We Belong to Jesus
Each born again person is God's Property. You and I are to be separate from the world. Important information is contained in 2 Corinthians chapter 6 verses 14 to 18. We are not to be in spiritual agreement with unbelievers and certainly not to marry unbelievers. You are a righteous, blood bought child of God who must never agree with the sinful deeds of unbelievers. There can be no spiritual fellowship between light and darkness. There can be no accord between Christ and His children and between the Devil, called Belial and his demons and those who practise evil. A believer can have no real spiritual part with an unbeliever. There can be no agreement between the temple of God and idols. After all you are the temple of the living God. God indwells us and lives among all those who love the Lord. You and I are God's children. We must be separate and come out from the flesh, the world and the devil. We are not to even touch or have any part with that which is abominable or unclean and is directly against God and His Word. God is our Father through Jesus Christ for eternity. We are His sons and daughters. If you made a mistake, early in life, by marrying an unbeliever, or you turned to the Lord after you were married, always ask the Holy Spirit for His wisdom, how to reach out to an unbelieving partner.
You Are God's Temple
Ephesians chapter 2 verses 19 to 22 tells us that we are no longer strangers or foreigners but we are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God. God's Word has been released to us through the prophets of the Old Testament and the apostles of the New Testament. Jesus Christ, Himself, is the chief cornerstone from which all of God's Word and His work is founded. This whole building of the Lord, of which we are a part, is being fitted together by the lord as a holy temple for the Lord. All those who are born again are also being built together for a dwelling place of God by the Holy Spirit. Each day, as we spend time praising the lord, praying and speaking in tongues, our temple, as part of God's holy temple, is being built. It is further enhanced and sustained by our reading God's Word, meditating on God's Word and confessing and applying God's Word to all those daily situations that arise in our lives. Above all ,each brick of the church is being put in place, as we diligently obey the Lord and carry out His will and purposes to the honour and glory of the Father in Jesus' name. We constantly believe God and seek to please Him and thereby increase in our walk of faith; overcoming all the obstacles of sight; as we move forward to victory.
Your Temple is Sanctified By the Holy Spirit and the Word
We are sanctified by our mighty God of peace. He is our only complete hope. We read about this in 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 23. Our whole temple-spirit, soul and body- is to be preserved blameless, until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are to make sure our temple, which is indwelt by God, Himself, is kept holy on a daily basis, by the Spirit of God and the Word of God. Those Christians who are not obedient or live a careless life of ease in Zion, will be brought into line by the Lord, so that they escape the tragedy of losing out on eternal life. Listen to your spirit or conscience, as the Holy Spirit provides you with God's holy and determining will and purposes for your life. Always be willing to listen to the Lord and do what you are told to do. It will always save you from jeopardy and even tragedy. Even your very own life and the lives of your family, will be enabled to live peacefully instead of living through endless upsets and defeats. You are a living, vibrant temple of the holy Spirit of God. Live according to God's righteousness and His truth; and freedom will be yours for evermore. Keep daily building and allowing the Lord to cleanse your temple. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

The Christian Temple
You are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Every born again blood bought Christian is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Each one of us, who truly loves Jesus, is a true temple of God on earth. The physical temple of God in Jerusalem was destroyed by the Roman general and later emperor Titus, in 70 AD. Ever since Jesus rose from the dead, all His children onwards from Pentecost, have been indwelt by the Holy Spirt. They have become, since their repentance, God's temples on earth. God requires that His temples are to be pure and holy and being used in obedience for His will and purposes.
The Place of God's Sanctuary
In Ezekiel chapter 37 verses 26 to 28 we read that God has made an everlasting covenant of peace with His people. The Lord has established and will continuously greatly increase His people. He has set His sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. He has placed the Holy Spirit in His people and has given them His Word so that they can know God and His ways and be obedient to Him. As God indwells His people He becomes their God and they are His peculiar people. Other people will see that God is with His people when His people obey His commandment of love and live a holy life of godly service.
The Temple Was Destroyed and Then Rebuilt
Jesus made and amazing statement in John chapter 2 verse 19 that if the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed Jesus would raise it up again in three days. The people could not believe the Lord's statement. Herod's Temple had taken forty six years to enlarge and rebuild and how could Jesus rebuild it in three days? The Jews sought a sign from Jesus as to who He was. However, Jesus was not speaking of rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem, but was speaking of His own resurrection and those people who would be resurrected and gain eternal life in His name.
Resurrected Temples of God
According to 1 Corinthians chapter 3 verses 16 to 21 all Christians are to have a wake up call of who they are in Christ. There is no need for any new physical temple in Jerusalem or anywhere else. Those people who are indwelt by the Holy Spirit, have already become the temple of God's presence on earth. After all, wherever God dwells, whether in Heaven or upon the Earth, is where the Holy Spirit, dwells or lives. There are millions of God's spiritual temples on earth today. We must be careful dear brothers and sisters, not to defile our holy temple of God. We must repent quickly, if we do so. Don't think filthy thoughts or speak cursing language or use your body to carry out evil deeds nor live sexually immoral or deviant lifestyles. If you keep doing so then God will allow your temple to be destroyed by disease or accident or other blemishes or incidents. If you repent then you are forgiven and your mind, will, emotions or fleshly acts will be cleansed and made whole again by the Blood of the Lord and His Word. Remember, you are the temple of God, in whom dwells the Holy Spirit. Those who think they are wise in themselves need to realise that without a regenerated spirit and a renewed mind, they are but fools. The wisdom of the world, the flesh and the devil is foolishness with God. The thoughts of the world only lead to futility. Let no person boast in others or themselves but only in the wisdom of the Living God. He is manifested through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to the honour and glory of God the Father.
Our Temples Belong To God
We learn in 1 Corinthians chapter 6 verses 19 and 20 how important the Lord regards the use of our body or the tent we live in. Our very being; spirit soul and body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit talks to and instructs our regenerated or born again inner person or spirit. This is how we receive the wisdom of God and how He desires us to live to the honour and glory of the Father, in Jesus name. As a result, we are no longer our own person, just doing what we desire, but we are to live according to the mind of Christ and His Word, the Bible. We have been bought at great price, out of slavery to the world, the flesh and the devil by the Blood of God Himself, shed on our behalf at Calvary. Always we must seek to glorify God in our spirit and in our soul and body. We are now God's property over which neither ourselves, nor the world and particularly Satan, has any more dominion. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[His Righteousness Alone -part 2]]>Thu, 18 Feb 2021 05:15:14 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/his-righteousness-alone-part-2Picture
Our Gift of Righteousness in Jesus
In Romans chapter 5 verses 17 to 21 we learn that God has given His born again children the gift of righteousness in Jesus. Adam's trespass enabled sin to reign in the lives of all people. Everyone was born in sin. Death reigned from Adam to the time God gave His laws to Moses on Mount Sinai. However, those who receive God's great grace of sins forgiven and forgotten, are enabled to live a life of sinless eternal life for evermore. Those who do so receive the gift of God's righteousness and are able to reign in life through Jesus Christ. One man's sin, Adam's sin, caused condemnation to all people. Nevertheless, one man's righteous act, that was Jesus on the Cross, enabled all people to have the opportunity to live a justified and resurrected life. By one man's disobedience many were made sinners, also by the Son of God, Jesus Christ, and His obedience to the Father, many people were enabled to be made righteous in Him. The law was brought in so that sin could be recognised as sin. However, where sin abounded, the grace of God abounded much more. Sin reigned through eternal death but then grace reigned through righteousness to eternal life in Christ Jesus.
We Become Slaves to Whoever We Obey
Furthermore we read in Romans chapter 6 verses 16 to 19 that whoever we obey we become their slaves. If we sin we follow the downward path of death. If we are obedient, we follow and live in God's righteousness which is full of His forgiveness, love and eternal life. Once we were without doubt slaves of sin following our own ways and walking in the ways of the flesh, the world and the devil. Now that we have been set free from sin, through the shed Blood of Jesus Christ, we are now children of Jesus and inheritors of God's righteousness. Our flesh is weak but we must always repent of our sins and forgive others of their sins towards us. We were once those who were in bondage as slaves to filth, violence and degradation. Our behaviour led us deep into acts of unrighteousness. Now we can live a life of daily holiness as we read, meditate upon, confess, and apply God's Word to our lives and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and understanding in all aspects of our lives.
We Overcome in His Righteousness
As we go about our daily life we must not just live in slumber land but remember that we have a day by day battle with Satan and his unrighteousness. However, thank God, we can always overcome his evil plots and deceits by the Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, and by the Word of our testimony which enables us to always be secure in Him. 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 34 tells us to always awake to righteousness. When we desire to always walk in God's ways, we will not desire to sin. Unfortunately, many forget at times that they are to live as God's children. Many Christians have limited knowledge of God and His Word. Unbelievers have not had their spirit regenerated and neither know and in most cases, don't even care.
Put Off the Old and Put On the New
Colossians chapter 2 verses 22 to 24 demands that we put off the old person and their old ways. This persona, is directed through the will, the mind and the emotions, is very wicked. It is full of corruption and lies and all kinds of lusts and must be renewed. When we give our life to the Lord then our inner person or spirit, the real you, is regenerated and the Holy Spirit comes to abide in us and we inherit the gift of eternal life. However, we must constantly be renewing our mind or soul and bringing it in line with our regenerated spirit. We must learn to grow in faith and not place our trust in the flesh. This can be accomplished by our spending time with the Lord and His Word. This is how we put on the new person in Christ in true righteousness and holiness. Forget your self righteousness. It is nothing but an unholy mess! Daniel chapter 9 verse 14b informs us that despite Israel's iniquity and lack of obedience, the Lord our God is righteous in all the works that He does.
This is your God and my God, the Lord Jesus Christ. He, alone is the righteous One!
Our Righteousness Is Entirely in Christ.
Our entire righteousness is in Christ alone, who abides constantly through the Holy Spirit in the heart or spirit of every believer. Every day read God's Word and listen attentively to what the Holy Spirit has to tell you. Always be obedient to what the Lord tells you to do. Learn to pray, directly, for your healing and life's solutions to the Father, in Jesus name. Don't be too dependant on other people, although you certainly can learn much from those who are more mature spiritually, than yourself. Learn to intercede for your family and for other people. Remember you are a righteous person complete in His righteousness, alone. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Right Standing Before God
We can, as God's children, reign in life in God's righteousness, alone. There is no other way to have right standing before our loving Father in heaven, other than through the righteousness which is imputed to us through our risen Lord Jesus Christ. Only the righteous will live with God throughout eternity. If you have asked for forgiveness of your sins and have been washed in Christ's Blood you are redeemed and therefore righteous because you now partake of God's righteousness in Christ. Therefore you are able to reign in life in God's righteousness, alone.
We Must Not Be Deceived
Proverbs chapter 10 verse 2 informs us that the treasures of wickedness profit nothing. What are treasures of wickedness? They are ill gotten gains and things obtained by lies and false representations. Many things in life appear to be good but are so often just facades that deceive by imagination and false concepts. Their pathway, if not repented of, lead to eternal spiritual death. However, the righteousness of God, not our own supposed self righteousness, leads to life; eternal life.
God's Work Is Righteous
God's work is honourable and glorious .God's work gives people righteous enjoyment and satisfaction. We read about this in Psalm 113 verse 3. How mighty are the mountains and valleys He has created, as well as the light from the sun and the creation of our natural environments! How much more is His marvellous righteousness in recreating the human spirit to be like God and for that person to be freed from the devils' kingdom of darkness!
Sin Is A Reproach
We are provided with important information when we read Proverbs 14 verse 34. Those nations that enact godly laws and provide help for their citizens have God's righteousness involved in their governments. God's righteousness ,in His recreated Blood bought children, exalts a nation. These are nations where many people know their God. Sin is any nation is a reproach to God and His creation. The more people in a nation who are willing to worship God and be obedient to His Word, the Bible and walk in His ways, the more righteous that nation will be.
God's Power Brings Salvation
Jesus is the only righteous One. We read in Isaiah chapter 59 verses 16 and 17 of God's righteousness. The Lord saw that there was no intercessor for mankind's iniquity. Therefore God's own power and righteousness brought salvation. His own righteousness sustained Him for He alone is righteous . He wore the mighty armour of His own salvation, as a breastplate. His helmet of salvation was upon His head. He then clothed Himself in righteous garments of vengeance, and also clothed Himself with His own zeal. Jesus brought God's righteousness to earth and made it available to all who were willing to obey.
Nebuchadnezzar Was Advised To Be Righteous
In Daniel chapter 4 verse 27 we find that Daniel had interpreted Nebuchadnezzar's dream. After the interpretation, Daniel advised the King to break off his sins and seek to be righteous. In particular, he was to show mercy to the poor, in the kingdom of Babylon. If he did so God might show mercy to him by lengthening the period of prosperity in his reign. We also must follow the Lord and show God's love and mercy to the poor and those needing spiritual and material help. As Christians, we must learn to live a righteous life towards all those we meet.
Spiritual Realm Must Dominate the Natural
Although we live in a natural world we are to allow the spiritual realm of the Lord to dominate our thoughts; our words and our actions. Matthew chapter 6 verses 31 to 34 gives us an important insight. We are not to worry about our daily circumstances; what we shall eat or drink or wear. God will provide for all our needs. Non believers spend most of their waking time being concerned with their natural needs. Our heavenly Father knows what we have need of better than we do. What must be the priority of Christians? We are to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and God will supply every need. We are not to worry about today or particularly, the future. Tomorrow will come soon enough for us to be concerned with. Today is all we need to be concerned about. God knows what is best for today and also for tomorrow.

<![CDATA[Set Apart By The Blood -part 2]]>Wed, 10 Feb 2021 02:44:31 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/set-apart-by-the-blood-part-2Picture
Jesus Enabled Man To Be Reconciled to God
Jesus' mighty ministry was one of reconciliation. The Lord came to earth to reconcile all of mankind unto Himself. He has and will reconcile all who have been and are willing to accept His gracious gift of salvation. Colossians chapter 1 verse 29 tells us that all who are forgiven through Him and are reconciled by Him and only by Him; these are things on earth or in heaven. This reconciliation was purchased through His shed Blood on the Cross of Calvary. His reconciliation has brought peace to all who believe.
Jesus Blood Ratified the New Covenant
Hebrews chapter 9 verses 11 to 14 informs us that Christ came as high priest of the better things to come through the New Covenant ratified in His Blood. This new tabernacle of worship was not made with human hands and was therefore not part of the old creation or old covenant. No longer were the blood of goats and calves necessary but Jesus entered the most Holy Place with His own Blood and made a once and for all eternal redemption for all those who accepted Him as their Lord and Saviour. Under the Old Testament the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer was sprinkled over all that was unclean. At that time, this covering was sufficient for purifying the flesh. However, we learn from the Word, how much more shall the Blood of Christ, by way of the Holy Spirit, offered through Christ Himself, without blemish, cleanse your consciousness and thoughts from dead works, to serve the living God. With a regenerated spirit, those who are born again, have been given the ability to cease from their own works and embrace the perfection that is found alone, in Christ, to the honour and glory of the Father.
Love and Forgiveness
As Christians we must live in the light of God's Word daily. This means we walk in love towards other people and particularly those who are our brothers and sisters in the Lord. When we think, say or do wrong things, we are able to repent and be forgiven.
The Blood Restores Fellowship
1 John chapter 1 verse 7 tells us that if we have any form of broken fellowship in our life then the Blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses all those who seek forgiveness, from all sin. Always repent and forgive quickly so that any iniquity doesn't keep on spoiling your walk of faith with the Lord and fellow believers.
We Are Cleansed By the Blood
How wonderful that the love of Christ is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit! Revelation chapter 1 verse 5 informs us that Jesus is the firstborn from the dead. This happened when He rose triumphantly from the grave and took Satan and his demons captive. He then became the ruler over the kings and rulers of the earth. What is SO important is that Jesus loved us and His precious Blood has cleansed us from all our sins, our guilt and shame, forever and given us His freedom and eternal life.
We Also Have Overcome Satan
Revelation chapter 12 verse 11 proclaims that we, His Blood bought redeemed children, have overcome Satan and his demons and all their deceitful trickery and evil plans. God's children have overcome the flesh, the world and the devil by the Blood of the Lamb, our Lord Jesus and the word of our testimony, of God's goodness through His Word. We are not to love our lives above Jesus and what He has created us to do. If this should mean physical death, so be it. God and His will and purposes must be our chief reason for living both now on earth and will be throughout eternity.
We Are Set Apart Daily, By His Blood
Jesus sanctified and sanctifies right now His chosen people with His own Blood which He shed outside the gate of Jerusalem. Right now, only those who are cleansed by the Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, are set apart for His eternal glory. How important it is every day, that we sanctify and make our allegiance to Jesus sure! Let the Holy Spirit give you your confidence, your instruction and empowering for the new day ahead. As you read, meditate, confess and apply God's Word your faith level rises so that you become victorious over all the circumstances you encounter during your new day. Remember, you are set apart from the world, the flesh and the devil by the shed Blood of your Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. for the honour and glory of the Father. It is Christ's Blood alone, that enables you to be righteous and worthy and forgiven before God the Father. Our mission, like Jesus, is to reconcile those we know unto the Lord. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Set Apart By the Blood - part 1]]>Mon, 08 Feb 2021 04:17:47 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/set-apart-by-the-blood-part-1Picture
You Are Set Apart
All true born again Christians are set apart from the world and unbelievers by the precious blood of Jesus Christ shed on the Cross of Calvary. No one that is not cleansed from sin, guilt and shame by the Blood of Jesus can ever be forgiven of their sins and are denied eternal entry into Heaven and the presence of God and His goodness. We are to make a daily effort to read the Word and listen and obey the Holy Spirit. In all things we are to live a sanctified life unto the Lord. We are no longer our own but have been purchased at great price, with the Blood of Jesus Christ.
The New Covenant Is in Christ's Blood
We read in Leviticus chapter 17 verse 11 that the life of all flesh is in the blood. In the Old Testament the blood of animals such as goats and calves, were slain and their blood was placed on the altar by the priest, to make atonement for the sins of the people of Israel. Under the Old Covenant or Testament, their sins were only covered by the blood. When Jesus shed His Blood on the Cross, the Old Testament, with its sacrifices, was abolished and replaced by the shed Blood of Jesus, the Son of God and the New Covenant or Testament. Now the sins were no longer just covered but were completely washed away. Under the Old Testament there were continual offerings being made for atonement of sins but at the Cross it was the once and for all sacrifice, forever and the sin problem was completely dealt with and sins were no longer just covered but were forgiven and forgotten for all eternity.
The Importance of Communion
In Luke chapter 22 verse 20 we read that Jesus took a communion meal with His apostles, at the Last Supper. Communion represents the New Covenant ratified in His Blood. The breaking of bread represents the stripes laid on His Body for our healing and the cup is symbolic of the Blood shed on behalf on all who are willing to believe for forgiveness of their sins and therefore obtain the entry point for eternal life.
Ministers Must Teach From God's Word
In Acts chapter 20 verse 28 we learn that all those that have been anointed, by God, for ministry positions in His body the church, are to shepherd the flock. They are to teach God's people from His Word and the revelation knowledge imparted by the Holy Spirit. They must be wise righteous shepherds who realise their God given responsibilities. These people, which they lead, have been purchased with the precious Blood of the Lord. They are a special blood bought group of people who need to be led and kept on God's path of righteousness through the Word of God and obedience to the directions of the Holy Spirit.
We Are Justified By Christ's Blood
Look, dear children of God, you can and must be free from all uncertainty and doubt. When you leave this planet your spirit or the real you, will be in the arms of your dear Lord and Saviour and in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Romans chapter 9 verse 5 informs us that we are now justified and made righteous and whole before the Father's Throne. We are justified by our Saviour's shed Blood. God looks at us through Jesus Christ our Saviour, as pure and perfect beings. Our spirit has been regenerated and that is the part of us that inherits eternal life as a result of our salvation. No more are we like the world, that does not understand or rejects God's gracious gift of forgiveness and eternal life. Nor are we, any longer, the target of God's wrath against all the sin of the world, the flesh and the devil. We are a child of God and a member of His blood washed band, forever.
We Are Redeemed People
Those who belong to the Lord are redeemed people. We are redeemed from the darkness of Satan's kingdom of lies, deceit and violence. We have been translated into the kingdom of God's dear Son Jesus Christ. This is a kingdom of light and God's love. We have our redemption, in Jesus, through His shed Blood. We have complete forgiveness of our sins. Our lives are now full of His riches of righteousness; faith, hope and love.
Citizens of God's Kingdom
According to Ephesians chapter 1 verse 7 we now, right now, are citizens of His heavenly kingdom through His great gift of grace. Our lives were once in stark contrast to what they are now.
Brought Near By Christ's Blood
In Ephesians chapter 2 verse 13 we read that we were once afar off from eternal life. We were burdened down with grief and sorrow and shackled and imprisoned by sin. Now we have been brought near to God by the Blood of Christ. We have seen and accepted God's light and are now rejoicing in sins forgiven and our eternal destiny is secure in Christ. We are now set apart from the world, the flesh and the devil by Christ's shed Blood and are already inheritors of His perfect and bountiful blessings for evermore. Hallelujah ! Praise the Lord !

<![CDATA[How Many Times?]]>Thu, 04 Feb 2021 04:25:51 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/how-many-timesPicture
How Many Times?
We know we should always forgive. We are taught to do so in many homes, most schools and a variety of life's situations. But how many times should we forgive? After all once should be sufficient in most circumstances. However, forgiving others should be an ongoing experience throughout our life. Matthew chapter 18 informs us how many times that we should forgive a person that sinned against us. Peter was bold enough to propose seven times as sufficient. Jesus then replied to Peter that he should forgive, his brother or friend, seventy times seven. On a mathematical basis that would be four hundred and ninety times. Really Jesus was telling Peter he should always forgive someone no matter how many times it takes. Forgiveness is mandatory for all desiring eternal life.
A Servant Is Forgiven Much
From verses 23 to 27 of Matthew chapter 18, we read that a servant of the king owed the king ten thousand talents. This was a huge amount of money to repay. The king at first, finding that his servant could not repay the debt, commanded that this man, his wife and children were to be sold into slavery until full restitution of the debt had been made. The servant fell down before the king and begged him for mercy for a period of time until he was able to completely settle his debt. The king at the servants request, was moved with compassion and completely forgave the servant all of his debt.
The Merciless Servant
In Matthew chapter 18 verses 28 to 31 we find that the same servant, who had been forgiven much, was not willing to forgive a fellow servant his debt of only one hundred denarii. He took hold of this fellow servant by laying his hands around his throat and told him to pay him all that he owed. His fellow servant fell down before him and begged him to give him time and he would pay back all that he owed. The merciless servant would not listen to him but threw him into the debtor's prison until such time as he payed back all that he owed. His fellow servants were greatly distressed when they heard and went and told their master all that the merciless servant had done to his fellow servant.
Result of Unforgiveness
In Matthew chapter 18 verses 32 to 34 we read about the reaction of the king to the unjust servant, he had recently pardoned. He called the unjust servant before him and upbraided him for his wicked actions towards his fellow servant. He called him a wicked servant and reminded him that he had pardoned all his debt, after he had begged the king to do so. He then told the wicked servant that he should have had compassion on his fellow servant and done likewise. The king then delivered the ungrateful servant to the torturers until he had paid back all that he owed.
Forgive From the Heart
By reading Matthew chapter 18 verse 35 we learn about the result of the lack of forgiveness on the part of the unjust servant. From an eternally spiritual perspective the same will happen to all those who refuse to forgive their fellow person their debts. It must be far more than just lip service. It needs to be a deep forgiveness from the heart or their inner being, towards that other person.
The Gratefulness of Those Forgiven Much
In Luke chapter 7 verses 41 and 43 we read about a creditor who had two debtors, both owing him money. One owed him five hundred denarii and the other fifty denarii. Neither were able to repay their debts. The first debt was considerable and the other was relatively small. The creditor freely forgave them both. Simon was then posed the question: which one of the two debtors would be more grateful? Simon answered that he thought the one who had been forgiven much. Jesus replied that he had rightly judged.
Always Forgive
Luke chapter 17 verse 4 makes it very plain that we must always forgive others their sins against us and be willing to so so many times over. If a person sins against you seven times in a day and then repents seven times in a day then you are to forgive them.
Repentance and Forgiveness Brings Eternal Life.
Matthew chapter 6 verses 13 and 14 teaches us about the seriousness of unforgiveness. If we are willing to forgive other people their trespasses then our heavenly Father will also forgive us our trespasses. However, if we are not willing to forgive others their trespasses, even intended wrong speech and actions, neither will your Father in Heaven forgive you your sins and trespasses. Not to forgive and particularly your fellow Christians, is a very serious offence. It is so serious that if you do not make the effort and keep on with your unforgiveness, your final destiny will be hell rather than heaven. Keep forgiving throughout your life, even as Jesus through His shed Blood, has forgiven you, your sins, to the honour and glory of the Father.
Forgiveness and love of God and His Word are the entry points to eternal life for all who love the Father in Jesus' name. How many times should you forgive? Keep forgiving over and over again and never stop. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Your Words Mean Life or Death -part 2]]>Mon, 01 Feb 2021 04:11:10 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/your-words-mean-life-or-death-part-2Picture
Pay Strict Attention to God's Word
In Proverbs chapter 4 verses 20 to 24 we learn that we are to pay attention to God's Words and listen carefully and meditate on God's Word. We must be reading, meditating, confessing and applying God's Word to all of life's situations. We must keep them before us in our spirit as well as our minds. All that do so will find life and pursue its goodness. God's Word also gives us godly health in spirit, soul and body. We must keep our inner person well fed with all diligence for out of a godly spirit and therefore a godly person, proceed everything that is the God kind of life Putting away bad thoughts will enable us to have righteous speech and put perversity far away from our lives.
Health Through Our Tongue
Even health for our own soul and bodies, as well as our families, church members, relatives and friends is enabled by the tongue of those who think and speak godly words. We read about this in Proverbs chapter 12 verse 18. Those who speak only from the mind and the emotions often speak words that tear people down and are usually full of deceit and cruelty.
Life and Death Are in the Tongue
Proverbs chapter 18 verse 21 informs every human being and particularly Christians, the importance of our words.. We read that life and death are in the power of the tongue. The words we speak begin in our minds or in our spirit. If we feed our spirit person on the Word of God then our minds and then our tongues will speak righteousness, truth and life. Our mouths will promote the Kingdom of God and eternal life. If we feed our spirit constantly with the things of the world, the flesh and the devil, then our minds and therefore our speech, will be unrighteous and full of negativity, deceit, foolishness and even hatred. By doing so we are consciously or unconsciously promoting the kingdom of darkness and finally eternal damnation.
Learn to Cleanse Your Way
Hide God's Word in your heart or your spirit, by learning, meditating and confessing it. This we read in Psalm 119 verses 9 and 11. The question is asked; how can a young person cleanse their way? The answer given is by listening and applying God's Word to their lives. God's word must be hidden in our inner person so that people may learn not to wilfully sin against the Lord. They must apply this Word to all of life's circumstances. This is done rather than the vain philosophies of men which only leads to discontent and unfulfilled lives.
Words Determine Our Life's Outcomes
It is important for each of us to realise just how important our words are, even for determining our own life's situation. Matthew chapter 12 verses 36 and 37 tells us to be careful of every idle or unnecessary word. Many of our words can well be deceitful, dreadful and foolish. One day we will give an account of them before our Father in heaven. Our words justify who we really are and where our real intentions lie. We are justified or alternatively condemned by our spoken words which are projections of our thoughts. They are either from God or the world, our own flesh or other people's ideas, or even the devil.
The Word Enables Us to Grow
If you desire to grow in that faith and live in that new found faith and overcome in greater faith; there is only one way to do this. Romans chapter 10 verse 17 gives us the answer. We read that faith comes by hearing and hearing; over and over the Word of God. It must be a diligent effort on your part as well as a constant daily practice. It is to be done at every opportunity that you get. It is not just doing it for a short period or now and again. It must be a constant and repeated effort on your part. Faith filled words that are read, become faith filled thoughts which you say, confess and apply to all your daily circumstances.
We Are Born Again of Incorruptible Seed
In 1 Peter chapter 1 verse 23 we are informed of an incredible salvation fact. When we repented of our sins and the Lord graciously forgave us, through His great grace and mercy, we became born again children of God. We were now God's seed through Christ. This seed was incorruptible and would endure through our earthly life and on into and throughout eternity. This seed was born again, in us, through the Word of God. Because Jesus is the Word of God. Jesus life lives in and abides with His children forever. This is the same Word of life which we are now able to live and to think, to say and confess. This we must do over ourselves, our family and all those we meet throughout life's journey. Keep saying I am a child of God and He lives in me and I have the life of God in me and my destiny is eternal life. There is no greater truth that we can know than this. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Your Words Mean Life of Death -part 1]]>Sat, 30 Jan 2021 04:36:24 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/your-words-mean-life-of-death-part-1Picture
The Importance of Your Words
Our words are so very important. Our words will either give us God's freedom or the devil's bondage. It is also important to realise that what we say is a result of our thinking. Either our thoughts will be good and positive and based on God's Word ,the Bible, or they will be negative and full of misunderstanding. This can be a result of what we were taught when we were younger. It can also be a result of a poor and negative family upbringing. Again it can be as an outcome of the society in which we live or our own reaction to situations and circumstances we have already encountered in life. Altogether our thoughts determine what we say and our actions and responses in life and even our eternal destiny.
Using the Word of God
The greatest weapon in our arsenal against wrong thoughts and ideas is undoubtedly, the Word of God. Hebrews chapter 4 verse 12 informs us that the Word of God is both living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword. It can pierce asunder even dividing the soul and spirit or inner person and of every part of our body. It is a discerner of our thoughts and our very intentions. It can tell us why we think and say and what we do. The understanding of who and why we are comes from the very throne of God. If we read, meditate and confess God's Word over our circumstances, rightly dividing the Word of truth, then our thoughts and intentions will be pure and holy.
Our Tongue is Very Powerful
James chapter 3 verses 5 to 8 gives us important information about our tongue and therefore the words we say. By itself, without spiritual regeneration, it is a fire, full of iniquity. It is only a small member of our body and yet boasts great things often formed from evil thoughts. What an incredible amount of fire it can provoke in our own lives and the lives of other people! It can defile a person's entire nature and being. It can cause great relationships, family, health and financial problems and if continued further and not repented of, will send a person to hell and everlasting damnation. All kinds of birds, beasts, reptiles and all kinds of animals can be tamed. Think of a lion tamer as an example. However, no man, that is not born again, can by himself, tame the unruly evil and deadly poison of the tongue.
We Must Bless and Not Curse
James chapter 3 verses 9 to 14 tells us that with the same tongue that we bless God the Father we then turn around and curse people who are made in the image of God. Blessing and cursing come from the same tongue source. First the thoughts of the flesh, then the bad words and finally the evil actions. At the base of those bad thoughts, speech and actions is pride, unforgiveness and bitter envy. People boast to themselves first in their hearts. They lie against God's truth for they hate righteousness and as such remain in that state until they are renewed by the Holy Spirit of God. Renewed spirits will seek after God and His purposes and not the deceit of the flesh, the world and the devil.
Get Rid of Pride
James chapter 4 verses 6 and 7 reminds us of a very important aspect of our life that dominates our thoughts and speech and sometimes our actions. It is the basic human problem of pride. God resists both those who are proud in thought and speech. He gives grace to those who humble themselves and resists those who remain proud. If we submit to God we are also able to resist the devil and his evil tactics. When we do resist, he must and will flee from all who honour the Lord and His Word.
Be Aware of Satan's Tactics
It is so important to be on your guard and aware of Satan's tactics. We read again about resisting Satan in 1 Peter chapter 5 verses 7 and 8. We must be sober or serious about our godly intentions. We must be vigilant and ready to use our spiritual weapons, particularly the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God. The devil walks around seeking whom he may devour. Only vigilant Christians with weaponry, polished and ready, are able to defeat him. We must resist him steadfast in our faith. All that do will be overcomers. Resist Satan in your thoughts, your speech, and your actions and you will win the day.

<![CDATA[Prayer and Fasting -part 2]]>Mon, 25 Jan 2021 04:51:01 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/prayer-and-fasting-part-2Picture
Peter and Cornelius share a vision
A centurion in the Roman army, named Cornelius, prayed and fasted. We read about him in Acts chapter 10 verses 30 to 36. Four days previously, he had been praying and fasting in his house. At the ninth hour or at 3.00 pm, a man or angel stood before him in bright clothing. He told Cornelius that his good works and prayers had been heard and answered by God. He was then told to send for Simon Peter at Joppa. Peter came quickly and all that were present before God wanted to hear what God was to tell them. Peter perceived from Cornelius's vision of the clean and unclean animals, that God showed no partiality and that all who were willing to believe from every nation could be saved by the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, as well as healed and set free from demonic oppression.
Paul and Barnabas Pray and Fast
The missionary work of Paul and Barnabas began with prayer and fasting by the disciples at Antioch. We read about this in Acts chapter 13 verses 1 to 3. They first ministered to the Lord and then fasted. The Holy Spirit, then old them to separate Saul ( later called Paul) and Barnabas for the work that God had called them to. Having prayed and fasted they then laid hands on them and sent them away. This appears to be the normal first century practice. How important that we follow their example today, instead of just sending them forth with concocted ideas of theirs and our own.
New Leaders Were appointed After Fasting
When new churches were established, elders or pastors in charge, were appointed to oversee the work. We read about this Acts chapter 14 verses 23 and 24. Before their appointment Paul and his companions fasted. Then those who were appointed were commended to the Lord, in whom they believed.
Lives Saved On a Dangerous Voyage
Paul had a very tempestuous voyage by ship, on his fourth missionary trip to Rome. They had to throw cargo and even sailing tackle overboard, in order to continue. They now had given up saving the ship and all the crew and soldiers feared for their lives. Paul prayed and fasted from all food. He had not wanted to sail from Crete and they were now mid-ocean near Malta. Paul urged them to be courageous for no one's life would be lost if they did what the angel had told Paul. An angel of God had appeared to Paul telling him not to be afraid and that Paul would still appear before Caesar, in Rome, just as requested by Paul. This we read in Acts chapter 27 verses 23 to 25.
Jesus Prayed and Fasted Before His Temptation
Perhaps the most important passage in scripture about prayer and fasting, concerns Jesus and His temptation in the wilderness. This passage is found in Matthew chapter 4 verses 1 to 11. Jesus was led, by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness and subsequently tempted by the devil. The Lord fasted for forty days and forty nights and at the end of the period was very hungry. The devil then came to tempt the Lord. Satan always waits to tempt us when we are tired or hungry or low in spirit. He said to Jesus if He was really the Son of God He could command the local stones to become bread. Jesus replied that man is not to live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from God's mouth. The devil then led Jesus to the pinnacle of the temple. He desired Jesus to throw Himself to the ground. The devil then quoted scripture to the Lord. The devil often does use or twist scripture for his own wicked purposes. Jesus replied that no one should tempt the Lord their God. The devil then tried another trick and took Jesus to a very high mountain and showed the Lord all the glory and pomp of the kingdoms of the world, in a moment of time. These things Satan would give to the Lord if He would fall down and worship him. Jesus then told Satan what we all must do, when we are tempted. Jesus told Satan to depart or get lost. Every creature in the universe is to worship only the one true God. The devil then left Jesus alone. He will do so for us when we command him to do so in Jesus” name. He must leave us or our family or our circumstances alone. But always beware! The devil is an ornery character and will be back at some future date to tempt or distract us from doing God's will and purposes.
The Effect of Prayer and fasting
Prayer, accompanied by fasting, is such a powerful weapon against the wiles and corruptions of the world, the flesh and the devil. Always be spiritually ready for battle, each and every day. Be ready early in the morning and throughout the day. Keep reading, meditating and confessing God's Word and listening to the Holy Spirit. Always be obedient and you will be victorious. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Prayer and Fasting -part 1]]>Mon, 18 Jan 2021 04:11:47 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/prayer-and-fasting-part-1Picture

Denying the flesh
Prayer and fasting are very important aspects of our relationship with the Father through our Lord Jesus Christ. So often God's children fail to ask their heavenly Father for His advice on many occasions and in many situations.. They often fail to pray according to God's Word, as revealed to them by the Holy Spirit, speaking to and through the inner voice. Along with prayer comes the importance of fasting. Fasting is chiefly abstaining from food but can include sexual relationships between spouses or even fasting from things you may watch or listen to or be involved in for a period of time. Many major decisions can be freed from worry and false ideas when we obey God's Word and the Holy Spirit's knowledge and wisdom. It is essential to pray constantly and fast as the Holy Spirit leads you to do so. Both are very complimentary to each other.
Be Prepared to Pray for Success
It has been said quite often, that every work of God that fails is a failure by people and their prayers or even a lack of willingness to commit to a dedicated life of prayer. Those that pray and fast according to God's will and purposes, will really see, not maybe, mighty results to prevailing prayer in their own life, in their families and the work God has given them to do. Daniel chapter 6 verse 18 tells us that King Darius of the Medes had been tricked by evil governors, of the provinces, who hated and were against Daniel. The king had signed a decree that no one was to petition or pray to any God or man for a period of thirty days. If they did so they would be thrown into a den of lions. Daniel knew his God and kept on praying faithfully every day. These wicked men caught Daniel praying and told the king. Although the king highly valued Daniel, because of his decree, he was forced to throw Daniel into a den of lions. The king was greatly upset and could not sleep that night. He refused to eat and would not listen to the musicians. He got up early in the morning and went to the lions den and found Daniel alive and well. God had answered Daniel's prayers. The king now knew that Daniel's God was the only true God. The King then had those wicked governors, who had deceived him along with their families, thrown into the same den of lions. There the lions broke their bones before they hit the bottom of the den. Daniel's prayers were sincere and were answered by his almighty Father God.
Fasting Helps Us to Focus on the Lord
In Joel chapter 2 verses 12 and 13 we read that we are to turn our hearts, that inner voice of our spirit, towards God with fasting and even weeping and mourning for the sins of ourselves and others. We are to rend or tear apart our hearts and not our garments. We need to make a full and just repentance and turn to the Lord our God. Our God is gracious and merciful. He is slow to anger and of great kindness and if we turn to Him He is willing to save us from the harm of the flesh, the world and the devil.
How Important Prayer and Fasting is for Healing
We find a remarkable explanation of prayer and fasting in Matthew chapter 17 verses 15 to 21. A man came to Jesus concerning his epileptic son. This son suffered severely and often fell into the fire and water. Jesus' disciples were unable to heal the boy. Jesus upbraided them for their lack of faith. He denounced them as part of a perverse and faithless generation. Jesus then rebuked the demon that was causing the epilepsy and the demon came out and the boy was immediately, healed. The disciples, then privately, came to Jesus and asked Him why they had not been able to do so. Jesus replied that the real trouble was their unbelief. If only they had faith as a mustard seed they would be able to say to any mountain or problem that it would have to move and it would do so. Nothing is impossible if you are willing to believe God. When mountains are very big then a greater portion of faith is required. Jesus told them that this kind of faith requires both prayer and fasting.

<![CDATA[Ask What You Will ~part 2. blog 141]]>Tue, 05 Jan 2021 06:40:14 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/ask-what-you-will-part-2-blog-141Picture

God Will Supply Your Needs
Luke 11 verses 8 & 9 tells us about the man who was taken by surprise, late at night, by his friend seeking food. At first his friend told him to go away but because of his friend's need and persistence, he finally arose and gave him as much food as he needed. We are to keep asking the Lord in faith, believing, He will supply our needs. If we seek Him with all our heart we shall truly find Him and if we keep knocking on the door it will be surely opened to us. Persistent faith filled prayer always results in magnanimous, spirit filled answers from the Lord.
We Need the God Kind of Faith
We read in Mark 11 verses 22 to 26 that we are to have faith in God or the God kind of faith. Whoever says to the mountains of disappointment or lack or unbelief and believes what they say will be removed and cast into the sea, without doubting in his spirit, then the things that they claim, will come to the pass. When you pray, at that point, believe that you have received your answer, you will have it. It is so important to forgive, just as God has forgiven us. Don't let unforgiveness create a blockage to your prayers. If you don't forgive others, just as God has forgiven us, then our heavenly Father will not forgive us our trespasses. Keep on the eternal way and never be distracted, particularly by unforgiveness. Leave behind the way of the flesh, the world and the devil. Repentance and forgiveness is the only true pathway that leads to eternal life.
Always Abide in Him
Having learnt to abide in the vine, which is symbolic of Christ, and always be willing to forgive we are now ready for incredible blessings found in John chapter 14 verses 13 and 14. Jesus promised that whatever we asked in His name the Father will do so that our Father in Heaven will be glorified through His Son, Jesus. We can now ask anything which is godly in His name, and He will do it. Why is this so? Because we are now willing to learn to walk in God's ways and not our own. Now we truly desire to only do God's will and purposes and always have as a purpose of our Christian walk, to glorify the Father is Jesus' name.
Ask According to the Holy Spirit
This information is further confirmed in John chapter 16 verses 23 and 24. We are told that in that day, of rejoicing, we will ask anything of the Father in Jesus' name and He will give it or provide it for us. Up to now we have made few or minor requests of our God but now and into the future, we are to ask whatever the Holy Spirit shows us to ask for so that we and all of God's children will be filled with abounding joy.
We Know That God Answers Our Prayers
Our confidence in our Lord is fully justified according to 1 John chapter 5 verses 14 and 15. If we ask anything, according to His will, He hears us. We now know that because He hears us we also know that we have the petitions that we have asked, answered perfectly by our Father in heaven through our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. There is now no more ifs and buts but rather a perfect confidence in Him, through His Word and the revelation knowledge of the Holy Spirit.
Conclusion
Ask what you will because you know that His perfect solution to your requests, has been made available to every situation you will encounter in life. What an incredible answer to every faith filled prayer! It is now answered, done and complete! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Ask What You Will --part 1]]>Mon, 14 Dec 2020 05:36:51 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/ask-what-you-will-part-1Picture

We Can Ask Our Father
All Christians have been given the amazing ability to ask the Father whatever they desire, when they pray. However there are two important provisos we must be careful to read. First we must always ask according to His will and purposes and not just according to our whimsical fancies. Secondarily, as blood bought children, we must always be found abiding in the Vine, who is our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Therefore we will ask in faith believing that He has already answered. It is a resounding privilege to know that as we trust the Lord, our Father in Heaven will always answer us.
Jesus Is the Vine
In John chapter 15 verses 5 to 8 we read that Jesus is the Vine that gives us our life. Those who willingly abide in the Vine bear much fruit. As we abide in Him He also abides in us. It is a wonderful two way combination. Those who don't want to abide in the Vine are eventually cast our of His presence into eternal damnation in hell. As we abide in Christ, and His words from the Bible, abide in us then we will be able to ask the Lord whatever we desire. We know that salvation, healing, family relationships and freedom from financial poverty, are all His will and purposes for our life, for His Word tells us so. Not only will we ask but we will receive His answers, solving our problems. In this manner God the Father is glorified. We will bear much fruit in every endeavour thus proving we are His disciples.
If We Seek We Will Find
Matthew chapter 7 verses 7 and 8 invites us to ask the Lord believing Him and it will be given to us. If we keep seeking we will find. It is important to seek His will and purposes and have a knowledge of God's Word by daily reading and studying; meditating; confessing and applying God's Word. This is the only way to become strong in faith, knowing He is hearing and answering our prayers. Everyone who asks in faith, receives from the Lord; not just any old answers to their requests, but His perfect solutions. Those who seek the Lord find the right answers. They then follow through in faith and knock on God's door. Then they must take hold of all that God has provided for them.
The Key Is Believing
The key to all receiving from God is believing in His Word. You must believe that you will receive. Matthew chapter 21 verse 22 tells us to ask in believing prayer. Faith must be in God's Word alone, not in outside circumstances or previous life situations or what someone else has said. That will never get you God's answers. Belief that comes through the flesh, the world and the devil will at best give poor or false solutions or no real answer at all. Never leave the path of confessing God's Word over the situation and then believing by faith, through His Word, that His answer has come, already, even before full manifestation takes place.
God's Answer Is the Right Answer
God's Word and believing prayer, based on His Word, is very powerful. Matthew chapter 18 verses 18 to 20 informs us that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven. No matter how great is the personal problem; the family situation; the health or financial need; or even those things causing problems in our city state or nation; God's answer will be perfect and also dynamic in power. Whatever goodness, love, joy, peace, in every situation is loosed or made freedom in execution on earth, is also loosed or made freedom in execution in heaven. If two or three people agree on earth concerning anything that they ask it will be done for them by God in heaven. When two or three of God's children gather together in prayer, believing, in the name of Jesus, then Jesus will be in their midst, answering their prayers.
All Things Are Possible
In Mark chapter 9 verses 22 to 28 we read about the man who had a son that was greatly harassed by epileptic fits. This boy had thrown himself, under the power of an evil spirit, into fire and into water. Jesus said to the father that if he would believe that Jesus would heal his son, the son would be healed. If people can believe, right now, all things are possible to those who believe. The father recognised that he did not have sufficient belief that Jesus could heal his son. He immediately, cried out in despair, for Jesus to help him believe. Jesus then rebuked the deaf and dumb spirit, causing the epileptic fits, to come out. The evil spirit came out and Jesus commanded it not to go back. As the spirit convulsed the boy he appeared to be dead. Jesus then took him by the hand and lifted him up and he arose, full of life. The apostles then asked Jesus why they were not able to heal him. Jesus replied that this kind of faith cannot operate except by prayer and fasting.

<![CDATA[Crucify the Flesh -part 2]]>Mon, 07 Dec 2020 04:38:46 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/crucify-the-flesh-part-2Picture
We Must acknowledge That We Are sinners
Galatians chapter 2 verse 20 tells us what we must do. We must acknowledge in our lives that we are sinners and need to ask for forgiveness. When we do we have been crucified with Christ because we are now His child. No longer should we or even dare to live the life we once lived. Our old man has been crucified with Christ. It is now Christ who lives in us. God almighty, through the Holy Spirit, lives in us and contacts us through our inner person; our own recreated spirit. The life I now live I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Do Not Have Fellowship With the World's Ways
James chapter 4 verse 4 tells us how important it is that Christians do not have fellowship with Christians, who deliberately live in immorality, as their choice of lifestyle. This kind of fellowship with the world and its ways, causes enmity with God. It can cause God's own children to become adulterated by the world. Those who want to join or even condone their evil behaviour, become friends of the world. Pursuing such a course will ultimately make themselves an enemy of God. Christians live in the world but must not be part of the world's system or evil practices but rather reach out to the lost with the love, compassion and saving grace of Jesus.
Jesus Crucified To Obtain Our Righteousness
Jesus bore our sins and took our place on the Cross of Calvary. This we read in 1 Peter Chapter 2 verse 24. We are enabled to die to sin that we might live through Christ with the righteousness He purchased for us on the Cross. With the salvation package of forgiveness came the healing of our spirit as well as our soul and body. We must believe that we can receive full healing from the Lord in every area of our life. He was crucified for us that we might live and gain eternal life. Likewise, we must also renew our minds on the Word of God, the Bible, as well as be willing to crucify the lusts and passions of the flesh.
Leave the Things of the World Behind
Wonderful blessings and also warnings are learned, by us, from 1 John chapter 1 verses 15 to 17. We are exhorted not to love the world or the things in the world. If anyone does love the world they demonstrate that they don't really love the Father. All that is in the world consisting of the lust of the flesh such as sexual passions and perversions; the lust of the eyes in which we become greedy for more than we need and the pride of life; thinking that we are better than others and always wanting greater wealth and position in life, does not do the will of the Father. This is of the world. However this world is passing away as well as its lusts. Those who do the will of the Father have crucified the world, the flesh and the devil in their lives and God's will abides in them.
Those Who Crucify the Flesh Are Obedient People.
To truly crucify the flesh we must be willing to be obedient to God's will and purposes in our life. We put God's will and desires first and uppermost. Just as Jesus obeyed the father, by giving up His heavenly glory and going to the Cross, so must we be in our desire to follow the Lord and bring honour and glory to the Father in Jesus' name. Crucifying that which is not of God may be painful for the moment but it brings the rich rewards of forgiveness and eternal life and a joy that no one can take away. Remember you are not your own but you have been bought with a price; the price of Christ's shed blood and His death on the Cross. Keep on walking in the way of the Cross and the resurrection power of the Lord and through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit by faith in God's Word. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Crucify the Flesh - part 1]]>Mon, 30 Nov 2020 02:55:50 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/crucify-the-flesh-part-1Picture

We Must Be Willing to Crucify the Flesh
It is essential that all Christians are willing to crucify or put to death in their flesh, all the lusts and desires of the world and the devil. No Christian can be truly sanctified for the Lord's use until they put to death or leave behind, the things of the world. As Christ is crucified in the flesh, so we must be willing to be crucified to everything that is not of God. We must not be taken captive by the world and its evil, satanic schemes, which have no part with God. Those that inherit eternal life are children of God, blood bought by the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross. We must be willing to crucify those thoughts, that speech and the deeds of iniquity that are part of the world.
Jesus Was Crucified for Mankind's Sins.
We learn in Acts chapter 2 verse 23 that in order to save sinful mankind, Jesus was crucified on the Cross by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God the Father. He was crucified by lawless people, namely Roman soldiers and Jewish leaders who neither knew or worshipped the true and living God. Our task is to tell others, who are in jeopardy of eternal damnation, about the saving grace of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, so that they too can escape the fires of hell. Yes, in order to do so, we must leave behind many of the things of the world, even our own family relationships and particularly many of the things of the flesh that we hold dearly. To be an effective Christian we must be crucified to the flesh, the world and the devil.
Jesus Crucified Also Gives Us Healing.
In Isaiah chapter 53 verses 5 and 6 we read the Lord was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. For us to obtain eternal peace he bore our condemnation. With the stripes laid on His back for us we are healed spiritually and can be healed in our soul and our body as well. Remember to keep reading, meditating and confessing God's Word over all of your life's circumstances. Often people have strayed away from God's Word and have gone their own way. They were just like sheep, but in this case, following wrong leaders with wrong understanding of God's Word. Father God laid our iniquities upon a sinless Lord Jesus so we could be saved.
Get Rid of the Old Person
The biggest burden that people carry around with them is their old person, full of evil desires and wicked practices and wrong understandings of God. For those who are born again this should not be. We learn in Romans chapter 6 verse 6; this is our old spirit man of deceit; was crucified with Christ but was raised again to eternal life when Christ rose from the dead. That dreadful body of sin which encompassed all aspects of our life was dealt a death blow. We no longer had to be slaves of sin. We were free, yet many Christians often don't exhibit this freedom in their lives. We must learn to walk a faith walk free from the desires and lusts of the flesh. Although we are born again in our spirit by the Spirit of God, we must daily renew our mind, our will and our emotions and command our bodies to follow suite.
We Must Be Crucified With Jesus
In 1 Corinthians chapter 2 verse 2 we learn that Paul was determined not to know anything among people, other than Jesus Christ and Him crucified. We must learn to live in the same manner as Paul lived. To be able to be willing to know only Jesus and Him crucified we must also be willing to be like Jesus and be obedient to the Father in Jesus' name. Likewise, we must be willing to crucify all that is useless and evil in our own flesh.
Jesus has Put to Death Man's Sins
Why was Christ crucified? Galatians chapter 1 verse 4 gives us the answer. He had to put to death all of mankind's iniquity so that they could be forgiven of their sins, if they were willing to do so. Jesus Christ was crucified and rose again so that all of mankind could be saved and delivered from the wickedness of this evil age, in which we live. This was done in accordance with the predetermined will of god the Father, who gave the world His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, so that everyone could be saved. It was God's most precious gift to mankind.

<![CDATA[Call it All Joy --part 2]]>Mon, 23 Nov 2020 04:23:47 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/call-it-all-joy-part-2Picture

Awake and Begin Rejoicing
In Philippians chapter 4 verse 19 we. are encouraged to always rejoice in the Lord. Again we are told to rejoice in the Lord. When you awake in the morning, even before getting up for the day, start rejoicing in the Lord. When that unexpected circumstance arises or your mobile phone announces that your kin folks are only ten minutes away from calling in and you have little or no preparation time to receive them; start rejoicing in the Lord. It is so important that your spirit remains triumphant in the midst of all kinds of fleshly pressures and situations.
Always Thank God
Some wonderful aspects of joy are proclaimed in 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verses 16 to 22. First of all we are to always, rejoice. It is important to pray about everything. It needs to be a constant pattern in our lives. It is so important to always thank God even in the natural world, such as rain and sunshine. Be careful to listen to your inner spirit as the Holy Spirit gives you wisdom and understanding. Don't despise prophecies, for many are very important for God's people to accept. However, it is important to check or test all things and listen to your inner witness as to whether it is truly from God or otherwise. Many things don't seem to be so wrong but they are traps from Satan, particularly where your family or children are concerned. It is important to stay right away from every evil thought, word or action.
Jesus Acknowledged His Great Joy
We learn something wonderful about Jesus from Hebrews chapter 12 verse 2. His children must always look to the Lord for He is the author and finisher of their faith. Jesus acknowledged the wonderful joy that the Father set before Him when He died for the sins of all mankind on the Cross. He endured the Cross and despised the shame and is now seated at the right hand of the Throne of God. We also must endure the trials and tribulations of our earthly walk; despising the shame, for the mighty goal of eternal life, set before us.
Spiritual Joy Is Greater Than Natural Joy
In 1 Peter chapter 1 verse 8 we have the truth confirmed that we love the Lord, who as yet we have not seen. However we believe in Him, by faith, in His Word. As a result we rejoice with a joy, that those who remain in the natural world, have never experienced, It is a joy beyond expression and full of God's unspeakable Joy.
Greater Joy In The Lord
It is so wonderful that we can right now, have fellowship with God the Father and with Jesus as we are seated in heavenly places with them. This we read in 1 John chapter 1 verses 3 and 4. We have an incredible destiny of sins forgiven and never spiritually dying. Before us lies the amazing godly life of eternity. Living forever with God and His goodness should make any Christian rejoice with great joy!
Jesus Will Present His Children With Great Joy
Jude 24 declares that Jesus, one day, will present the church; His chosen bride; before the throne of God with exceeding joy. Because of the Lord's shed blood and our willingness to accept His marvellous gift of grace; the Lord has kept us from falling away from the truth. He has also now been able to present us to the Father, faultless. We are presented in glory with great joy before the host of heaven. The Lord's shed blood and our willingness to confess our victory in Him, has brought for us His amazing victory in us. You are an over comer, who know they are overcoming and who always desire to rejoice in the Lord;
Our Joy Is Complete In Jesus
Our life; our love and our joy are complete in the Lord. Keep praising Him and thanking Him for His wonderful goodness to us. Keep reading and confessing His Word,. Keep on always praying. Begin your day by praising the lord! When you start to feel weary at some point, begin again to praise the Lord. The joy of the Lord will return and you will be enabled to keep on rejoicing. Nothing will be as wonderful in your life as rejoicing in Jesus, your Lord and Saviour. Count your life as all joy as you grow by faith in His Word and you obey the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Count It All Joy - part 1]]>Mon, 16 Nov 2020 06:04:32 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/count-it-all-joy-part-1Picture

Leave the Past Behind
People who have inherited eternal life, because they accepted God's gracious gift of forgiveness for their sins, should always be joyful. They can cast all their burdens onto the Lord. They do not have to carry their shame and guilt from the present or the past. These people are learning, day by day, that God is Jehovah Rapha, their healer of spirit, soul and body. God's children can be healed through faith in God's Word, from any sickness or disease. Furthermore they have complete security as a child of God, to overcome whatever circumstance they may encounter. Their joy shall be full when they realise they are no longer in Satan's kingdom of darkness, but now in God's kingdom of love and light.
The Christian Walk Must Be Joyful
James chapter 1 verse 2 tells us to count our Christian lives as all joy, even when various trials and tribulations come our way. Yes, you may well have family problems and your bank balance may be low. Their could be plans for the present and future which have to be put on hold. Your own healing and that of a child or friend may not have fully manifested as yet. Yes, without doubt, Satan will be harassing you in some of his devious ways. However, you are special! You are a child of God! Keep on daily reading, meditating, confessing and applying God's Word. Listen carefully to your inner voice as the Holy Spirit speaks to you and you are willing to obey the Lord's instructions. Keep living by faith in God's Word. Keep praising the Lord and count it all joy as you overcome your current circumstances in the Lord.
Fullness of Joy
Psalm 16 verse 11 tells us that the Lord will lead us through His Word and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, on our path of life. This is real life; eternal life. In the presence of the Lord, seated in heavenly places, is fullness of joy. Only in the presence of the Lord can we find His ultimate joy and fulfilment. At God's right hand we inherit His pleasures for evermore. To be full of joy and abounding love, joy and peace is the most wonderful way to live. Always read the Word, meditate on the Word, confess the Word and apply the Word. Listen to your inner voice as your inner person relays the directions of the Holy Spirit to your mind.
Recall God's Wonderful Blessings
There is such wonderful blessings for our whole spirit, soul and body, when we praise the Lord. Psalm 30 verses 4 and 5 informs us of the wonder of singing the praise of the Lord. We give thanks, when we recall all God's wonderful blessings upon us. Yes, He sometimes corrects us to make us more like Himself, but as we are willing to learn from Him, this pain of correction only lasts for a moment. His gracious favour upon us is for life. We may endure weeping for a night but His joy floods our very being in the morning.
Through His Love Flows Joy
We read in John chapter 15 verses 10 and 11 that if we keep God's commandments we will abide in His love just as Jesus abode in His father's love. Through God's great love flows the wonders of His joy. As we are obedient to Him and are willing to forsake the things of the world, the flesh and the devil, His joy grows and remains in us. This allows the perfection of God's joy to be fulfilled in our lives. Our daily chores and family responsibilities become joyful tasks. Our work in the church or our daily outside occupation, are now filled with His joy rather than the doubt and fear of the things we have to do.
Joy Is a Spiritual Fruit
From Galatians chapter 5 verse 22 we learn that joy is one of the nine fruits of our spirit. God's joy is available to all who are willing to read God's Word; obey the Lord's directions through the Holy Spirit and willingly carry out God's will and purposes for their life. When we hear of God's blessings upon other people and their families we also learn to rejoice with them. When our life's circumstances are quite difficult we learn to praise the Lord in joyful word and song. Because we are seated in heavenly places we don't let ourselves become overcome by our personal circumstances. Rather we rejoice in the Lord that we are one of God's children and part of God's eternal family.

Eternal Life Comes Through Being Born Again
Are you a born again Christian? If you are you have real life. It is a life of righteousness and peace. John chapter 20 verse 31 tells us about this life. We are those who believe in what Jesus did and is doing right now in our life. We foremost believe that Jesus is the Christ or Messiah, the Son of God. Because we are willing to believe on His name for forgiveness of our sins and deliverance from Satan's kingdom of evil we now have salvation and healing. Above all, in His name, we have inherited eternal life through faith in His name and are now children of the Father in Jesus' name.
Mighty Works Through Faith
The apostles were able to perform mighty miracles through faith in His name. People were saved, were healed and were delivered from demons and all forms of Satanic oppression. You must have faith in His name for all your earthly circumstances and situations. Faith in His name comes from daily reading, meditating, confessing and applying the Word of God, the Bible. This is how you grow in faith to believe on His name for daily overcoming victory and power. Remember you have been transferred from Satan's kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God's dear sin, Jesus Christ. You are now freed from the bondage of the flesh, the world and the Devil. The man at the Temple had been healed through faith in Jesus' name. It was Jesus name, alone, that had healed this man and made him strong. The faith that came through Jesus had given the lame man perfect soundness in the presence of all who saw him.
No Salvation in Any Other Name
Acts chapter 4 verse 12 informs us that there is no salvation; that is no gospel package of salvation, healing, freedom or eternal life in any other name. There is no other name given to people under heaven, whereby they can be saved. We are saved from the morass of sin that encompasses earth and mankind and God's righteous anger. Only in Jesus are people given new life and deliverance from sin, forever.
Jesus Name Is Above All Other Names
Jesus' name is above every other name. We read in Philippians chapter 2 verses 9 to 11 that God the Father has highly exalted the Lord and given Him a name that is higher than any other name. At the name of Jesus every knee must bow, in heaven, on earth and even in hell. Jesus Christ is Lord, to the honour and glory of God the Father forever.
Give Thanks in Jesus' Name
Whatever we do in speech or deeds, whether in the family situation, your daily work occupation, or even in sports or social engagements with friends, we are to give thanks to God the Father in Jesus' name. Without giving Jesus the honour, the Father will not get the glory and our speech and works will just be fleshly acts. We learn about honouring the Father and giving Him thanks in Jesus' name in Colossians chapter 3 verse 17.
Hold Fast in Faith in His Name
Hold on! Yes, hold on fast to the name of Jesus. You will be victorious! You will overcome! Revelation chapter 2 verse 17 encourages us greatly in the Lord. Satan and his demonic activity was ever present in Pergamos because Satan had made this city, his earthly throne, during the first century AD. Christians, such as Antipas, a faithful son of God, was martyred there. The injunction, by the Lord Himself, was to hold fast to His name. We live as shining lights today, in a wicked society, deceived by Satan and his demonic hordes. Don't deny the faith, even as Christ's faithful followers did not at Pergamos. Our overcoming faith must be in His name, the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord is always victorious but we must trust in His name and gain our victory in Him.
Conclusion
Today, this very day, and on into the future, you will gain your victory in His name. Keep on keeping on! Your victory is assured in the name of the Lord, no matter what trials or upsets you need to overcome. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[In His Name - part 1]]>Mon, 02 Nov 2020 05:16:33 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/in-his-name-part-1Picture
Jesus Has all Power
All power and authority both in heaven and on earth, is contained in the mighty name of Jesus. Christians must remember to call upon that name, first thing, before checking the internet or phoning the doctor or the financial counsellor or event the pastor at church. Remember to do it first thing in your day. It is the name that is all powerful and will always, I repeat always, bring wonderful and everlasting results for all who will believe. Never doubt the veracity and overcoming power of the name of Jesus. He is your elder brother and you are a joint heir with Him before the Throne of God the Father.
Use the Name of Jesus
The name of the Lord is a strong tower against all the wiles and scheming plots of Satan and his demonic hosts. Proverbs chapter 18 verse 10 informs us that it is the name of the Lord we need to use rather than our own name or the name of other people and ideas. Those who are the Lord's blood bought children are to run to the Lord. Only in the Lord and His ways is their safety and protection from the hosts of wickedness.
Listen With Your Inner Person
Zechariah chapter 13 verse 9b encourages and instructs God's children to call on the name of the Lord. We must listen with our inner voice to all that the Holy Spirit tells us for the Lord will surely answer our requests. The Lord tells us that He loves us because we are His everlasting children destined for eternal glory. We will acknowledge our Lord in our response and say that the Lord, alone, is our God. When you need help or assurance always call on the name of the Lord.
Jesus Will Arise on Our Behalf.
Jesus will answer in a mighty way, all those who fear His name and worship Him as Lord and Saviour. Malachi chapter 4 verse 2 tells of God's holy response. He will arise on our behalf as the Sun of Righteousness. He will have healing in His wings. His holy perfection of making us complete in spirit, soul and body, will be our secure portion in life. We shall live full lives complete in God's peace and holiness; not wanting anything in our lives. The Lord and His name will satisfy and fulfil every requirement for our life. Always believe, right now, in His name.
Reach Out In His Name
When we reach out boldly in the Spirit of the living God, we must do so in the name of Jesus so that the father is glorified in the Son. Remission of sins will occur in the lives of other people when they are truly willing to repent. This we are told in Luke chapter 24 verse 47. Today, His name, is being preached over the internet, by television and radio, newspapers, magazines, DVD's and CD's, as well as from church pulpits. It is also being preached also by thousands of missionaries in every nation and culture. Despite satanic efforts to block the preaching of the name of Jesus, this name is being heard by hundreds and millions of people. It began in Jerusalem but even after only a few years it was being preached throughout the then known Roman world. This will continue until the Lord's harvest is completed.
Obedience is Essential
Everyone who comes to Jesus must be willing to be obedient to His name. This we learn from John chapter 1 verse 12
We Must Believe On His Name
All that receive Jesus into their life must believe on His name. They must believe that He is Jehovah Jireh, their provider. No need spiritually, mentally or physically is too hard for the Lord to provide complete healing and sufficiency. He gives His children utmost guidance in all that they need to do according to each individual person's life. Whatever the problem leave it in His hands. Always, everyday, read His life manual, His Word. Find verses that cover your particular case and every other case you face. Pray to Him and thank Him for His answer. Their is no need to keep asking about the same thing, over and over again, but it is vital to read, confess and apply His Word, daily, so that your spirit and your faith in His provision will grow. After all God has given you the gracious gift to be His child. It is a right you must keep constantly before your face and the presence of the Lord.

<![CDATA[Make Your Confession Sure --part 2]]>Mon, 26 Oct 2020 02:39:22 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/make-your-confession-sure-part-2Picture
Millions of Gentiles Have Confessed God's Name
We learn more about confession in Romans chapter 15 verses 9 to 12. there we read that the Gentiles will praise God for His great mercy towards them. Paul confessed the name of Jesus Christ among the gentiles. Since Paul's time, nearly two thousand years ago, hundreds of millions of Gentiles have rejoiced in the name of the Lord and have become born again as Christians. This continues on to this very day. Jesus came to earth as a descendant of Jesse and his son David through Mary His mother. His birth was a result of the Holy Spirit hovering over Mary. Jesus is the great hope of many millions of Gentiles, indeed of all who are willing to believe, to this very day.
Confess Your Faults One to Another
We are encouraged in James chapter 5 verse 16 to confess our trespasses or faults one to another. We must always pray for those we know as the Holy Spirit directs us to do. We should pray for each other, in the name of Jesus, whenever family members, relatives, friends, neighbours or those we know of in the body of Christ are sick so that our prayers can be effective. The fervent prayer of a righteous person or persons avails much in every way in Jesus.
Confess and Repent for Forgiveness
In John chapter 1 verse 9 we are instructed to confess our sins before our Father in Heaven. Jesus” shed blood is then enabled to cleanse us from all sins. The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us all our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. With our confession and forgiveness comes His wonderful liberty and peace. We are now born again as God's children.
Confess Jesus Christ Came In the Flesh
In every situation you encounter, whether in your family, friends, church or your workplace. 1 John chapter 4 verses 2 and 3 tells us that we know when we hear the Spirit of God because He always confesses that Jesus came in the flesh. This is what we must daily confess. False spirits, from Satan, do not confess that Jesus Christ, as God, came in the flesh. This is the antichrist that is prevalent in the world and the flesh and many religious organisations. Satan is behind these lies and deceptions and those who are not born again have confessed these lies and deceptions not only today, but ever since Jesus rose from the dead.
Confession of True Children of God
1 John chapter 4 verse 15 is adamant that every person down through the last two millennia and who are alive today and in the future, who confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, are children of God. They are blood bought and indwelt by the Holy Spirit because He abides with them and lives in them. They also practise the good works that Jesus commenced nearly two thousand years ago. Others, who are not forgiven by the Lord, can only mimic but never achieve, through Jesus, what will glorify the father.
Antichrist Don't Confess Jesus As Lord
There are many deceivers in the world. Some are even in the church and certainly in other religious systems, as well as the world at large. We read about this in 2 John verse 7. These deceivers, appointed and empowered by Satan, do not confess that Jesus Christ, the Messiah, has come to this earth in the flesh. These people, collectively, are called antichrist. because they hate both God and His Word. Some are even found in pulpits and in worldly leadership positions in the church. If preachers do not base their teaching on the Word of God or even distort it's meaning; beware; for they are false deceivers not sent by God or have since forsaken God's ways.
Our Confession Brings Life Or Death
Proverbs chapter 18 verse 21 informs us why confession, based on the Word of God, is so important. Death and Hell or life and Heaven are in the power of the tongue. Whatever we confess we will eat of it's fruit; whether life or death.
Conclusion
Always make sure your conclusion of God's will and purposes is based firmly on God's Word and not on your own opinion and not on the understandings of other people. True confession always brings possession of God's blessings for your life. Let your inner voice listen carefully as you read God's Word so that you fully understand through the Holy Spirit, all that God wills for your life. Keep on confessing and believing and as your faith grows so will your ability in life, increase in a godly walk of faith. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Make Your Confession Sure -part 1]]>Mon, 19 Oct 2020 02:30:12 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/make-your-confession-surePicture

Introduction
The confession of any person particularly a Christian, is vital in order to live, a full satisfying life. In a nutshell what we confess is what we will possess. Repent and confess your sins and you will gain eternal life. Confess that there is no God or deny Jesus as Lord an saviour and your destiny is hell. Confess that you will do God's will and purposes and you will live a successful, fulfilled life. Confess lack of vision or God's provision for your life and you will live in poverty and confusion. Confess healing on God's Word and your faith level will overcome all your health problems.
Your Confession
A sure and just confession in Christ and His Word will always bring you God's full provision and His inheritance for your life. If you personally confess doubt and unbelief your confession will result in disappointment and lack. Confess God and His goodness and the result will be God's overflowing blessings. What you confess is what you get! Your confession must always have a sure faith foundation built on confessing and believing the Word of God and nothing else. It is a constant and prevailing method of reading, meditating, confessing and applying God's Word to all your life circumstances. It must be a confession that is not blocked or distracted by sin. It must be free of the practices and influences of the world, the flesh and the devil.
Always Repent
We read in Leviticus chapter 26 verses 40 to 42 that the children of Israel were to confess
their own sins and also ask the Lord for forgiveness for their parent's iniquities. All had been unfaithful to the Lord and lived contrary to God's commandments. As the result the Lord also walked contrary to them because of their wickedness. They were circumcised physically but their hearts were uncircumcised and remained full of rebellion and evil. If they would only humble themselves and repent God would remember His covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and would have forgiven them. When we do sin we must be willing to repent and God will always forgive us.
Seek God's Forgiveness
In Psalm chapter 32 verse 5 David acknowledges his sins before the Lord. He did not try to hide his sins. The Lord always knows about our sins, even our sinful thoughts. David confessed his iniquities before God and was full of thanksgiving for God's untold mercy and grace in forgiving him his sins. We must also repent and confess our sins before the Lord and always seek His wonderful forgiveness.
Never Hide Your Sins
Proverbs chapter 28 verse 13 encourages us not to cover our sins. Those that do so will end up in great trouble and will not prosper. However if we confess our sins and forsake them we will have God's great mercy upon us. How important it is when the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin and our need to walk in righteousness that we forsake those thoughts and speech and deeds that destroy peoples' lives. Confession of our sins is so vital to all those who desire to obey and please the Father in Jesus name.
Confessing Jesus As Lord
How important confession is to every individual person on earth. Matthew chapter 10 verses 32 and 33 makes this very clear. Whoever confesses Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and repents of their sins before people Jesus will confess these people, who are forgiven ,before the Father In Heaven. The Lord acknowledge these people as His children. However, the reverse applies to all who ignore or reject the Lord's gracious gift of sins forgiven and eternal life. Jesus will deny these people before His father in Heaven. The result will be, unless they are willing to repent, that their sins remain unforgiven and their eternal destiny will be hell.
Our Confession Must Be from Our Heart
Romans chapter 10 verses 8 to 11 demonstrates how important is each person's confession. Our confession must always be our true intention. First it must be in our heart; that which we truly believe. Then we need to confess with our mouth, before both believers and unbelievers. We need to confess that we believe that God raised Jesus from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins. This means that we are saved for all eternity if we do so. Whoever believes in Jesus will never be put to shame but will be an overcomer for eternity.
Every Person Will Have To Confess.
One day everyone, irrespective of their current belief, will have to acknowledge that Jesus is Lord of lords and King of kings. Romans chapter 14 verses 11 and 12 informs us of this future fact for all creation. Every knee will have to bow to Jesus and every tongue will have to confess to God the Father. Each and every person shall have to give an account of themselves before God's judgement seat.

<![CDATA[According To Your Faith -part 2]]>Mon, 12 Oct 2020 05:36:13 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/according-to-your-faith-part-2 Our Faith Abounds Through God
The two blind men came to Jesus fully believing by faith, that He would heal them. As a result they were able to be healed and able to see. Ephesians chapter 3 verse 20 informs us that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or even think. It is according to His wonderful power that works in us. We must approach God's throne of grace fully believing and expecting that not only is He able to perform His good works but He is absolutely willing to do so on our behalf. However, we will only receive if we come before the Father, fully believing through His Word that He will do so. Yes, I repeat, will do so. We often think that our small problems of a personal or family nature or some kind of need is not important to the Lord. However, all things are important to our loving heavenly Father, particularly where His blood bought children are involved. Take it to the Lord in prayer, always expecting that He will answer you. You always must be willing to believe so that you can receive His finest blessings.
God Can and Will Supply All Our Needs
What does God say to us in Philippians chapter 4 verse 19? Our God, our Lord Jesus Christ, shall supply all our needs. This does not include your wanton or selfish desires but all your needs for both you and your family. These needs can be spiritual, physical or even mental. The Lord knows all your needs before you even ask and also the best possible solutions to any one of your problems. God supplies all of our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
God Answers Before We Ask
Isaiah chapter 65 verse 24 informs us that God's supply will come to pass. Even before you make your call in prayer, God is ready to give you His answer. While we are still on the glory phone to our heavenly Father He has heard our request and has already supplied our need. However, you must believe that you receive His answer.
Faith is the Substance of Our Hope
Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1 tells us that faith is the actual substance of things hoped for and of things not seen. When we pray in faith we believe that our current circumstance or event has already been changed to God's reality. If we don't believe at the moment we ask that by faith the answer has already occurred then we don't really believe and we put the object desired by our prayer, into a future which never materialises. This means we never receive our desired answer. Faith must always be now. Hope places things in the future but faith places it in the present. Knowing God's will and basing it on the Word of God, with a specific verse or verses, needs to be kept; memorised and confessed until the desired object has been fully manifested.
Faith Enables us to Please God
It is so important to desire to always please God and not ourselves. In Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 we read that without faith we cannot please God. To have a steady flow of the God kind of faith we must constantly, every day, spend time, memorising, meditating, confessing and applying God's Word to our life's situations, as well as listening to the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Everyone who comes to God must first believe that He exists. You cannot be an atheist or agnostic or even believe in such monstrous nonsense as evolution. You must believe that He rewards all who diligently seek Him and particularly does that apply to all God's children who walk by faith based on God's Word.
Conclusion
As your faith is so will God be able to provide for you. You must be a diligent seeker of God and His Word. When you ask in faith believing you must believe that at the prayer point of contact with the Father in Jesus' name, that you receive. Don't be distracted by the conflicting arguments of the world, the flesh and the devil. Satan or the devil, will always try to hinder or distract you. Stay steadfastly on God's Word confessing it constantly and as your faith level rises you not only know what to ask for but also know, by faith, that you have received your answer. According to your faith let it be done unto you. Receive now from the Father, in Jesus' name!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[According to Your Faith -part 1]]>Mon, 05 Oct 2020 03:27:49 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/according-to-your-faith-part-1 Introduction
Every person of a mature healthy age, is responsible for their own actions. Each Christian is responsible to God for their own personal attitude to God and His Word, the Bible. Some will have great faith according to their willingness to receive understanding from God”s Word, through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Some will be willing to spend a little time with god and His Word and thereby have a much smaller endowment of faith. The vast majority of people will, unfortunately, reject God and His Word and will therefore have no ability to believe and then receive from God. It is all according to our faith that we become willing to receive.
Faith Through God's Word
Back in the Old Testament in Habbakuk chapter 2 verse 4b we read that the just or meek will live be faith. Proud people find it almost impossible to believe in God and receive His Word, therefore because faith in God comes through His Word, they find it impossible to live by God's faith. There is no desire by some people to read or confess God's Word. They also do not believe in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, because faith in God comes through His Word, they cannot receive from God.
According to Your Faith
Jesus was a mighty worker of miracles. In Matthew chapter 9 verses 27 to 30 we read that two blind men received their sight after being healed by the Lord. They believed that Jesus was a descendent of David and that He was a merciful person. Jesus asked them if they truly believed that He could heal them. Many people believe that God heals and is merciful but do not appropriate that understanding to their own healing. These two blind men believed that Jesus was well able to heal them. Jesus touched their eyes and then said to them, “according to your faith let it be done unto you.” It is always according to whether we truly believe God and His Word that we will be fully healed. Their faith was such that they really believed and according to their faith they were healed and at that faith point they were healed and were able to see.
Growing In Faith
Wonderful information concerning faith is revealed to us in Romans chapter 1 verse 17. as we read and confess God's Word. Each day, we are enabled to grow from a little faith to a much deeper faith in Jesus and His Word. As we read and grow the perfect righteousness and understanding of who God is now, is revealed to us. We are made just through the forgiveness of our sins through Christ's shed Blood on the Cross of Calvary. Our faith in God and His Word enables us to live as righteous born again Christians. As a result we become children of God the Father, for all eternity.
Disciplined Daily Program
Romans chapter 10 verse 17 is such an important verse for all diligent believers. Our faith to perform any of God's given tasks, God's way, must come by faith. This faith proceeds day by day, from a disciplined program of reading, meditating, confessing God's Word, appropriately to every life situation. We grow by faith so that what God gives us to do is accomplished as faith filled works rather than mental assents to what we believe is right.
Doing God's Will by Faith
Galatians chapter 5 verses 5 and 6 supplies us with further information of living by faith. Because of the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, in our life, we learn to eagerly await in hope of the further development of our acceptance of God's righteousness in our life. This eagerness gives us a further awareness through faith, of our being able through Jesus, to accomplish what He has destined us to do. Circumcision or rituals do not give us greater faith. Our faith is developed through learning to exercise and use God's Word. Our faith grows and so does our love working in us towards Him and other people.
Our Faith In God
How amazing is God's wonderful grace! We are told about this is Ephesians chapter 2 verses 8 and 9. It is God's grace that has saved us through faith; that is believing that God and His Word are true. God gives all who believe an abundance of His grace which He has enabled us to receive by faith. Our works are not the supreme objects of our lives but rather our faith, which is able to unite us to God and His will and purposes. If our works were supreme we would boast in our glory and not in the wonders of God and His great grace.

<![CDATA[Being Led by the Spirit --part 2]]>Mon, 28 Sep 2020 04:31:42 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/being-led-by-the-spirit-part-2
Purpose of Spiritual Gifts
According to 1 Corinthians chapter 12 verses 12 to 15 12 For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink [g]into one Spirit. 14 For in fact the body is not one member but many.15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? We learn that those who speak in tongues are not speaking to other people but unto God. It is a direst line from you to God's throne which Satan cannot understand. However to be of value to other people the tongues need to be interpreted in a common earthly language. In the realm of God's Spirit the person is speaking mysteries. When people prophesy they can bring both edification, exaltation and comfort to other people. Those who speak in tongues are built up themselves, however, prophecy edifies the entire church. Paul wished that all the people spoke in tongues and even more so that they prophesied. Speaking in tongues requires interpretation so that a greater measure of in depth spiritual teaching can take place. Interpretation is so important or else how can others know what is being said? Therefore there is no spiritual understanding for others in the church. When a person prays in a tongue their spirit prays but their understanding is unfruitful. The conclusion is that if we pray with the spirit we must also pray with our understanding. This also applies when we sing in the spirit.
The Day of Pentecost
We read in Acts chapter 2 verses 1 to 5 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all [a]with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them [b]divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. The apostles and other disciples were all gathered together in Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost. This was fifty days after Jesus' resurrection. Suddenly there came a sound of a rushing mighty wind which filled the whole house. Divided tongues of fire sat on all who were present. All of them were then filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit empowered them to speak. People from many different nations and cultures had come together to hear God speaking to them in their own native language. This was the beginning of the church age.
How the Holy Spirit Contacts Us
We hear the Holy Spirit speaking to us through our own inner person or spirit and never through our rational mind. All born again Christians are capable of being filled or baptised with the Holy Spirit. A number don't receive because of unbelief; lack of teaching or a lack of yielding themselves wholly to God. If you truly believe then ask in faith and then believe that you will receive. To be able to hear God's voice we must learn to listen to our inner voice or else we will make mental decisions instead of spiritual ones. Beware that Satan will try to prevent people speaking in tongues because this amounts to having a reduced spiritual empowerment or understanding.
God Appoints His Workers
In Acts chapter 13 verses 1 to 4 we read: Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away. So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus. We read that at the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers. As they ministered and fasted the Holy Spirit told them to separate Saul and Barnabas for the work the Lord had appointed them to do. They further prayed and fasted, laid their hands on them and sent them away. So they were commissioned by the Holy Spirit and not by man and them sailed from Seleucia to Cyprus. It is so important that all Christian endeavour and workers are chosen by God and commissioned by the Holy Spirit and not by mental agreement and not by a counsel of people or even a church voting as a body.
Not Every One Is Baptised in the Holy Spirit
Further spiritual wisdom is learned from Acts chapter 19 verses 1 to 6 And it happened, while Apollos was at Corinth, that Paul, having passed through the upper regions, came to Ephesus. And finding some disciples he said to them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit.” And he said to them, “Into what then were you baptized?”So they said, “Into John’s baptism.”Then Paul said, “John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.”When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. Paul left Apollos at Corinth and then travelled to Ephesus. Paul enquired of the disciples at Ephesus if they had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit when they first believed. These people had not understood that there was such a person as the Holy Spirit. Paul asked them what they had been baptised into? They replied that they had been baptised into John' baptism. John's baptism in immersion was for repentance and sins forgiven. They received Paul's instruction and were then baptised in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. When Paul laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.
Conclusion
Every Christian, in order to be able to worship the Lord with greater abounding praises, should be baptised in the Holy Spirit. Further more, no matter your Christian persuasion, it is absolutely vital that you learn to listen to your inner person and know what the Holy Spirit is telling you. This will save you much time, disappointment, bad health outcomes and even financial distress. God desires to pour upon us all His marvellous blessings for our life. When you hear that inner voice you will know if it is the Holy Spirit or Satan because the information will always be in line with God's Word, the Bible. Always remember that the inner voice is the most important way that the Holy Spirit communicates with God's children. Keep seeking only God's blessings in your life and you will walk in His fulfilment and abundance. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Being Led By The Spirit - part 1]]>Mon, 21 Sep 2020 05:05:45 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/being-led-by-the-spirit-part-1 Introduction
For those who desire to serve the Lord it is absolutely essential not to make spiritual decisions with head knowledge. It is vital that Christians listen to their inner voice or spirit. The inner voice hears directly from the Holy Spirit the things that God desires you to know. These are those things that glorify the Father in Jesus' name. They are important decisions that enable us to inherit the best possible outcomes for our lives. These decisions can be obtained by diligently reading and confessing God's Word and by obeying the promptings of the Holy Spirit. All who are led by the Spirit of God will be full of praise and thanksgiving to their almighty Father in Jesus' name. Their very lips will show forth His wonder and glory.
We Must Live in the Spirit of God
Romans chapter 8 verses 9 to 14 gives us an excellent understanding of being led by the Spirit. If we are Christs' we are not to live by the flesh but by the Spirit. Only those who are born again through the forgiveness of their sins, can have the Holy Spirit indwelling them. As Christ abides in us our flesh, which once served sin, is now dead to unrighteousness. The Holy Spirit has given us life so that we now are able to live in God's righteousness. The Spirit of God, who now lives in us, is the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. We now are enabled to live the God kind of life, through the Holy Spirit indwelling us. No longer do we live according to the flesh. Even as Christians, we can slide back into the world and will begin to die spiritually, if we don't repent. We must put to death the deeds of the flesh so that we can spiritually live as God intends us to do. All those people who are led by the Spirit of God , the Holy Spirit; are the children of God. We will not again receive the spirit of bondage of living in fear of Satan's kingdom, unless we disobey God. We have been adopted by the Holy Spirit and God is now, our Father. The Holy Spirit constantly bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. We are also are heirs of God's righteousness and eternal life. We are now heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ.
The Holy Spirit Exalts Jesus
1 Corinthians chapter 12 verses 3 to 11 informs us of how the Spirit of God communicates with our spirit. First of all no one speaking by the Holy Spirit of God can call Jesus accursed nor can they call Jesus, Lord, except by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit speaks through God's children by a diversity of gifts and ministries. However it is the same God that works in all these activities. Whatever the gift or manifestation of the Holy Spirit it, is given for the profit of all people.
Various Manifestations
One person may have a word of wisdom, that gives understanding or confirmation to those needing to know God's will in a given situation. The word of knowledge is given by the Holy Spirit for understanding of what is the real situation and why and even where. This enables people to avoid dangerous pitfalls in life. The Holy Spirit gives healing, understanding and empowerment to those who are sick in body, soul or spirit. There are also workings of miracles so that God, outside human understanding, miraculously intervenes in circumstances. Another person may receive a prophecy regarding things to come or a greater wisdom of how to understand God's Word. There is a gift of speaking in tongues, which is different in language, yet common to all baptised in the Holy Spirit. There is an interpretation gift of discerning of tongues for the edification of one or all concerned. There is also an understanding of discerning of spirits, whether they are from God or Satan. Satan counterfeits or tries to counterfeit the gifts and distract people from God's ways. All the gifts of the Spirit are distributed to each Christian, as the Holy Spirit determines.
Conclusion
Never receive a word from someone if it conflicts with God's Word, the Bible. Always keep your mind still so that you can hear clearly what the Holy Spirit is telling you.
