiny of everlasting hell. Those who don't believe, are condemned already. They will not be saved but will have their final destiny of hell. All of God's truly born again, blood bought children, will be given signs identifying them as God's children. All believers are given the ability to cast out demons and they will be baptised in the Holy Spirit, with evidence of speaking in tongues. They will not be afraid of poisonous creatures, whether natural or demonic. No poisonous or deadly drink will harm those who believe. They will lay hands on those who are sick and they will recover. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. I am cleansed and washed by the blood, shed on the Cross of Calvary, by Jesus Christ and the water of God's word. I have repented and am forgiven of all my sins and I have inherited eternal life. Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

<![CDATA[Don't be Fearful-Part 2 -25th Nov '21]]>Thu, 25 Nov 2021 01:16:51 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/dont-be-fearful-part-2-25th-nov-21Picture
Fear Has Gone
Christians must not have a feeling of slavery to sin, leading to God's judgement. This we read about in Romans chapter 8 verse 15. We believe God's word and our fear is gone because we have been adopted as His own children. We call God our Father and we have our peace in Him and our joy is full, as a result. There is no condemnation nor must there be any fear, to those who are in Christ.
Paul's Conflict and Comfort in Macedonia
When Paul arrived in Macedonia, with others, their bodies had no rest and there was oppression on every side. Satan did not want Paul's work to succeed, in Macedonia. We find out about this from 2 Corinthians chapter 7 verses 5 to 7. They had conflicts and disputes with people and situations from outside, which also caused fear and dread in their inner beings. However, as He also does with us, the Lord comforted and encouraged them. The Lord comforts all who are disquieted and distressed, if they allow Him to do so. God also sent a comforter in the form of Titus. He encouraged Paul with good news about the longing of the people for their fellow Christians and their personal mourning of their own sins. Titus encouraged Paul and supported him and Paul then rejoiced in spite of his adverse circumstances.
Fear the Lord
Colossians chapter 3 verse 22 tells us to have a healthy ,enlightened fear of the Lord. We are to be diligent and obey our earthly masters; those we work for. We must have a heart to be competent and to please other people. However, above all, our deepest motive must be to be to bring honour and glory to the lord. If we truly fear the Lord we will not grumble against those, who we diligently serve.
No Christian Should Fear
We are well equipped by the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit and God's word, the Bible, to constantly overcome and defeat the flesh, the world and the devil. This we learn from 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 7. All Christians should not have a spirit or inner person of timidity, cowardice or fear. Our God has given us a spirit of power, the ability to carry out His will and purposes. He has also given us a spirit of love so that we can love the Lord with all our heart, with all our mind and with all our strength and therefore love all those people who come across our path in life. As well, God has given us a sound mind. This is a mind which can think and understand godly thoughts as well as thinking logically and practically ,in all the work efforts and circumstances of life. We have sound judgement and personal discipline. We can be well balanced and self controlled, in both personality and character.
Perfect Love Casts Out Fear
1 John chapter 4 verse 15 gives us the perfect antidote, for all born again Christians, in regard to fear. There is no fear in love, this is the true love that emanates from God the Father. We are to habitually, as our constant habit, keep God's commandments and precepts. These commandments and His precepts are not difficult to keep, because the Holy Spirit, indwelling God's children, enables them to keep His commandments. As a result, they are able to love God and love other people. They are willing to care and help others, even before themselves. Consequently, their love is able to cast out fear and reveal to everyone, God's amazing love and care for His creation.
Christians Are Cleansed from Doubt and Fear
If you are born again; if your sins are washed away by Christ's shed blood on Calvary's Cross; if you have inherited eternal life with the Lord; why should you worry? No Christian should doubt or worry! Those who are not forgiven but still carry their burden of sin guilt and shame and their eternal destination remains hell, instead of heaven; then those people should fear God's just judgements on sin and righteousness. Jesus is the only way for forgiveness and eternal life. Today you have your opportunity to be forgiven; tomorrow may well be too late. Don't miss out, like the majority of people, over the past two millennia.
No More Fear
Isaiah chapter 41 verse 10 tells us not to fear anything, for the Lord is with us. Our God will strengthen us and will constantly take hold of us and help us, with His righteous right hand. Jesus is your only way out of this world's misery and mess. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Don't Be Fearful - Part 1 - 22nd Nov '21]]>Mon, 22 Nov 2021 05:35:10 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/dont-be-fearful-part-1-22nd-nov-21Picture
You Must Not Be Fearful
Christians must be fearful for they fear, honour and respect, as well, and love the only person that must be feared, namely, the almighty God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Fear is really the opposite of love. Only those people who truly love God and other people, are really able to escape the bondage of fear. Only two things in life actually unite people. These two things are fear and love. Fear is the way of the world, the flesh and the devil, while love for God and for other people is God's marvellous unifying force. We have to choose in life which of these two pathways we will follow.
We Must Fear Our God
We must never be fearful of witnessing to other people concerning God's salvation and forgiveness, of the sins of those who are willing to receive His abundant mercy and forgiveness. Proverbs chapter 29 verse 25 reveals to us the tremendous fear of not being accepted by other people. It is a snare. We know that the whole world lies under the deception of the evil one, Satan. People, without Christ, are fearful. This fear fuels antagonism for all that is righteous and holy. Our task is to overcome the fear engendered by the world, the flesh and the devil and share God's redemptive love to all who are lost. We overcome this fear by putting our whole trust and confidence in the Lord and His word, the Bible. In doing so the Lord will uphold us and provide for our safety.
Fear God Then You Will Fear Nothing Else.
If you fear the Lord you need not fear anything else. You do not need to fear any lack or any illness or any relationship or any work problem that comes your way. All you need to do is commit every situation or circumstance to Him. He will see you through and give you victory in every area of your life. Never be fearful, only believe God's word. Those who do not trust the lord will have great problems in their life and in their families. Ecclesiastes chapter 8 verse 13 tells us that those who do not love the Lord will not be like Hezekiah's life, which was spared for fifteen years. This can happen to those who do not fear nor regard God and His ways. Their lives may well be cut short. God promises length of days to those who trust in Him.
Fear Not!
We learn from Isaiah chapter 35 verse 4 not to be anxious and panic stricken, in our heart, which is our spirit. We are to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. You must be strong in the Lord, against all the wiles and schemes of the flesh, the world and the devil. God will come with His vengeance to execute judgement, on all who afflict His children. Retribution will come upon the ungodly but the Lord will save His own. Keep on learning, reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying God's word to all your circumstances and His victory shall become your victory, in Him.
Don't Fear; Only Believe
Jesus and the disciples were in a boat crossing the Sea of Galilee. Suddenly a storm rose up and the disciples became afraid. We read about this incident in Matthew chapter 8 verses 24 to 26. Jesus was sleeping and His disciples awakened Him. Jesus rebuked them for their lack of faith, and then silenced the roaring winds and the waves. A wonderful calm and peacefulness descended on the scene. We must believe His word when crises arise in our life. We must become like Jesus and use His faith filled words to stem any storm in relationships, health or lack in our own situations, as they occur. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Great Escape - Part 2 - 18 Nov 21]]>Thu, 18 Nov 2021 03:41:10 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-great-escape-part-2-18-nov-21Picture
Don't Be a Pharisee
The Pharisees were a self righteous group that wielded considerable political and religious power in Israel, before the destruction of the Temple, in 70 AD. They were essentially those leaders who were religious hypocrites. There are many people who call themselves Christians in the world today, who are also in the same boat, denying God's word and they are no more saved than the fictional, man in the moon. In Matthew chapter 23 verse 33 we read about one of the many spiritually revealing comments that Jesus made about these self righteous hypocrites. The Lord called them serpents or snakes from lying backgrounds. He asked them the question: How could they escape hell? They neither cared about God's word nor obeyed the Lord, but rather taught their own rules and regulations. They regarded and kept man made ideas and taught them as doctrine, rather than keeping God's commandments. These people were hell bound!
Don't Judge Others
No person has a right to judge and condemn others. We read about this in Romans chapter 2 verses 1 to 3. By judging others we actually condemn ourselves. Many people judge from a position of arrogance or self righteousness. God's judgement is just and true. Those who judge and condemn others are often guilty of practising the same things, themselves. Those who condemn others but do not obey God's word and seek His righteousness, will not escape God's judgement and His perfect verdict on our thoughts, speech and actions. Let each of us get in line with what God's word tells us, rather than condemning other people.
God Always Provides a Way of Escape
We learn from 1 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 13 that no temptation of the world, the flesh or the devil that has enticed us, in not uncommon to all human beings. God is faithful and compassionate and will not allow us to be tempted beyond our ability to resist. Always He makes for His children, a way out or means of escape. This means you will be able to resist the temptation and overcome it. Quote God's word over every temptation and let the Spirit of God make plain your way of escape.
No Escape for the Wicked
We are told in 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 3 that there is no escape, from the judgement of the Lord, for those who will not repent. People think they are safe but when God allows destruction to come, it is very sudden and can be without warning. It is like a woman travailing in labour pains, with a child; they will absolutely not escape. Be ready for the coming of the Lord draws near!
Don't Ignore God's Escape Plan
All who will not heed God's miraculous way of escape, through Christ's shed blood, will be destroyed in hell. This we learn about in Hebrews Chapter 2 verse 3. We must not ignore God's way of redemption. It is through the gospel of the new covenant or testament, that we escape. Jesus spoke about this and it was authenticated by all who heard Him, directly or through His word, the Bible. This witness has continued constantly, down through the last 2,000 years and is believed on by millions of His children, today. Don't ignore God's great salvation way of escape!
Israel didn't Escape
Israel, of old, was warned to repent and turn back to the Lord. We learn of this in Hebrews chapter 12 verse 25. They did not listen of take notice of God's warnings, through His prophets. Most refused to obey the directions of all those sent by the Lord. Israel was eventually destroyed, when the Romans plundered the Temple. Today we must not harden our hearts but listen to words of godly men and women. It may be from a pulpit, it may be on television or internet or through friends or acquaintances or even through reading godly books. Listen and repent as the Holy Spirit convicts you of sin, righteousness and judgement. Those that truly listen and follow God's ways, will surely make the great escape from darkness to light and from being hell bound to eternal life with the Lord. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Great Escape - Part 1 -15th Nov 21]]>Mon, 15 Nov 2021 03:11:03 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-great-escape-part-1-15th-nov-21Picture
Escaping from Bondage
To escape from slavery, bondage or from persecution, starvation or warfare or disease has been a desire of mankind, down through the ages, ever since sin entered God's creation. To escape means you can be free from the oppression destroying your life, at that moment. As a a young man I remember seeing a well acclaimed movie, entitled The Great Escape. Prisoners of war in the Second World War, tunnelled underground to get free from their imprisonment. Some men managed to escape to freedom, many were recaptured and a few, who resisted arrest, were shot. Our freedom from sin and the unrighteousness of this world, is a complete escape for all, who repent and put their trust in Jesus and His shed blood. They receive forgiveness of their sins and inherit the free gift of eternal life.
Lot's Escape from Sodom
We read about Lot's escape with his family, from Sodom, in Genesis chapter 19 verses 15 to 17. Angels urged Lot to flee with his family, from the sexual degradation that was Sodom. Sodom and Gomorrah were about to be destroyed, for their wickedness. Lot hesitated and lingered so the angels then took hold of his hand and the hands of his wife and two daughters. The Lord was merciful to Lot and his family because of his cousin Abraham's sake and Lot's own righteousness. Outside the city the angels told them to escape with their lives and not to look back on what lay behind. They were not to stop in the valley but to escape to the mountains of Moab or else they would all be destroyed. The same strong advice is given to all who are stuck in the world, today and are dominated by the world, the flesh and the devil. You can escape by repenting of your sins and seeking God's forgiveness, through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and God's word. Don't hesitate but seek forgiveness, this very day.
David Escapes King Saul
We find David of Israel, seeking escape from the constant harassment by King Saul in 1 Samuel chapter 27 verse 1. David knew that if he didn't find a way of escape that one day, Saul would find him and kill him. He decided to escape to the land of his enemies, the Philistines, believing Saul would then stop pursuing him. So David went and lived with Achish, the King of Gath. It was, however, only a temporary escape. Sometimes, we only need a means to get away from it all, but escaping to those people or things that would desire to harm us in the long run can not be a permanent escape. All those who remain true to God and His ways, have an everlasting escape from evil.
God Provides a Way of Escape
Esther, who was a Hebrew, became a queen of Xerxes the Great in Susa, the ancient Persian capital, was also in danger from the scheming prime minister Haman. We gather this information from Esther chapter 4 verse 13. Haman hated the Hebrews, and in particular, Esther's uncle, Mordecai. Her uncle asked Esther to make a plea, to the King, on behalf of her Hebrew people, lest they be destroyed by Haman. Esther had not been able to have an interview with the King, for the past 30 days. Eventually against the Kings commands, she went into the King's presence and stated her case and she and the Hebrews were saved and escaped and Haman, the perpetrator of evil, was hanged on his own gallows. God always finds a way of escape, for His children, when they call out to Him and don't try to do things, their own way.
How to Escape Immorality
King Solomon was wise, but a womaniser However, it appears in his older years that he had learnt much from his mistakes, as a younger King. We read about this from Ecclesiastes chapter 7 verse 26. Solomon acknowledged that sexual sins had been a major reason that he had been drawn away from God. He regarded the allurement of immoral women, as being highly destructive to a moral character. He regarded immoral women as more destructive with their snares and nets, even than death. Their hands brought men into captivity. However, those who loved God are able to escape the depravity of immoral relationships. How is this possible? Every day, learn and read God's word, meditate upon it and confess and apply it to all attempts by Satan, working through immoral people, to seduce you. As well, listen carefully, to the Holy Spirit's directions and obey them. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Forgiveness and Remittance- Part 2-10th Nov 21]]>Wed, 10 Nov 2021 05:18:54 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/forgiveness-and-remittance-part-2-10th-nov-21Picture
John the Baptist Was the Forerunner
We read in Mark chapter 1 verse 4 that John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance from sins. People were to be forgiven and have their sins remitted or cancelled. People were required to change their old way of thinking and living. They were to turn away from sin, seeking God and His righteousness.
Peter Urges the People to Repent
Peter tells the people of their need of repentance in Acts chapter 2 verses 36 to 38. Jesus is both Lord and Christ—the Messiah and the Anointed One. The people had crucified their Saviour and Redeemer. They were cut to their hearts with remorse. What were they to do, now ? Peter told them to repent and change their old ways of thinking and sinning. Everyone who has and is and ever will be, must come to the Lord and repent. They were to be baptised in the name of Jesus for the forgiveness of sins and then they would be endowed with the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Everyone Who Truly Believes Is Saved.
The Old Testament prophets testified concerning the Messiah to come. We read about this in Acts chapter 10 verse 43. It is in the name of Jesus and no other that those who repent are forgiven of their sins and gain eternal life. These people believe in Him and trust Him for every portion of their life. They accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. His children pray to and worship Him and obey the Holy Spirit's instructions, on a daily basis. They learn, read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word, each day, so that they can become more like Him. This is called ongoing sanctification in Him.
Jesus Has Remitted Our Sins
Romans chapter 3 verses 23 to 26 informs us that the Father displayed Jesus before the eyes of the world, as their life-giving sacrifice of atonement. Jesus has been enabled by the Father, to reconcile mankind to His Creator God, through faith in Jesus' name and His word. His righteousness, through His sacrifice and shed blood on the Cross of Calvary, became the mercy seat for mankind's eternal salvation. In His forbearance, He passed over or remitted all of the sins, previously committed by each person, that repents. These sins are not held against them, anymore, for all who have faith in Jesus and His word, the Bible. They have in Christ, actually overcome the flesh, the world and the devil. Jesus is the One who justifies or makes holy, all those who repent and put their whole faith in Him. It is the blood of Jesus that remits our past sins and cleanses us.
Forgiven and Forgotten
What a wonderful promise is given to each believer in Christ, in Hebrews chapter 10 verses 16 to 18. God has made a blood covenant with His children. He imprints His laws on their spirit through the Holy Spirit's indwelling each believer. God has declared that all their sins and lawless acts He will remember no more. Their previous sins are remitted and will no longer be held against them. They are eternally, free. No more offerings for sin, need to be made. The Christian is free, indeed. Satan can come with an idea or picture of former sins and try to get you to remember them. However, you know you are free. Never forget it! Bind up Satan and His evil activities against you and he will flee in terror from you. Remember he's a tricky, deceitful character and will try to come back and influence you to remember past faults and failures, at a later date. Be ready and always cast him out, whenever he tries to come back. Never listen to him or his demons, for you always have the victory, in Christ.
Free Forever More
We read in Hebrews chapter 7 verse 22 that our total absolution from sin, is through the shed blood of Jesus.. You are forgiven and free. When you do think, say or do something wrong, always repent as quickly as possible. Give Satan no platform or power to afflict you. As a child of God you have had all your past sins and trespasses remitted; that is cancelled and forgotten. When you do sin as a believer, repent immediately and the blood of Jesus Christ will cleanse you from all iniquity and sin, no matter what! Without He, having shed His blood, we would have no remission or cancellation of our sins. Thank God, we have remission for evermore! You are forgiven and free. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Forgiveness and Remittance -Part 1- 8 Nov 21]]>Mon, 08 Nov 2021 03:19:46 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/forgiveness-and-remittance-part-1-8-nov-21Picture
God's Children Are Forgiven
If you are a child of the living God and have repented of your sins, you are forgiven. Not only are you forgiven but all your past sins are remitted. They are completely washed away by Christ's shed blood. Even better they are forgotten by God. In Matthew chapter 18 verses 23 to 27 we read about the servant who owed his master 10,000 talents. This was an inconceivable sum for anyone to repay. The value of one talent amounted to a slave's wage of fifteen years. However, the slave pleaded with his master about his debt and his master forgave him all, just as Christ forgives us all our debt. If we sin at any time, as a Christian, we must ask God for forgiveness from whatever sin of thought, speech or action, that the Holy Spirit brings to our attention. In doing so the sin or sins of that particular moment or day, is forgiven and forgotten. Repentance for a new believer or an older saint is absolutely essential if we desire to really live a godly life and please our Father in heaven.
Always Forgive
We are informed of the absolute importance of forgiveness and our willingness to forgive in Matthew chapter 6 verses 14 and 15. Jesus tells His disciples they are to forgive other people their foolish and even their wilful trespasses so that their Father in heaven can also forgive them their trespasses. It is a heavenly requirement to forgive, even unintended sins. We must never hold a grudge against any person. For Christians, it is always possible to forgive because the Holy Spirit enables us to do so. We are continually being cleansed by Christ's blood throughout our earthly life, but we must also repent of our sins and forgive others' theirs. In Acts chapter 26 verses 17 and 18 Paul tells King Agrippa of the desire of God to release both Jews and Gentiles from the power of Satan. The eyes of all people who are willing to believe, were to be opened so that they could turn from the evil ways of darkness, to the light of God's amazing gospel. They were to receive forgiveness of their sins and then be released from the effect of those sins upon them. Then they were to receive God's inheritance of eternal life by being sanctified and made holy by faith in Jesus Christ.
Keep Forgiving Other People
We learn much about our daily duties towards each other from Colossians chapter 3 verses 13 to 17. We are to be gracious in our attitude towards other people, being willing to forgive them, no matter what the situation. Our true duty is to forgive and not complain about others. Let the peace of Christ be the controlling factor in your relationships. Christians are called to be peaceful and loving people. Our only battle is overcoming Satan and his demons, by the blood of the Lord and the word of our testimony, founded upon God's word. Each day God's word is to be learnt and read, meditated upon, confessed and applied to all our situations in life. We are also to admonish and train other Christians with the word of God and the Holy Spirit's revelation knowledge. Besides the spoken word, we also fellowship with each other and worship the Lord with His wisdom and with hymns and spiritual songs. We must also be grateful and thankful for His goodness towards us. Whatever we do, it must be in the name of the Lord Jesus. In so doing we crush the power of the world, the flesh and the devil.
Walking in the Light
I John chapter 1 verses 7 to 9 tells us how we are to live the Christian life. We are to live as Jesus lives, every day, not just on Sunday or when it pleases us. If we walk in His light we have unbroken fellowship with each other and with the Lord. The blood of the Lord Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sins, by erasing its presence and keeping us cleansed. If we refuse to admit we have no sin, then we lie and walk in darkness and the truth is not in us. If we admit and confess our sins, as believers, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us continually, from all our unrighteousness. That is our wrong doings and everything that is not in conformity with God's word and purposes. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Seek to Be Led by the Holy Spirit -Part 2 -4/11/21]]>Thu, 04 Nov 2021 02:52:39 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/seek-to-be-led-by-the-holy-spirit-part-2-41121Picture
Living in the Spirit
Christians must not keep on living in the flesh controlled by a sinful nature, but rather give heed to the Spirit of God, in their recreated spirit. This we learn from Romans chapter 8 verse 9. We must obey the Holy Spirit and allow Him to guide us. If you are not born again then the Holy Spirit does not live in your spirit. Those that are born again, most definitely have the Holy Spirit, indwelling their spirit.
Walk By the Spirit of God
It is so important for God's children to walk according to the Spirit of God. They need to desire to be willing to hear what God has to tell them, about every aspect of their life. Listening to the Holy spirit will enable us to avoid dangerous pitfalls and traps and live a life of peace and joy. Romans chapter 8 verse 14 tells us to allow ourselves to be daily led by the Spirit of God. Those who do so prove that they are true sons and daughters of God. How important that each Christian walks consistently according to the ways of the Lord. If you feel a red light or alarm in your spirit then, whatever the situation, obey the Holy Spirit so you can successfully overcome the flesh, the world and the devil and not partake of evil ideas or actions.
Hear God's Voice
In Isaiah chapter 30 verse 21 we are told to hear the voice of the Lord. We will hear a voice behind us saying that this is the way to walk, whether to the right hand or to the left. The Holy Spirit is your teacher and will always tell you what is the right thing to do in every situation you face. If you call unto the Lord He will always answer you. It is important to listen to your inner voice and not your mind. The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth concerning yourself, your family, your ministry, even various aspects of government and financial attitudes and laws and your relationships with other people.
Worship God in Spirit and in Truth
We can only truly worship God through our inner person or spirit. Our mind and our emotions can be involved but only our spirit can connect us with God. John chapter 4 verse 24 tells us that God is a spirit and all those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.
The Holy Spirit Searches the Deep Things of God
According to 1 Corinthians chapter 2 verses 10 to 12 God has prepared mighty and marvellous things, for His children. This is revealed to our spirit by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit searches the deep things of God and reveals them to our spirit who reveals them to our mind. Only our spirit can know our deep thoughts and motives just as the Holy Spirit knows and reveals the thoughts of God ,to our spirit.
Learn From the Holy Spirit
It is so important that each Christian ask questions and listens to the answers from the Holy Spirit. He is our Comforter and Counsellor, who will give us complete peace of mind as well as perfect instructions for us to follow, no matter what the cause or need! We must always be obedient to the Holy Spirit's directions. Daily, we must train our spirit to do what the Holy Spirit tells us. As we feed our spirit, on the word of God, we will have a greater desire, and understanding of how to do so. Be constant every day and God's wonderful love and grace and spiritual understanding and knowledge, will be your portion. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Being Led by the Spirit -Part 1 1/11/21]]>Mon, 01 Nov 2021 03:30:51 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/being-led-by-the-spirit-part-1-11121Picture
You Must be Led by the Holy Spirit
Every child of God can be and must be led by the Spirit of God. All born again Christians have the Spirit of God living in them and are able to communicate with God, through their own spirit. Unfortunately, many Christians fail to contact God, through their spirit but try to contact God and listen to God, through their mind. We can only hear God's voice and speak to God, through our recreated spirit, who is and can be in contact with the Holy Spirit indwelling us. It is so very important not to be led by your mind or your emotions, but only by the Spirit of God. If we are obedient to what the Holy Spirit tells our spirit, then we will avoid most of the great pitfalls of life, that encumber the world and many Christians, as well.
Our Spirit Contacts the Holy Spirit
Such amazing information we read from Proverbs chapter 20 verse 27. Our spirit is the candle or light of the Holy Spirit. It is our conscience. Our spirit is able to be in contact with the Holy Spirit. Our spirit is our inner person or being. It is the real you. This is the person that lives forever. Our spirit is either reborn and is able to live with the Lord, forever, or it remains unforgiven and it eventually resides with Satan, in hell. The Holy Spirit searches out our whole being. It searches through our mind, our will and our emotions and gives life to our mortal body. No person can ever contact God or the spirit realm, with their mind. It must always be through their spirit.
God Is a Spirit Being
We learn in John chapter 4 verse 24, that God is a Spirit and all those who worship God, must worship Him in spirit and in truth. They worship Him through their recreated spirit, who is able to contact God, who is Himself, a spirit being. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are the Godhead or the supreme being of the universe.
God Has a Future and a Hope for Us
Jeremiah chapter 29 verses 11 and 12 informs us that God has a mighty plan for each and every person, that turns to Him. God's plans for you are one's of peace and well being. He does not want you to be caught up or live under the vicious, deceitful and distressful lies of satanic bondage. The Lord is the only One who can give you a future and a hope. This will happen when each person that loves the Lord, turns to Him and calls upon His name, rather than trying to work it out themselves or turn to the world, for help. When we pray earnestly before God's throne to seek His will and purposes and obey him, He will hear our prayers and answer them. We must follow His word and listen to and obey the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit Reveals God's Truth
When you desire to know what the Lord wants to tell you, concerning your health, your finances, your daily work, your ministry, your family or the correct things to say or do, then turn to the Lord and listen and obey His wisdom. Jeremiah chapter 33 verse 3 encourages us to call out to the Lord and He will answer us. He will show us great and mighty things, even hidden things, that we do not know. The Lord knows all things and will reveal to us all that we need to know. These are things of great benefit to each one of us, that you cannot know through fleshly ideas or understandings.
Revelation of Who Jesus Christ Really is
We learn from Matthew chapter 16 verses 13 to 17 that the truth of who Jesus is is revealed to us by God the Father through the Holy Spirit. Jesus came with His disciples, to Caesarea Philippi and asked His disciples who people thought He was. They told the Lord that some people thought He was John the Baptist. Others were of the opinion that Jesus was Elijah or Jeremiah or one of the other prophets. Then Jesus asked His disciples whom they thought He was. Simon Peter replied that Jesus was the Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One, the Son of God. Then Jesus answered Peter that he was blessed and favoured by God. Flesh and blood had not revealed this to Peter but the Father in heaven. It had been spiritually revealed by the Holy Spirit to Peter's spirit. This is the same revelation that takes place, when every born again person, repents of their sins and is forgiven and gains eternal life. His children recognise, by the Holy Spirit's revelation given to their spirit, that Jesus is indeed the Son of God, the Redeemer and Saviour of all who are willing to believe. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Stand Your Ground -Part 2 27/10/21]]>Wed, 27 Oct 2021 03:28:47 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/stand-your-ground-part-2-271021Picture
God's Kingdom Stands, Forever
From Daniel chapter 2 verse 44 and Luke chapter 1 verse 33 we learn that God's kingdom, will stand supreme, forever. All those who are God's chosen and elect children, will reign with the Lord, in this everlasting kingdom. We learn that God's kingdom will never be destroyed. His kingdom will have complete sovereignty over all other kingdoms. God will reign over His people for all eternity. All other earthly kingdoms, full of satanic iniquity, will be crushed and destroyed.
Standing Fast Inherits the Promises
Romans chapter 5 verse 2 informs us that we, as God's children, all those who stay true to God to the very end, have access through faith, to God and His word. This is a remarkable place of God's grace. In this place we safely and securely stand, throughout all the trials of life. We are to rejoice, having our confidence and assurance in Him alone. We now and forever, will experience and enjoy the excellent power and glory, of our wonderful Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Stand Fast in Your Salvation
Paul reminded God's children, of the good news of their salvation. This we read in 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 1. It was this incredible news which causes people to repent of their sins and seek the Lord's forgiveness, through which they are given, eternal life. This was by faith in God and His word that all throughout the ages, as well as you and every one else, are able to stand and overcome to the end.
Christ Has Set You Free
Every Christian must constantly stand firm In the freedom that Christ secured for them through His death, burial and resurrection. We are told about our freedom in Galatians chapter 5 verse 1. This is not like the world, that so often tries to free itself, from the shackles of Satan, through all types of new ideas and laws. We are absolutely free, indeed. It is a battle of freedom over slavery, that even Christians find themselves fighting. All those who love the Lord must believe that through the blood of Jesus Christ and His word and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, they are free. You must stand firm and stay committed to that wonderful freedom that the Lord has secured for each of His children.
Hold Fast to What God's Word Says
2 Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 15 informs us to stand firm. You must hold on tightly to God's promises for your life. Hold on to what you have been taught, to those things which the Holy Spirit has witnessed with your spirit. These are those things that are of God and not of man's reasoning. Likewise those things that are of man, your spirit has rejected, because it was in opposition to the word of God. You also had a red light of concern from the Holy Spirit, that certain situations and ideas were really deceitful or even lies. Paul had taught at Thessalonica and his epistles had been read among the brethren.
Job Held Fast
Way back, nearly four thousand years ago, before Jesus had physically come to earth, the greatly afflicted Job, rejoiced. We learn this in Job chapter 19 verses 25 and 26. We read that one day, nearly two thousand years later, that Job's and our vindicator and redeemer, would take His stand upon the earth. Jesus Christ, Job's redeemer and ours, has already given mankind an opportunity of sins forgiven and eternal life.
Keep Standing
Despite any current overwhelming circumstances, you may have, you, as a child of God, are well able to stand fast and be an overcomer. You stand upon the foundation of God's word and His promises to you. You listen, to the Holy Spirit, telling your spirit, what to do. There is no need for any child of God, to lose heart. You are a chosen son or daughter of God. Let Him hold you fast and don't try to make it by yourself. Be obedient and do what He tells you to do to the very end of your earthly life. You are a chosen, elect, child of the living God. Hold fast to Him and you win! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Stand your Ground -Part 1 25/10/21]]>Mon, 25 Oct 2021 05:04:37 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/stand-your-ground-part-1-251021Picture
Learn How to Stand
Our God is love and He and His word stand perfectly and steadfastly, for truth and righteousness. As His children, so must we also do likewise. All upright Christians seek, speak and do, just as Jesus did and does. We must constantly learn God's word and daily read, meditate, confess and apply God's word. In doing so, we will consistently overcome the flesh, the world and the devil and be able to have constant victory, through Christ and His word the Bible. Remember to listen to the Holy Spirit's instructions, at the beginning of each day and be obedient to carry them out. Always stand your ground!
The Armour of God
The foundation passage for this podcast is found in Ephesians chapter 6 verses 10 to 18. Here we learn about the whole armour of God. We must daily put on the whole armour of God. In doing so we are enabled to become strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Paul likens the armour of God to that of a well armed soldier. When Christians are properly armed, with God's spiritual gear, they are well able to discern the evil plots, schemes and lies of Satan and be successful in their battle to overcome them. Satan must flee in defeat when He knows that you know and then feels the effect of the full armour of God against Him.
We Must Locate the Battleground
We do not struggle or fight against flesh and blood. That means ourselves, spouse, family, relatives, friends, church members, fellow workers of any other person. Our battle is against rulers, powers and the world forces, of the darkness of this age. It is always against spiritual forces of wickedness that includes Satan and all demonic activity. These are supernatural forces in the heavenly places. Our battle, above all else, is a spiritual one. We fight and win our battle, by being obedient to the Holy Spirit's instructions and by revelation knowledge from the word of God, the Bible.
Be Ready to Stand Fast
To successfully resist and stand your ground, in the evil attacks, you must be ready and girded, with the whole armour of God. We are to do all that the current situation requires and keep standing upon and confessing the promises of God's word. Learn the word, read the word, meditate upon the word, confess the word and apply the word to your current circumstances. You stand firm, fully prepared, immovable and therefore, victorious. Use specific verses that refer to your situations.
Your Instruments of Warfare
You must stand firm and hold your ground, in God's strength, no matter what! You must gird up or tighten the band of truth around your waist. You want no loose ends or half truths, to be allowed to trip you up. You must be full of integrity and courage. You place the breastplate of righteousness over your heart or spirit. Upon your feet is the preparation of the gospel of peace. This enables you to stand firm, against the enemy and his deceitful tricks of unrighteousness as well as against the good news of the gospel. When the enemy reigns down blows of unkindness and evil you lift up the shield of faith, to destroy all the evil darts of the enemy. These darts include poisonous thoughts, lying words and destructive actions. Upon your head you wear the ultimate protection for both mind and body; with the helmet of salvation, which is the word of God. In your hand you wield the offensive sword of the Spirit, with which you destroy all the onslaughts of Satan. Always be obedient and apply all prayer and petitions to the current needs. This you do at all times, and certainly in what might appear, deceitfully, as a peaceful day. You intercede and petition not only for yourself, but for all those you come in contact with. It is a constant, victorious battle, in which the Lord enables you to overcome the flesh, the world and the devil.

<![CDATA[Your Authority in Christ -Part 2 21/1021]]>Thu, 21 Oct 2021 02:38:28 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/your-authority-in-christ-part-2-211021Picture
God Is for Us
Romans chapter 8 verse 31 tells us that God is for us. Who is able to stand against God and win. It is impossible for us to be defeated, as long as we abide in God and His word.
Christ Is in Us
Furthermore, we learn about God's presence in us, in Colossians chapter 1 verse 27.The Lord makes known to His people the riches of His glory. This amazing fact is that Christ dwells individually, in each of His children. The Lord is personally our hope of being able to partake of His glory and eternal life.
Indwelling Presence of God
More amazing information is given to us, about the indwelling presence of God in the believer, in John chapter 14 verses 16 and 17. Jesus, just before He left His disciples, promised them that He would pray to the Father, to give them another helper. This would be the Spirit of Truth or the Holy Spirit, whom the world could not receive. However, God's children would receive the Holy Spirit, for He would dwell in them and abide with them.
We Are in Jesus and the Father
In John chapter 14 verses 19 and 20 Jesus tells His disciples that because He lives, they would live also. At that day they would know, that Jesus was in the Father and that His children were in Jesus and Jesus was in each believer.
The Source of Our Authority
We read about the source of a Christian's authority, in 2 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 8. Paul could boast in the Lord, that he had received his authority and so do all those who are in Christ, from the Lord. This was to be able to carry out the God given work of building up and establishing God's children, in the faith. This same authority belongs to all of God's children, today. This power comes through being obedient to the Holy Spirit and having a sure foundation in the learning, reading, meditating, confessing and applying of God's word in whatever situation God has called you to .
We Have a Spirit of Power, Love and a Sound Mind
God for us and in us has given us the authority and power to carry out His will and purposes. This we find out from 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 7. God has not given us a spirit of fear. We don't have to fear the works of Satan, nor the flesh, nor of the world. All fear finds its source in Satan and his demons and their evil work. Moreover, God has given us a spirit of power, so that we can bind up Satan and cast him out. If he knows that we know our authority, in Christ, then he will flee and in great dread. He knows that he was stripped of his power, when Jesus rose from the dead and delegated this power to His children, to carry out His work on earth. We must always know that when we use God's power, it must be in accordance with the directions of the Holy Spirit and be in full agreement with God's word, the Bible. God has also given us a spirit of love, this enables us to love like God, for He is the source of all true love. You can love because He loves. We learn to love everyone, irrespective of race or position in life. We love people to help them and show others God's love. We love them so that they also have an opportunity of accepting Jesus and have their sins forgiven. They also can be endowed with eternal life and live with the Lord, in His glory. What an important thing is a sound mind! We have been given the spirit of a sound mind. How many people, without a knowledge of God's word, have an unsound mind. They carry out idiotic and evil ideas, engendered by a lack of understanding and even demonic thoughts. This understanding leads to contaminated speech and wicked actions. As God's children, we are able to inherit a life without fear, empowered with His goodness, and full of His love. As well as being able to think sound and beautiful thoughts we are truly able to appreciate who God really is.
Fulfil God's Purposes in Your Life.
God the Father has given you His authority in Jesus, to carry out His righteous plans in His great kingdom. You are an ambassador of God's wonderful justice, mercy and goodness. Don't sit idle but determine to do God's will and purposes in your life. Carry out the great commission, in the name of Jesus, for the honour and glory of the Father and for the eternal blessings and benefits of all those you know and meet. In so doing, you will fulfil the reason for your creation and existence in life. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:

<![CDATA[Our Authority In Christ Part 1 18/10/21]]>Mon, 18 Oct 2021 03:11:05 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/our-authority-in-christ-part-1-181021Picture
You Are Authorised and Empowered
All born again Christians have God given authority, through Christ, to bind up Satan, demons and all their wicked works. We must exercise this authority with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and based upon the sure foundation of God's word. God's chosen children are cleansed and redeemed, from their sins, by the precious blood of the Lord, shed on behalf of them, on the Cross of Calvary. They are anointed ambassadors of God's will and purposes, to bring hope and healing to afflicted and poverty stricken mankind. This authority is spiritually greater than all earthly authority, which is bound up by Satan and his demons. It is authority with power, backed by God's throne in heaven.
Our Authority Is In Jesus
God's children have the authority of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. They must be willing to learn to use it, in consultation with the Holy Spirit and by faith in God's word. We learn in Matthew chapter 7 verses 28 and 29 that the people were astonished at the teaching of Jesus. It was dynamic and not full of man's ideas, like so much you hear from the pulpits, of many churches today. As we are willing to take time to pray in tongues and learn to be obedient to the Holy Spirit's instructions, we also will, along with others, be anointed to promote God's will and purposes, just like Jesus did. When we do so, there will be a great magnitude of change in the lives of many of God's people, as well as a mighty conviction of sin, righteousness and judgement, upon those who are going to Hell.
Go Into All Your World
In Matthew chapter 28 verses 18 to 20 we find that all authority has been given, by Jesus, to God's children. Well we know the authority of a school teacher or principal or a boss in the business world or a policeman directing traffic, but what are we to do with God's given authority to us? Jesus authorises His children, whether pastors, teachers, evangelists, prophets, apostles, or lay people to go and make disciples of all nations. These new disciples are to be baptised in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These are people who are able to be old enough, to seek forgiveness of their sins. They are not people who are just little babies, who can not understand the meaning of baptism. So many churches are idolatrous in their practise of infant baptism. It is not found in scripture. This form of baptism is both useless and meaningless and has no scriptural backing. How can we best help these new babes in Christ. Firstly they need to be taught to desire God's word so that they can grow, spiritually. They must be taught to be obedient to what God tells them to do. The Lord will always be with His children, upholding and sustaining them throughout their life on earth, as His godly messengers.
You Are Appointed to Serve
Jesus appointed His first twelve apostles or literally His anointed disciples, in Mark chapter 3 verses 14 and 15. They were to accompany Him and learn from Him. Then He sent them out to preach, deliver people from demonic power and to heal them. They were empowered to heal people from their sicknesses and to cast out demons that control many people. If you are willing to listen to the Holy Spirit and follow His instructions and base your ministry on God's word, you are just as empowered to do so, today, in whatever capacity God has called you to serve.
God's Power Is Present In Us
It is a tragedy to see a beautiful and powerful car being kept locked up in a garage and rarely used. Unfortunately, many Christians, are doing just the same, by not using the anointed power God has given them, to bring honour and glory to the Father in Jesus' name. Nor are they being used mightily, to help those who are afflicted and those who are going to Hell, even tomorrow. We read about the availability of God's power to heal, in Luke chapter 5 verses 17 to 21. Jesus was teaching and a number of Pharisees and teachers of the Old Covenant, were listening, near by. These people had come from afar, from every town in Galilee, Judea and from Jerusalem. There must have been quite a number of people, present. God's power, through Jesus, was present to heal them. In this situation, one man was let down through the housetop and Jesus healed him. However, so many of these leaders, who came to receive or witness healing, did not receive healing but were full of indignation, that Jesus forgave the man's sin. They, like many people today, questioned who Jesus really is. He is, to all who believe, the redeeming and healing Son of God.
Our God Given Power and Authority
We can learn much from Luke chapter 10 verses 17 to 20. Jesus sent out seventy disciples to minister to the people. These disciples were astounded at what had happened. Even demons were subject or cast out because of the authority and power Jesus had given them. Jesus then told them that He had seen Satan, fall like lightening, from his power in heaven. Your power has been given you and all who were subsequently born again, after the Lord's resurrection, to trample on serpents and scorpions. This was symbolic of demons and demonic activity. They were given God's authority and power over all the power of the enemy and nothing in the enemies defeated power, would be able to hurt them. However, as great as this power and authority is, you need to rejoice that not only are the evil spirits subject to you but rather that you have eternal life. Your name is forever written, in the Lambs Book of Life, in Heaven.
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. <![CDATA[Teach Us How to Pray 11/10/21]]>Mon, 11 Oct 2021 05:28:10 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/teach-us-how-to-pray-111021Picture
Our Heavenly Communication
Prayer is such a wonderful way for communicating with Jesus and our Father God. No matter whether we require answers to questions or whether we need healing or encouragement, it is the most wonderful way for God's children, to keep in contact with their heavenly Father. God always answers our prayers, according to His will and purposes. His answers are always perfect.
Teach us How to Pray
After Jesus had been praying, one of His disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray, just as John had taught his disciples how to pray. So Jesus then proceeded to tell them to pray the prayer that we now call, the Lord's Prayer. This we read in Luke chapter 1 verse 1.
Manner of Praying
How to pray is written down for us in Matthew chapter 6 verses 5 to 8. Don't make a great fuss about public praying. It is best to pray quietly and in secret, preferably in your own bedroom or a quiet place. Unfortunately, like the Pharisees of old, there are some people who like to pray publicly, to be heard by others. These people are hypocrites. They have their reward. It is one of people noticing how well you pray, rather than God answering your prayers and seeing God's great results taking place. When we pray quietly and secretly and away from the eyes of others, God answers our prayers, openly. Always ask the Holy spirit what to pray for and how to pray. Don't use repetitions in vain like the heathens, who do not know God.
The Lord's Prayer
Matthew chapter 6 verses 9 to 13 gives us a full content of the Lord's prayer. We are to first of all pray that we hallow or make our prayers holy, by giving honour and glory to the Father. Then we pray that God's kingdom will increase mightily on earth and its fullness be seen. A most important aspect of this prayer is to be obedient for what God desires for our lives and that of other people. We must pray that God's will is done on earth as it is already being done in heaven. We are to ask for God's provision for all our needs. This can be a greater knowledge of Him and His word. It can be a greater anointing of the Holy Spirit in our lives. It also includes our needs of finance, food, clothing, housing or whatever He knows, are our requirements in life. We are to ask God to help us overcome our spiritual, moral and physical failures or weaknesses. We must always overcome any resentment towards other people for their treatment towards us. Thank you Lord for protecting us from the deceits and deprivations of Satan. We acknowledge, everyday, that your authority and power and glory, belong to you, forever.
Forgiveness Is Essential
To properly pray and correctly love, we must be willing to forgive. We read about this important aspect of prayer in Matthew chapter 6 verses 14 and 15. When we are willing to forgive other people, their intentional or reckless sins against us or our family, then our Father in Heaven, will also forgive us our intentional or reckless sins. However, if we are not willing to forgive others their trespasses against us, then our Father will not forgive us our sins. Is we are not forgiven by the Lord, then we are in danger of breaking off our fellowship with God and even worse things can occur! We must forgive and get back in fellowship, with one another, very quickly. This must happen before we are side-tracked and lose God's way in our life.
Keep Prevailing In Prayer
In Luke chapter 18 verse 1 we read a parable that Jesus told His disciples about prayer. It is very important to never give up when praying. In the parable there was an unjust judge who neither feared God nor man. However, there was a desperate widow who kept coming to Him, on a constant basis. She wanted justice and legal protection from her adversary. After a while, he decided to act on behalf of the widow for her regular petitioning began to bother him. He decided that it was better to act on her behalf, because constant petitioning was wearing him out. Will not our God act on our behalf and avenge His elected children, who cry our to Him day and night? He certainly will protect and avenge His children, as they cry out to Him! How many wars and plagues, have been prevented over the centuries, because of the constant pleading of God's children, for mercy and justice? However, His children, must never give up when praying for finance, family relationships, health issues and much more. The tragedy for many people, is that they give up too easily and prayerful faith ceases to bring God's goodness and results into their situation. Always keep praying in faith, believing that God is hearing and answering!
Prayer Through the Word and Worship
Remember, to always keep praising God and praying to Him to constantly break down and destroy the plots of the world, the flesh and the devil. Always thank the Lord for His answers. Keep reading, meditating, and confessing God's word in all your circumstances. As a result, you are in the winning circle, allowing the Lord to teach you how to pray. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. <![CDATA[Healing verses for Your Health 6/10/21]]>Wed, 06 Oct 2021 05:30:37 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/healing-verses-for-your-health-61021Picture
Our Blood Covenant
The word of God, the Bible, informs us in Romans chapter 10 verse 17 that we are to walk or live by faith. This same rule applies to our healing. God has a blood covenant with each of His children. All those people who have repented of their sins, have been forgiven and their spirit has been recreated and they are now and forever, sons and daughters of God. Because of their salvation in Christ, they have inherited eternal life. These born again people have included in their salvation package, freedom from fear; and You have been given power, love, a sound mind and God's healing, available to you. It does not matter what the disease of complaint is. His power is comprehensive healing coverage.
God's Word For Healing
Romans chapter 10 verse 17 Faith comes by hearing, and hearing, and hearing the word of God. It works the same way for healing. You keep learning God's word and reading God's word and meditating on God's word and applying God's word, not only to your healing, but also to all your daily circumstances. This is a daily routine of confession. It is this repetition each day, as often as you like, that feeds your spirit person or the real you. As your spirit is fed God's word, your faith grows stronger and stronger for your complete healing. It is necessary to keep feeding your spirit, day after day, even when the full manifestation of healing has taken place. You will need to continue to maintain your healing over every sickness that Satan, the flesh and the world try to send you.
Read Meditate and Confess, the following Scriptures
It is certainly not all of the healing scriptures available, but they are a very good place to start. As well as reading them, it is a great idea to write them down,
Healing Verses
Exodus 15 verse 26 If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, He will not allow any diseases to come upon you. I am the Lord who heals you.
Psalm 107 verse 20 He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Proverbs 4 verses 20 -22 My son, give attention to my word; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
Isaiah 53 verse 5 but He was pierced for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
Jeremiah 30 verse 17a for I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord.
Matthew 4 verses 23 and 24 and Jesus went about teaching and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing all kinds of sickness among the people. They brought to Him all who were afflicted with various diseases and torments and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics and paralytics, and He healed them.
Matthew 8 verse 17 Jesus took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.
Acts 5 verse 16 and a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.
Acts 10 verse 38 God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
1 Peter 2 verse 24 Jesus, Himself, bore our sins in His own body on the Cross, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.
3 John 2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prosper
                                                              Personalise These Verses
All of these verses can be personalised for your own situation by substituting your name, wherever, you or I is mentioned in the above verses. For example in Exodus 15 verse 26 you can substitute Jack/ Jill diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, He will not allow any of these diseases to come upon Jack/Jill. I am the Lord who heal Jack/Jill.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

3 John 2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

<![CDATA[Tithing and Giving -4/10/21]]>Sat, 02 Oct 2021 04:06:10 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/tithing-and-giving-41021Picture
Christians Live Under the New Law
Christians are people who are empowered by God, to help all those in need, by giving time, effort and money, for the betterment of others. They live under the love commandments of the New Testament rather than the Levitical laws of the Old Testament. Christians, as children of God, must be loving and compassionate people, helping others to know how to live better lives through a knowledge and understanding of God and His word.
Tithing versus Giving
There have been great debates and misunderstandings in church circles regarding tithing versus giving, throughout the centuries. However, it is very plain that from the time of the resurrection, neither the Lord Himself, as well as His chosen apostles, such as Peter, John, James, Matthew and Paul, were ever gave commandments, to those who were born again, to continue to practise tithing. Indeed ,they all emphasised ,giving
Origins of Tithing
A way back in Genesis chapter 14, we find that Abraham paid tithes to Melchizadek, the King of Salem. He also gave tithes from all the increase of his crops and livestock. In Hebrews chapter 7 verses 11 to 17 we read that the Levitical priesthood instituted by Moses did not achieve perfection for God's people. At the resurrection, the Levitical priesthood, was spiritually, abolished. When there occurred a change to the priesthood then there also occurred a change in the law and the feasts and rituals that accompanied the law. The law was unprofitable for redemption. Jesus is now the great high Priest and apostle of our faith. He is an everlasting High Priest, who abides with us now and forever. His leadership is anointed by God the Father and not by a failing, through death, earthly priesthood and its laws.
The Changing Of the Law
Why was the Mosaic covenant replaced? It was replaced, according to Hebrews chapter 7 verses 18 and 19, because of its weakness and ineffectiveness in justifying the sinner before God. Those laws could never deliver a better hope to those who were burdened by sin. The new laws of love and forgiveness, enable us to draw near to the Throne of God. As the laws of the old covenant were replaced, so was the law of tithing. Matthew chapter 17 verse 26 said the strangers paid the temple tax and the children were free because they are sons. Christians are to give so that the Lord is glorified and He does so wonderfully bless His children.
Giving To the Poor
An important aspect of all Christian giving is learnt from Matthew chapter 6 verses 3 and 4. We are not to brag about or necessarily tell other people the amount we give or to whom we make our charitable donations of money, or services. We do our charitable acts in secret so that our Father God, who is the greatest giver in the universe, will reward our secret giving with wonderful open rewards. This is not only of things but also in health and greater spiritual understanding.
Giving Is A Blessed Thing
We read in Luke chapter 6 verse 38 about a wonderful reward for giving. However, it must be pointed out, we do not give to get, like the world, but we give in obedience and to honour the Father, in Jesus' name.
The Widow's Mite
From Mark chapter 12 verses 41 to 44, we learn a valuable attitude lesson about giving. Jesus sat down opposite the treasury and watched many rich people putting in large amounts of silver coins. Then a widow came in and placed two small copper coins in the treasury. Jesus told His disciples in giving reality, this poor widow had put in more than all the contributors to the treasury. The other people had given from their surplus but she, from her poverty, had given all that she had, including all that she had to live on.
Giving With All Your Heart
Luke chapter 6 verse 38 tells us to give and it will be given back to us. Your return will be a good measure of your abundance. It will be pressed down, shaken together and running over. With the same attitude and abundance that you give it will be measured back to you. It is the guarantee of God's goodness to His children.
Peter and John Gave In Jesus' Name
When Peter and John entered the Temple, the lame man begged from them coins of charity. Peter replied in Acts chapter 3 verse 6, that they did not have silver or gold to give. However, in the Name and authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, they told the man to rise up and walk. The man was helped up and then leapt to his feet and walked into the Temple, leaping and praising God. You may not have much money or goods to give to others but, as a child of God, you always have the Name of Jesus, to bless and heal everyone you meet.
Give Cheerfully
The New Testament act of giving is explained in 2 Corinthians chapter 9 verses 5 to 11. Our giving must not be one where we expect a hefty return but one in which we give on a voluntary basis. People who sow sparingly or carelessly, will reap poor rewards. A farmer must sow a good crop to reap a good crop. We all are to give to God's work. We decide in our spirit person, what to give. It must not be grudgingly given, for God loves those who give from a cheerful heart. For those people who do so God will make available every grace and earthly blessing. It will come to us in complete abundance and will be sufficient for every need. A benevolent and generous person will contribute lovingly to the needs of the poor. God will increase not only their blessings but also their ability to give. They will be enriched in every way and cause thanksgiving to God as their portion and the portion of the ones they bless.
Giving Is Better Than Tithing
Just as giving is such a wonderful way to live because of the goodness it brings, so tithing is not wrong but very poor by comparison. God gave His only Son as a sacrifice for sins forgiven and the enriching of our life for evermore. It is so more blessed to give. Tithing was under the Old Testament but is no longer required under the New Testament. Instead, giving is essential, for those who are God's children. Give and it shall be given unto you! It is God's way, under His New Testament of grace. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Who You Are In Christ 27/9/21]]>Mon, 27 Sep 2021 03:30:30 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/who-you-are-in-christ-27921Picture
What's It All About?
Many people, if not most people, think often of who they really are. Furthermore, what am I doing here and where am I going? It is not just people who are intellectual thinkers, but also people, of any adult age, who wonder what life is all about. Is there any real meaning to life, other than work or doing my own thing?
Where We Find Our Answers
Life is not meant to be a time period, without any real meaning. We are really alive because God breathed His Spirit into our body, when we were first formed, in our mother's womb. The only real answers are found in God's word, the Bible. There is no other place, where you will get truthful and satisfying answers, to your quest.
Born Again People Have the Answer
The only people on this planet that have any real answers to your questions, are those who have given their life to Jesus Christ, the Son of God. They acknowledge that Jesus died for them and everyone else, on the Cross of Calvary. When they repented, His shed blood washed away their sins and He has given them eternal life. Jesus Christ is the gateway for their reason for being. These people have now become born again as God's own children.
Christians Are New Creations In Christ
This is very important information found in 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17. If any person, is in Christ by faith, they are no longer an old sinful creature but a new creation. These people have been renewed and reborn by the Holy Spirit. Their inner person or spirit, is born again. Now old ideas, understandings or previous lack of moral values are not part of this new spirit being. Old desires and passions have passed away and everything is now made new. They care particularly about spreading God's word and His love to other people and are willing to learn, to put other people before themselves. They now live in a new world of spiritual awakening. God's children know He is the only true creator and that His word and obedience to it, is the only way that people can be fulfilled and full of His true love, peace and joy. They are now living a new life, in Christ.
God's Purposes
2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 19 informs us of God's purpose for our life. God the Father was in Christ Jesus, reconciling or making restitution, for His fallen creation. This had been lost from the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve sinned, by submitting to Satan. From this point on, all of creation fell under the bondage and slavery of sin. In so doing God has given us our mandate, in Christ, to witness and show others God's great saving grace and His loving forgiveness. We are able to do this by being willing to submit to God's will and purposes and follow His example of reconciliation. We are aided in this amazing task, by the Holy Spirit and the word of God. We must listen and obey the Holy Spirit's instructions, to our spirit. Each day we need to learn, read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word to our own circumstances and show others the need to do likewise. What an amazing purpose for us in Christ, to carry out God's wonderful reconciliation, for a lost world!
In Christ We Are Triumphant
We must, as Christian's, realise that we are completely new creations in Christ, led by the Spirit of God. We are told in 2 Corinthians chapter 2 verse 14 to always be thankful to God. As we abide in Christ, He always leads us in triumph over everything that assails us in life. As we give Him the glory for our victories, we give evidence everywhere, of the sweet fragrance of the knowledge of who Jesus really is.
The Veil Is Taken Away
We read in 2 Corinthians. Chapter 4 verses 14 to 18, that the Israelites lost their ability and their knowledge of the true meaning of their covenant with the Lord. A veil was placed over their understanding. This veil is only removed when people turn their lives over to the Lord, through repentance. They are then able to walk or live by faith, based on God's word. Those who follow the Lord, with their whole heart, are emancipated by the Holy Spirit. All that do so, are set at liberty, from the bondage imposed by the world, the flesh and the devil. All God's children have their spirit and mind unveiled, to behold the beauty of the Lord and the truth of His word. Progressively, over a period of time, they are changed from glory to glory and transformed to become images of their Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
He Is Your Lord and Saviour
As a true born again child of God, keep following in His footsteps and in His pathway, that is planned for your life. Keep on thanking Him for His great grace and the life He has given you. Keep praising His Holy name. Always, everyday, worship the Lord, for His goodness. Keep praying and speaking in heavenly tongues. You can have no other secure basis, than the foundation of His word, illuminated by the Holy Spirit. Always be obedient to the Lord, after all you are a new person in Christ. The old ideas and ways of life have passed away. Your spirit has been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, and you now, not in the future, but right now, are an inheritor of eternal life. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Lord Has Healed You -Part 2 20/9/21]]>Mon, 20 Sep 2021 03:03:35 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-lord-has-healed-you-part-2-20921Picture
Healing Belongs To God's Children
When Jesus rose again from the dead, He brought with Him, salvation and healing for all, everywhere, who would believe. In Matthew chapter 15 verses 21 to 28 we read the story of the Syrophoenician woman, who was a gentile. Her daughter was cruelly possessed by a demon and she begged the Lord to heal her daughter. Jesus told her that God had only sent Him to heal those of the Lost House of Israel. She kept pleading and said that even those who were not God's children, were able to eat from the left over crumbs. Jesus then replied that her personal faith, in His power and love, was great. As a result, her daughter was healed. Faith in God and His word, is the key to spiritual as well as emotional and physical healing.
Jesus' Healing Ministry
The wonderful healing ministry of Jesus, is highlighted in Acts chapter 14 verses 34 to 38. Peter began expounding about Jesus's ministry. The Lord's ministry was to the Jews, but the door, through His resurrection, was now opening to all mankind. Jesus' ministry began mightily, after He was baptised by John in the Jordan River. God the Father, anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with great power. The Lord went about doing good and healing all, who were oppressed by the devil. Sickness comes from Satan and he uses it to oppress people. God was with Jesus, just as He will be with us as well, and all who minister to those ,who are oppressed by the devil.
Peter's Healing Ministry
In Acts chapter 9 verses 32 to 42 we become acquainted with the mighty ministry of the Apostle Peter, in Lydda and Joppa. At Joppa he found Aeneas who had been bedridden and paralysed for eight years. Peter told Aeneas to get up, because Jesus Christ had healed him. This remarkable healing caused all who lived at Lydda and the Plain of Sharon, to turn to the Lord. Peter was then informed of a disciple, in Joppa, named Tabitha, who was a very kind and loving person. She had become sick and then died. Two men urged Peter to visit Tabitha. He then went to an upstairs room, where people were weeping. Peter sent them all out of the room, knelt down and prayed to the Lord. Peter spoke to the dead body and told Tabitha to arise. She then saw Peter and sat up. Peter helped her to arise and then presented her alive to the mourners. As a result many people came to know and believe in the Lord. How much people in the church and outside need to see the miracle working healing power of God, in their lives today!
Paul's Healing Ministry
Paul's ministry of healing included many marvellous miracles. We read about this in Acts chapter 19 verses 11 and 12. This ministry was through the Apostle Paul, but it was in reality God and Him alone, who was doing the miraculous healing. Let's never lose sight of this amazing fact! God desires His children to be available so that His amazing work can be witnessed, by mankind. They will see the destruction of Satan's power become manifest, to the human eye. The people brought handkerchiefs, face towels or aprons, to Paul, so that when these items touched their skin, then those who were sick, were healed. The diseases left them and so did the evil spirits, who had brought the sickness upon them.
The Healing Ministry of God's Children
The church, itself, must be a place of divine healing and health. The Lord is our healer and we are, as God's children, given the power, to heal all those who are suffering from the effects of sin. James chapter 5 verses 14 to 16 shows us what many in the early church did in response, to the anointing of God's word and obedience to the Holy Spirit. Those, who were sick, are to call for the spiritual leaders of the church. These people are to pray for healing of the sick and anoint them with oil, in the name of Jesus. The prayer of faith, by those involved, will restore those who are sick, to fullness of spiritual, and emotional health. The Lord will raise the person up and if they have committed sins, and they are to repent of them. Unrepentance is a major barrier to healing. The heart felt persistent prayers of righteous, blood bought children of God, can accomplish much in every area of life. Our prayers are answered and sustained, by an all knowing, all powerful and ever present, almighty God.
You can Pray For Others
You too can be healed by praying for your own healing as well as interceding for the healing of others in your family, relatives, church, workplace or where ever. Always stay fixed on God's will and purposes for your life. Each day read God's word and stay in communication with the Lord through your spirit being instructed, by the Holy Spirit. Keep on regularly worshipping and praising the Lord. Keep confessing healing verses, from God's word, over your situations. Be persistent and patient as God's healing is made manifest in your life. He is the Healer and you are His appointed and anointed, healing son or daughter. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:

<![CDATA[The Lord Has Healed You -Part 1 10/9/21]]>Fri, 10 Sep 2021 03:02:37 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-lord-has-healed-you-part-1-10921Picture
Healing Is a Christian's Right
Every born again Christian has a born again right not to be or remain sick. They can be healed in spirit, soul and body. Sickness is a result of mankind's sin. Satan has no right over God's children, in any matter. When Jesus rose again, we were resurrected with Him. We became inheritors of Christ's redemptive power in all aspects of our life. As we are blood bought children, forgiven of all our sins and iniquities, we are inheritors of eternal life. In that wonderful resurrection, by the Lord, healing was made available to all, particularly true believers. Therefore, as Christians, healing is our God given privilege and right.
Satan Is the Author of Sickness
Psalm 103 verse 3 tells us that the Lord has forgiven us all our sins and healed us from all our diseases. We must understand that Satan is the Author of all sickness and disease. He also originates major accidents and catastrophic climate and terrestrial upheavals, such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. His motto is to kill, steal and destroy, while through the grace of Jesus, we are able to have life in all its fullness. Those, who do not believe in Jesus, are always being afflicted and have no way to effectively defend themselves. All Christians have a blood covenant with Jesus, that has a foundation of God's word and the empowering of the Holy Spirit. Sadly, many Christians do not understand or even know about their blood covenant and its protective power in the Lord. They often suffer from the same catastrophies that beset the world.
Jesus Healed Us
In Isaiah chapter 53 verse 5 we read that Jesus, while on the Cross of Calvary, was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. He was also chastised for our sins, so that we could have His peace. Through the stripes or crushing blows, with which He was whipped, we were healed. No sickness or disease, that Satan ever tried to put on people, was great enough to overcome the majesty of Christ's eternal, redemptive healing. This healing was for everybody. Because of God's grace, every single human being can be healed, if they are willing to believe. They can be healed of cancer, leprosy, Bubonic plague, pneumonia, influenza, diabetes, cholera, typhoid, malaria, Covid 19 or any other virus or disease. Jesus is well able to heal all, who come to Him for healing. To sustain your healing, throughout your earthly life, the word of God, must become your daily medicine. Your trust must be completely, in God and His word.
Keep Abiding In the Word
Jesus informs us just how important is His word, in Matthew chapter 4 verse 4. We are not only to feed our beings with bread or earthly food, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. His words are written and preserved in God's word, the Bible.
Jesus Healed All Who Were Sick
Further more, we read in Matthew chapter 4 verses 23 and 24 , how absolutely important it was, to heal the sick. Christian leaders and pastors, need to take note of this comment today. The people brought to Jesus, those who were sick and afflicted by various diseases and with tormented minds and in pain, He cast out those demons that were oppressing the people. Jesus healed those who were epileptics and paralytics. Don't you believe, the risen Son of God, can do these same healings for every one today? He sure can do it today! You and others must be willing to believe in the resurrection power of our victorious God. He is well able! Jesus healed all who were sick and believed by faith. These afflictions come always from Satan. What each person has to believe is that what He has done for others, over the centuries, He will do for you, right now!
Your Decision Is To Trust the Lord
The ball is now firmly in your court. You are responsible to ask the Lord for your healing. Believe God's word, that He died for you and that He rose again on your behalf. You can be completely healed and stay that way by placing your full trust in Jesus and His word. Ask for forgiveness of your sins and He will forgive you. He will heal you as you bring your ailment or disease before Him. Jesus knows all about your sickness. He is just waiting for you to bring it to Him and believe that He will heal you. It may be instant or it may take a little time. All you have to believe is that He has healed you and that He desires you to partake of the full healing He has made available for everyone! Every Christian has been given God's authority to claim their healing for themselves, through the blood covenant you have with the Lord.
Hallelujah! Praise The Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. <![CDATA[Keep Up Your Confession- 6th September '21]]>Mon, 06 Sep 2021 03:29:28 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/keep-up-your-confession-6th-september-21Picture
Always Keep Confessing God's Word
We must always keep on asking God and confessing His word over all our circumstances. In Matthew chapter 7 verses 7 and 8 the Lord encourages us to keep on asking and He will give us His very best for every occasion. As we keep on seeking the Lord and keep on knocking on our door, of opportunity, it will open up for us, according to His will and purposes. Every one who keeps constantly fellow shipping, with the Father, in Jesus' name, will undoubtedly receive His abundant blessings. This will be for themselves, their spouse, their family, their church and for whatever other situation, He has given them. The door of your life, in whatever the need, will surely be opened for you, by the Lord.
Keep On Acknowledging the Lord
It is so important to acknowledge and confess God and His word, in every opportunity you get. We read about this in Matthew chapter 10 verses 32 and 33. Each Christian is to affirm a state of oneness, with their Lord. When we confess the name of Jesus, before other people, Jesus then acknowledges us, before His Father in heaven. However, because of fear or doubt; those people who do not confess Jesus, before other people, will then be denied by the Lord and rejected before the Father in heaven.
Our Faith Is In His Word
All Christians can learn about a wonderful promise, from God's word, in Mark chapter 11 verses 22 to 24. Here the Lord enjoins us to walk in His faith, by having our faith firmly based on God and His word. Those who say to their mountains of lack or distress, that they are to be lifted up and cast into the sea and do not doubt in their heart, will have their prayers answered. They believe in God's unlimited power and they believe whatsoever they say, by faith, in God's word, it will come to pass. Therefore what ever things we ask the Lord for, according to His will, we must have confidence in our belief, that we will receive the answer to our petition. It will surely become ours by faith.
Confess Jesus Christ As Your Lord and Saviour
Only by truly believing in Jesus' name and confessing our allegiance to Him, are we truly saved. This we learn from Romans chapter 10 verses 9 and 10. Those that recognise the authority and power of the Lord and His word and believe it in their Heart, that God raised Jesus from the dead,; will be saved, In their spirit, if they believe that Jesus is indeed their Lord and Saviour, they will have become justified before God. These people are righteous children of God. With their mouth they now confess Jesus as their Lord, before other people. As a result they are confessing their salvation before Him.
Stand Steadfast In the Lord
We read enlightening and encouraging verses from Ephesians chapter 6 verses 13 and 14. Every Christian must put on the whole armour of God, when they go into battle. When they do this they successfully resist Satan and are able to stand their ground in the evil day. We must be willing to hear what the Holy Spirit tells us to do and then we will overcome in the time of crisis. Each of us must stand firm in the Lord and confess His word and they will then be fully prepared and able to stand firm and be victorious. We keep on standing firm, each day, founded on His word. Always tighten the band of truth around your waist and be full of personal integrity and courage and wear the breastplate of righteousness, with an upright heart. Always be obedient to God's will and purposes. The fight can be long and fierce but we keep standing, confessing His word and in His strength, alone, we win.
God's Word Has Mighty Power
Hebrews chapter 4 verse 12 informs us that the word of God, the Bible, is living and full of God's power. It is sharper than any two- edged sword. Confession of God's word is able to penetrate and divide the soul from the spirit, as well as the joints and marrow of our being. God's word is well able to expose our deepest thoughts and the real intentions of our spirit. It reveals who we really are. The confession of God's word should be paramount in all our thoughts, speech and actions.
Cling Tenaciously To Your Confession
The confession of our word is so important in revealing the truth of God's word, to our spirits, by the Holy Spirit. This is the message to us from Matthew chapter 4 verse 14. Our High Priest, the Lord and Saviour of our lives, has passed through the heavens. All He and His word have revealed to us , is true. Therefore we must hold fast our confession, of faith and our salvation in Him. Our confession gives us the secure knowledge of sins forgiven and eternal life.
Keep Confessing the Name of Jesus
Submit every thing to Jesus Christ, in prayer. All the time keep reading, confessing and applying His word. Keep on worshipping and praising His Holy name and the confession of your faith, will be assured, forever.

<![CDATA[Be Thankful and Praise the Lord 30/08/2021]]>Mon, 30 Aug 2021 02:57:02 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/be-thankful-and-praise-the-lord-30082021Picture
We Need to Be Thankful
Every person on the face of the globe should be thankful to the God that made them, particularly His own blood bought children. How much God has blessed us and all who have obtained eternal life, in Christ. Psalm 67 verse 6 & 7 instructs us to let all peoples praise their God, for He alone is the true God and there is no other. As we praise the Lord, the earth and all that is in it increases in worth and God blesses all those who, personally, give Him thanks. When God's people bless the Lord the whole world will be witness to His great blessings, upon His children and will fear and respect the name of our God.
Children Can Praise the Lord
We read in Psalm 8 verse 2 that children can and will thank the Lord for His goodness. They can be taught to ask the Lord for His blessings upon them and others and learn to read their Bible, with illustrations. This gives understanding, to their young minds. In so doing their praise is established by their God and they are able to silence Satan, as he seeks to lead young ones astray, through fairy tales and half baked truths and outright lies. How important that their young minds and of course their spirits, are built upon the word of God, rather than the deceits of the flesh, the world and the devil.
Always Be Thankful to Your Loving God
Psalm 100 verse 4 enjoins us to enter God's gates or His presence, with a song of thanksgiving. We are to thank God for all His wonderful protection and provision, in the face of Satanic oppression. We must come before the Throne of God, every morning and throughout every day, praising His holy name. We are to be thankful to Him for our spouse and our family and for our home and finances and for our very life and the gifts He has given us to enjoy. We are also to minister to the lord and in so doing uplift His holy name and bring honour and glory to the Father. After all, He is our God, now and forever.
Those That Refuse To Acknowledge God
So many people can see God's mighty creation, all around them, from new born babies to mighty mountains, but they refuse to acknowledge God, as the sovereign Creator of the universe. This information is brought to us, by the Apostle Paul, in Romans chapter 1 verse 21. Many people, including world authorities, leaders and scientists, know that there is a God but they deny His power and existence, by inventing fanciful tales and outright lies such as evolution and the big bang theory of creation. These people refuse to honour God or give Him thanks, for His wonderful creation. On the contrary, instead of thanking God, their minds have become darkened with deceit and pointless speculations.
Don't Be Worried But Thankful
Such a wonderful exhortation is given to us, in Philippians chapter 4 verse 6. Those people, who are in Christ, are not to be worried or anxious about anything. In every circumstance or situation they confront, they are to thank the Lord for His answers to their prayer and petitions. We are to continue to make our specific requests to God and praise Him with thanksgiving, for His marvellous answers. Don't be worried about what other people might say or any situation that appears to be insurmountable. Remember, with God, all things are possible to those who believe!
Offer Your Sacrifice of Praise
As God's grateful, forgiven and heaven bound children we must always be ready and willing to offer up praise and worship to His holy name. We are exhorted to do this, in Hebrews chapter 13 verse 15. Through our Lord Jesus, we are at all times, to offer up to God the Father, our sacrifice of praise. We must open up our mouths with words and songs of praise and thanksgiving. We are to acknowledge and glorify His holy name. We are forgiven. We must be joyful to our Lord and always be willing to forgive others, their wilful and misguided sins. In so doing we will always be ready and willing to praise our wonderful Father in the name of Jesus.
Always Praise and Give Thanks to God
Praise and worship is a distinct part of every Christians way of life, according to Psalm 115 verse 15 and Revelation 19 verse 5.God will bless those who fear and worship Him, with awe inspiring reverence and submissive wonder. No matter what position you have in life, as His child, it is your God given duty, as well as a right and privilege, to praise and worship the Lord for His incredible and boundless mercies, to each one of us. Thankful and praising Christians, are not grumblers, but they are those who are constantly filled with the love, joy and peace, for their Redeemer. Keep on praising and worshipping the Lord, with great thankfulness!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily: I am a child of God. <![CDATA[God Our Helper 23/8/21]]>Mon, 23 Aug 2021 04:18:25 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/god-our-helper-23821Picture
Always Consult the Holy Spirit
The true helpers of the church are the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. They are always there for us to listen to and obey. People are very adept at doing their own thing and either forgetting or not bothering about including the Holy Spirit in their plans.
The Holy Spirit Is Our Helper
Always, God is waiting to help us. He knows about the problem confronting us and the best solution. We read in John chapter 15 verse 26 that the Holy Spirit is our helper. The Holy Spirit is sent by the Father to help us in every situation, in our life. He testifies of Jesus and enables His obedient children to do the works that glorify the Father in Jesus' name.
The Holy Spirit Is Our Advocate
In the Amplified version of the Bible we read in 1 John chapter 2 verse 1 that the Holy Spirit is entitled our Advocate. The Holy Spirit, as well as Jesus Christ, is our advocate or lawyer before God's throne. He brings our case before the Father. When we sin Jesus and the Holy Spirit are both our advocates. God knows when you sin. What we have to do is repent and confess our sins and we will always be made clean through Jesus' shed blood.
The Holy Spirit Is Our Comforter
In John chapter 14 verse 26 in the Amplified translation, the Holy Spirit is referred to as our Comforter. Now the Comforter will give us assurance and peace and will teach us God's truth from His Word. Not only will He teach us but He will bring to our remembrance, the things we need to know. Often we learn things from the pulpit or through the Holy Spirit convicting our spirit. We must not neglect to appropriate what we have previously learnt.
Your Counsellor
The Holy Spirit is also our Counsellor. We don't need to turn to other people and certainly not unbelievers. We must learn to listen to our spirit, who is able to hear the wise counsel of the Holy Spirit. He will always show you what is the real situation in each circumstance and what you are to do. When you have assurance or a green light, go ahead and do what the Holy Spirit shows you. If you are not sure or a big “NO” lights up as a red light, don't do it and don't follow any false ideas or dead ends.
The Holy Spirit Is Our Intercessor
Each one of us requires intercession, on our behalf, at some time. In Romans chapter 8 verse 26 we learn that the Holy Spirit, as well as Jesus, are intercessors before God's throne. The Holy Spirit enables us to overcome our weaknesses. They may occur in personal defects; an inability to pray for others and read God's Word or even understand passages of scripture. Often we know we need to bring personal and family needs, to the Lord, but we don't know how or what to pray. However, the Holy Spirit is well able and very willing to make intercession on our behalf. He emotionally, with deep groanings and beyond our understanding brings our case before the Father. Always seek the Holy Spirit when you don't know what to do.
He Strengthens Us
We read from the Amplified Bible, in John chapter 15 verse 26 that the Holy Spirit strengthens us. This happens when we call upon Him for greater power in our understanding, in every situation we face. The Holy Spirit knows what needs to be done and increases our discernment and knowledge, of the real situation. We are strengthened spiritually in our inner person. so that our mind and our will and emotions can focus on what really matters.
Our Standby
When the pressures or circumstances of life become too great for us to bear, we need extra power to gain victory. It is like a car with a greater engine capacity compared with a car with a smaller amount of power. We need something more than what we are normally capable of doing. The Holy Spirit is always our complete standby, in times of need.
Obeying the Holy Spirit's Directions
We are to constantly stay in contact with the Holy Spirit and listen carefully and be obedient. To build up your faith, you must daily feed your spirit, with the Word of God. It is absolutely essential to read the Word and meditate upon the Word. You must then confess it and apply it to the situations of each day. As you do so, your faith will increase and the answers to your prayers will become more abundant. A faith filled life, desires to obey the Holy Spirit and be directed by what God's Word says. Every day, must be a faith filled day, that is pleasing to God. It must never just be your way. As you apply your faith, according to the directions of the Holy Spirit, mighty and marvellous goals will be reached, way beyond the normal comprehension of man. This will bring honour and glory to the Father in Jesus' name and you will be fulfilled. Remember, the Holy Spirit is your teacher, helper, counsellor, comforter, advocate, intercessor, strengthener and standby.
<![CDATA[Keep Speaking in New Tongues --16/8/2021]]>Mon, 16 Aug 2021 03:45:11 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/keep-speaking-in-new-tongues-1682021Picture
It is very important that every Christian allows their spirit to live freely. One of the most fulfilling ways is to allow the Holy Spirit to release your spirit with evidence of speaking in new tongues. Each language or tongue is an individual experience or utterance. When you speak in tongues your spirit is actually connecting with God. In order for it to be known what is uttered we can also ask the Holy Spirit for the gift of interpretation of tongues, in our native language. This gives not only ourselves, but also other people, the knowledge of what God is saying to us.
A Sign for believers
Mark chapter 16 verse 17 informs us that speaking in new tongues, is evidence of the fact, that we are believers in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.
The Beginning of the Church
In Acts chapter 2 verses 2 to 11 we read about the beginning of the Church. Suddenly, there came the sound of a rushing mighty wind, from heaven. Tongues, as a fire, then descended upon all those present. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and they began to speak in tongues, according to the empowering of the Holy Spirit. There were Jews present as well as people from many different nations. The people speaking in tongues, were all Galileans, yet each one from every nation, heard in their native language, the wonderful works of God.
Believers Baptised in the Holy Spirit
Very illuminating understanding is given to us, in Acts chapter 19 verses 1 to 7. Paul came to Ephesus and found some new Christian disciples. Paul asked them if they had been baptised in the Holy Spirit. As young converts they had not even heard about the Holy Spirit. They only had received the baptism of John and had only been baptised in water. John's baptism was for repentance from sins. They had not been baptised in the name of the Lord Jesus, through the Holy Spirit's power. Paul laid his hands on them and the twelve men that were present, were filled with the Holy Spirit and then spoke in new tongues and prophesied.
Speaking in Tongues and Interpretation
A most important New Testament book, regarding speaking in tongues, is 1 Corinthians. 1 Corinthians chapter 12 verses 10, 28 and 30 informs us about speaking in tongues and interpretation of tongues. Each person, so gifted, speaks in a different tongue to someone else. The gift of interpretation may be given to the same person who spoke in tongues, but it also may be interpreted by someone hearing the tongues and having the gift of interpretation of tongues. From these verses we also learn that not all people speak in tongues and not all interpret. The gifts are given or available, as the Holy Spirit wills.
Love Is Superior to Tongues
We learn from 1 Corinthians chapter 13 that God's gift of love, is superior to speaking in tongues, for love is God's supreme gift. This does not mean that speaking in tongues is not important, but it also must be coupled together with love. Both are vitally important and should be used in conjunction with each other.
Speaking Mysteries
In 1 Corinthians chapter 14 verses 1 and 2, we are told to desire spiritual gifts, particularly to prophesy. When we speak in tongues we don't often speak to men but rather to God. No one understands in a native language, however in the spirit the person speaks the mysteries of God.
Comparison of Tongues and Prophecy
1 Corinthians chapter 14 verse 22 informs us of the comparative difference. Speaking in tongues is a revelation or sign to unbelievers, who are receptive. However, prophesying is a sign to believers. It is a sign of God's presence with His people and His goodness to them.
Encourage Prophesying and Speaking in Tongues
How Important is prophesying and speaking in tongues, according to God's word, the Bible? This importance is emphasised in 1 Corinthians chapter 14 verse 39. We, along with other Christians, should encourage each other, to prophesy and speak in tongues. No Christian denomination or church body or minister of God, should forbid or discourage their members, from speaking in tongues. It is so important to encourage each other, so that we can all be established, in the truth of God's word. Always speaking in tongues should be done decently and in the proper order and not just in the manner that pleases only ourselves.
Obtaining the Gifts
To obtain God's precious charismatic gifts, you must desire to have them. They are to be used for praising the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as well as building up your own faith and those in your family and in your church and particularly in assisting new converts.
Keep On Speaking In New Tongues
It is so important that you keep praying in tongues, every day and whenever you can. Many folk obtain God's precious gifts and then because of poor circumstances or even denial or lack of encouragement, neglect these gifts to the detriment of their spirit and soul. Always remember that your spirit must be fed. It requires your daily reading and application of God's word, as well as the constant use of God's gifts, such as prophesying and speaking in tongues. 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 14 tells us that the invincible power of the Holy Spirit, indwells us. Remember to keep speaking in new tongues, as much as possible!
                                                            Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
John Macdonald is a minister of the Word of God teaching through podcasts and blogs to an international audience. <![CDATA[~~~Your Victory In Christ]]>Mon, 09 Aug 2021 03:24:11 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/your-victory-in-christPicture
Daily Victory Through Faith
Although you may not always feel like a victor in your mind or your body, you are assured of victory in your spirit. You must feed your spirit every day through God's word. Your whole will can then desire to submit itself to the Holy Spirit through your inner person. Speaking regularly in tongues will help your submission to the Holy Spirit. As you obey the Holy Spirit's directions and confess and apply God's word to every circumstance you face in life, your faith increases exponentially. You now know in Christ, that you have the victory. It must be a constant every day experience, not just founded on a sermon or some incredible experience, but always on the word of God.
You Are an Overcomer
We read about God's wonderful victory in you, from John chapter 16 verse 33. In Christ we have His marvellous peace. In the world, dominated by Satan, there will always be trouble. Christians may have problems, however, because of the Lord, they are able to be full of His joy and peace. As a result, they are well able to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil, in His victory alone.
Why We Overcome
By reading and taking on board Romans chapter 8 verses 37 to 39, we are able to have continual victory. We are setting our course for eternal life. Circumstances may be very demanding or very difficult but no matter what comes against us, we are more than conquerors. We don't win according to the flesh, but we overcome through our Lord Jesus, who loves us. Nothing concerning death or life nor angelic beings nor powers or authorities, nor anything that we have to deal with now nor in the future, will overcome us. No physical barrier nor any created thing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus. Our complete victory and sustaining power, is in the Lord.
Only In Christ.
1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 57 and 58 informs us of our true victory in Christ. All Christians should daily thank the Lord for the amazing victory they have in Him. They can have constant victory over ill health, depression, personality defects, lack of energy, lack of finance, poor family relationships and anything else that may overtake them in life. In the Lord and through His word, we can remain steadfast and immovable. We will abound in the work God has given us by being diligent in prayer; being obedient to the Holy spirit's directions and reading, meditating, confessing and applying God's word to our life. In this way we have victory in Christ over the flesh, the world and the devil.
We Are Able in Christ
In 1 John chapter 2 verse 13 John mentions that the young men had overcome the wicked one, Satan. These people had come to know their overcoming power in Christ. All Christians must fully realise that they are well able and need to resist Satan and overcome Him and His demonic cohorts and all his evil plans. We must recognise that Satan, as the god controlling the world system, is the one that is the instigator of the world's wars, of racial tensions, of all forms of sickness and disease and all forms of financial collapse and insecurities. As God's children, it is imperative that we resist him in the authority that God has given each of His children. Satan recognises God's authority in us and will flee, as in terror, from us, and from our circumstances. We see Satan's power broken in the name of Jesus.
God in You Is Greater
Because we are God's children we are overcomers. This we learn from 1 John 4 verse 4. We are God's children and we have God's power in us to overcome Satan. The Holy Spirit is in all born again Christians and He is the greater One. It is in God's strength that we gain victory over Satan and all our adverse circumstances. Our victory is in Christ.
Faith in Christ and His Word
According to 1 John chapter 5 verse 4, all those who are born of God, overcome the world. Our victory is through faith in God and His word and never in ourselves. As we are obedient to the directions of the Holy Spirit and make God's word our sure foundation, victory is assured. Learning, reading, meditating, confessing and applying God's word to every situation, builds up our faith. In so doing we have an anointing and empowering to have absolute victory in Christ.
His Victory Is Complete
As a child of God and an inheritor of eternal life, you have God's victory now and forever. Don't falter but keep pressing on in your God given victory, by faith in His name and in His word!
