Your Understanding Brings Your Healing
Whatever is your understanding about healing will greatly determine your healing. The foundation of every Christian healing must be the Word of God, whether it is for you or a family member or anyone else. God's Word is the basis of all true faith because our faith for anything and particularly our healing, comes from reading, meditating and confessing God's Word over any situation that presents itself in our life. Nothing is too hard for God to do but we have to know what the Holy spirit is telling our inner person, in order to pray righteously, and therefore effectively. One thing we must believe, without doubt, that it is always God's will to heal. God reveals this to us in both the Old and the New Testaments.
Jesus Bore Our Sicknesses and Diseases
Isaiah chapter 53 verses 4 and 5 informs us that Jesus, on the Cross of Calvary, bore our sicknesses and pains in His own body. By His stripes, or the blows that the Roman soldiers cut into His body, we were healed. Jesus died for the whole world to save them from their sins. Likewise, He bore their sicknesses and diseases and because healing is part of the whole salvation plan of God, everyone is able to partake of the healing He provided for them. Of course a person must believe that Jesus bore their sicknesses and illnesses. Faith for believing comes from God's Word, the Bible. This is confirmed in Matthew chapter 8 verse 17 and I Peter chapter 2 verse 24.
Sickness Comes from Satan
Satan has been diabolically at work over the past two millennia either hiding God's Word from the knowledge, even of God's children and certainly the world at large, concerning divine healing. Sickness and disease have been sent to mankind by Satan. All the pandemics such as the Bubonic Plague, the great flu pandemic of 1918/19 and the latest COVID-19 have all been engineered by the devil called Satan. We read in Acts chapter 10 verse 38 that Jesus of Nazareth, under the unction of the Holy Spirit, went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. Satan is the author of sickness and disease. We must learn to overcome His power, spiritually.
Satan Steals, Kills and Destroys
In Luke chapter 13 verse 16 we read about a woman, a descendant of Abraham, having been sick for eighteen years. Satan had bound her in her bondage of sickness. Jesus loosed her and she was healed. All sickness is bondage and causes pain and ill health. From John chapter 10 verse 10 we read that Satan is a thief who comes to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus came so that people could have life and have it more abundantly than ever before. Satan comes to steal your job, your finances, your marriage or your family. He comes to kill people through sickness, disease and accidents and to destroy your life and that of your family. He also steals the wealth of cities, states and even whole nations.
Faith for Healing
There are a number of methods of spiritual healing but Christians need to build up their faith for any God given purpose, particularly for healing. Each person must spend time each day, on a regular basis, reading God's Word and confessing God's Word over all their circumstances. Romans chapter 10 verse 17 informs us that faith comes by hearing the Word of God over and over. Faith, therefore, must be the very basis of a Christian's belief that God heals and desires to do so.
Peter and John and the Lame Man
Peter and John, through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, healed a lame man at the Beautiful Gate of the Temple. We read about this in Acts chapter 3 verses 3 to 8. This man had been lame from his mother's womb. He used to beg for alms. Seeing Peter and John he begged alms of them. Peter then told the man to look at them. Peter said to him that they had no silver or gold but they did have the healing name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. In that name Peter took the man's right hand and in that name he told the man to rise up and walk. As soon as Peter lifted him up his feet and ankle bones received strength. He then leapt up, stood and walked into the Temple with them leaping and praising God. We also have the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth for our divine healing and for that of other people.
Prayer for Healing
Prayer to God is an extraordinary secure source of healing. It is really a matter of believing you are healed when you pray. Matthew chapter 21 verses 21 and 22 exhorts us to have faith and not to doubt when we pray. You will say to any mountain of lack or need for healing to be cast into the sea. Whatever you ask the lord for in prayer, believing by faith, you will receive. Keep on prevailing in faith filled prayer. Your healing is no exception.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord !

He was appointed as an apostle by the Lord in August, 1978 He has been a Christian for more than 60 years and was involved in Christian schools in different parts of Australia both as a teacher and a school principal. He believes very much in God's Word being the basis of a sound Christian life. <![CDATA[Every Day With the Lord -18th May 2022]]>Wed, 18 May 2022 02:50:30 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/every-day-with-the-lord-18th-may-2022Picture
Every Christian's day should be a new day unto the Lord
Early in the Day

Instead of putting on the mobile or cell phone, the television or internet begin your day by praising the Lord. Cast your cares away and upon the Lord by rejoicing in the name of Jesus. This is an excellent time to share communion with the Lord and with your marriage partner. Keep a bottle of grape juice handy and a piece of bread to break. Each communion is a sharing and worship time with the Lord. It is a time of praise and prayer. It is also a vital time of reading and confessing God's Word over the specific circumstances pertaining to your day. Use this time as early in the morning as you can for glorifying the Lord and breaking Satan's hold over you and your families' needs. Always make time before the days' activities commence. It is a time of conquering Satan in Jesus name and also setting a joyful and victorious mood for your day
We become Strong in the Lord
Deuteronomy chapter 33 verse 25b informs us that as our days are so shall our strength be. If our days are filled with the wisdom of God and His Word then we shall be filled with His love, joy and peace. We will be stronger in our spirit; our soul and in our body. We will be prepared to meet the new challenges of every day and will not be defeated but victors over all our circumstances; ready for battle and ready to win the mighty fight of faith to the honour and glory of the Father in Jesus' name.
Keep on Praying and Worshipping
Throughout the day, as time and situations permit, we need to pray for things as they arise in our lives. We also need to read and confess God's Word as well as memorising and confessing God's Word over our circumstances. Praise and worship must be the keynotes of our victorious life in Christ. Never let yourself go more than an hour without realising the presence of the Lord. Always cast your cares upon the Lord for He cares for you. As our faith in the Lord becomes stronger so does our understanding and trust in His ability to do so. become stronger. Psalm 84 verse 12 tells us that blessed is the person who trusts in the Lord.
Praise and Worship
We are exhorted tn Psalm 96 verse 2 to sing to the Lord and praise His holy Name together with proclaiming the wonderful good news of His salvation from day to day. All those who are led by the spirit of God will be joyful before the Lord every day because of their inheritance of eternal life. No true Christian can live without praise to the Lord and His wonderful provision for them for now and forever.
God's Compassion and Love
In Lamentations chapter 3 verses 22b and 23 we read that God's compassion and love for His children never fails. Every morning of every day God's great mercies flow into our lives. He is a great God who is full of His faithfulness towards those who love Him. Great is His faithfulness!
God Outpours His Spirit
Joel chapter 2 verse 29 informs us that in the latter days God will pour out His Spirit on His children. This has been happening now for more that a century since examples of Azusa Street in Los Angeles and in South Wales near Swansea. It will continue mightily until the Lord returns upon all those who love Him in spirit and truth.
Always Do God's Work
Each Christian must perform the work that God has created them to do whether on the internet, at the local church or as an overseas missionary. Each Christian has a mighty and wonderful part to play in God's great redemptive plan for mankind. In John chapter 9 verse 4 Jesus told His disciples that He must do the works of God the Father just as we must also do in Jesus' name. We must work with enthusiasm during our life on earth. One day it will not only be over for us, as it is already for many millions of faithful servants of God, but the night will come for all people, when no one can work.
The True Church
The church of God can not afford to be lazy, ignorant or disobedient. We read about Israel refusing to obey God in Romans chapter 10 verse 1. Each individual member makes up the body of Christ, also called the church. All day long the Lord stretched out His hands to a disobedient and rebellious Israel. We must not be likewise. We must do what the Holy spirit directs us to do and not look at others to see if they are doing God's will and purposes. We must be obedient to God's will and purposes while it is called today.
Reach Out to Others
Witnessing and reaching out to the lost should be an important part of each born again Christian's life experience. We read about this in Roman's chapter 10 verses 10 to 13.Carry with you a small New Testament or a salvation tract that you can give to all who are willing to accept it or that you can use as seed to sow the gospel. After all, eternity is at stake. You must always do it in a loving and caring manner. We are told that whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Some people, at first, sow the seed of the good news. Others come along, or care for the young Christian.
God gives the Spiritual Increase.
No one can call on the name of the Lord if they have not heard or understood God's plan of redemption. They need a preacher; that is often you or I, to tell them. How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news and glad tidings of God's Word. As God fives us an opportunity to reach the lost let's take spiritual advantage of the situation at hand.
Peaceful Sleep
To enable you to have a more peaceful sleep always spend time with the Lord and His Word before settling down for the night. God's Word is a wonderful relaxing medicine and is a secure help for your mind while asleep.
The Ongoing Life
The life of a Christian is so important in obediently carrying out God's will and purposes in what He has created each of us to do. We must never frivolously waste the day. We can take a break, even quite regularly, from our daily routine activities but never from our spiritual walk with our Lord and Saviour. It must be absolutely preeminent in your life. Praise and worship must be the lifeblood of your spirit as food and drink are of your physical body. Each day keep reading, learning and confessing God's Word. You must keep on feeding your inner person. Keep on praying for yourself, your family and for others. Let your inner person hear carefully what the Holy spirit desires to say to you. Be led each day by your spirit and not by emotional feelings. Every Christian should be the most joyous and contented person on the face of the earth. Always be obedient and be filled with the love of God. Never forget to be thankful to the Lord for all His marvellous blessings to you. Have a wonderful joyous day, in the Lord.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. I am cleansed and washed by the blood, shed on the Cross of Calvary, by Jesus Christ and the water of God's word. I have repented and am forgiven of all my sins and I have inherited eternal life. <![CDATA[Marriage Is a Covenant Relationship -Part 2- 11th May 2022]]>Wed, 11 May 2022 03:13:00 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/marriage-is-a-covenant-relationship-part-2-11th-may-2022Picture

What the Christian Family Should Be.
Good, open, happy, marriage relationships are essential for a vibrant family environment for both parents and children. In Christian families it is essential that each parent spends quality time with the Lord and with each other. This time must consist of daily devotions and listening to the Holy Spirit through our spirit and not just using our intellect and emotions. It is also important to have daily communion with the Lord together. A must for all families is to instruct our children in the Word of God even from an early age of three or four years. Teaching our children how to pray to hear God's guidance is essential for their lives and is imperative in the lives of the parents. It is our job to equip our children for the years that lie ahead and particularly for the time from twelve to eighteen when they are changing from children into adult life.
Parents Responsibilities
Colossians chapter 3 verses 17 to 21 informs us concerning godly order and relationships. Wives are instructed to submit to their husbands as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands must love their wives and never have a bitter or unloving attitude towards them. Never let Satan have an opportunity to upset your marriage and cause stressful relationships. Children are to learn to obey their parents in all things in the Lord. Fathers must be careful not to provoke their children so that they become discouraged. Always teach them spiritual understanding and physical boundaries. Encourage them with patient guidance particularly in their God given abilities. Spend time, as much as you can and teach them God's Word as the true foundation for their life.
Why The Fall?
We read in 1 Timothy chapter 2 verses 13 to 15 that Adam was created first then Eve was formed from a rib of Adam to be his helper. In the Garden of Eden, Eve was deceived by Satan appearing in the form of a snake. Adam was not deceived and knew better but disobeyed God, instead of leading in their relationship and followed his wife. This allowed both to fall into the transgression. However, despite Satan's deception, the wife would be saved or helped by bearing children.
About Young Women
In 1 Timothy chapter 5 verses 11 to 15 we read that young widows are to make a decision to follow Christ wholeheartedly and if they remarry only remarry in the Lord. It is important they don't come under condemnation and thereby become worldly and not live according to the faith contained in God's Word. Often they can learn to be idle and get into mischief and become busybodies and become tale bearers. It is much better to remarry and raise children and manage their homes and domestic affairs so they do not give Satan an opportunity to cause them to speak or act reproachfully to others. Unfortunately some young widows had already done this and had turned back after Satan's ways and were walking in the flesh and the world.
Importance of Stable Relationships
Both in personal and marriage relationships Christians need to be established on the foundations God has given us in His Word. In Titus chapter 2 verses 1 to 8 we read that we need to be founded on sound doctrine. As men become older and more mature they need to be sober, temperate, sound in faith and in love and patience. As women mature they also need to be reverent in behaviour. They must not be slanderous, or drink heavily and they need to become teachers of good things. It is important that they instruct the young women how to love their husbands and their children. The young women need to be careful in their habits, to be chaste, good homemakers with good motives, and obedient to their husbands so that God's Word is not blasphemed. The young men must learn to be sober minded. Everyone needs to have a disciplined pattern of God's works; sound in doctrine; living in integrity, reverence and not being corrupted by the world. All need to speak carefully and politely so that those who oppose you and oppose God's Word will be ashamed, and not willing to say evil against you.
Relationships Between Husbands and Wives
Further instruction is given to us in 1 Peter chapter 3 verses 1 to 8. It is essential that wives are obedient to their husbands, particularly to those that are unsaved. In this manner, without a great deal of doctrine, they can be won to the Lord by the conduct of their wives when they observe their obedience and their willingness to do that which is right. Christian women should not adorn themselves primarily with the attractive, eye catching adornment of the outer person but with their chaste conversation from their inner person. This is the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit rather than the clothes and arrangements of the hair and outer appearances. This is that which is so precious in God's sight.
Abraham and Sarah
In older times women who trusted in God were adorned with a quiet and submissive spirit towards their husbands. I Peter chapter 3 verse 6. Sarah, obeyed Abraham as her master, whose daughters you are if you do good and your confidence is in the Lord. Husbands are also to give honour to their wives as to a weaker vessel. Both marriage partners are heirs together of God's grace. Be careful husbands that you do honour your wife so that Satan is not able to hinder the answer to your prayers.
Summing Up
To be like Christ in order to do God's will and purposes is so essential for the life of every believer. The more time you spend reading God's Word and confessing appropriate verses for your circumstances and believing on His name through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the more honourable and successful your marriage and your personal life becomes. Give all glory to the Lord and praise His Holy name for His joy, faithfulness and fulfilment. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Marriage Is A Covenant Relationship]]>Wed, 04 May 2022 03:04:33 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/marriage-is-a-covenant-relationshipPicture
Why the World is As It Is!
God made man and woman to serve God and to live together as husband and wife. Satan entered the garden of Eden and deceived the woman to eat of the fruit of the forbidden tree. Adam knew better but decided to follow his wife rather than to obey God. Both of them were now cursed and would eventually die. This information is found in Genesis chapter 3. In verse 18 of chapter three we read that to Eve, the woman, God would particularly greatly multiply her sorrow particularly in her pregnancy. It would be painful for her and all subsequent mothers giving birth to their children. Because of sin the result would be that she would desire to please her husband and he would dominate her. Adam was cursed also because he would now have to labour to feed himself from a cursed ground. He would then return to the dust from which he was made.
God's Covenant and Relationships
In Malachi Chapter 2 verses 4 to 6 the Lord draws a parallel between a man and his wife and compares it with God's relationship with Israel of old. Israel had broken her covenant with the Lord and dealt treacherously with God. Those who are in a marriage relationship must realise it is a covenant relationship and never deal treacherously with each other. They must be loyal to each other and never cheat on each other. As well, when they do have arguments, it is essential that they quickly make up and forgive each other. Don't go back and revisit previous crime scenes but always genuinely forgive each other and forget the past. Share as much time together as your work and family commitments allow but also enable your spouse to have some downtime for themselves doing what they particularly enjoy. Always, without exception, spend time praying together and reading and discussing God's Word together. It is important to allow the Holy Spirit to give you revelation knowledge for your marriage. Remember your marriage together as Christians, is a covenant relationship between God and you two in partnership.
Never Divorce!
Never contemplate divorce because God hates divorce and has made you a unit. It is the most wonderful union between two people on earth. However, you must be willing to pray; praise the Lord; read the Word and obey the wisdom that the Holy Spirit gives to your inner persons that means both of you working in conjunction, together.
More About Divorce
We read in Mark chapter 10 verses 2 to 12 that the Pharisees came to Jesus and challenged the Lord in regard to divorce. Jesus then asked them what Moses had decreed about divorce. They replied that Moses wrote them out a certificate of divorce, then the husband could dismiss her and tell his wife to leave. Jesus replied that Moses only did this because of the hardness of men's hearts. It wasn't God's solution. From the beginning a man was to leave his family and be joined to his wife so that they became one. They were no longer two people in the flesh but were now joined together as one. Importantly what God had joined together was not to be separated. The Lord was also talking about the union together of himself and His very own children. The matter went even much deeper Jesus told His disciples that whoever divorces their partner and marries another person commits adultery against their partner.
Marriage Between Believers and Non Believers
Paul gives further instructions to those who are married in 1 Corinthians chapter 7 verses 10 to 16 if a husband or wife departs from their partner they are not to remarry but are to remain separated. They can always go back to their partner. If the wife or husband has an unbelieving partner it is better for them to remain married together. The unbelieving partner is sanctified by the believing partner if the unbelieving partner is willing to remain living with the believing partner. This sanctification of the unbelieving partner also extends to the children or else their children would be unholy. However if the unbeliever won't remain with the believer let them depart. The believing partner is not under bondage under such circumstances. God desires us to live in peace. If the unbelieving partner agrees to stay, there will remain a wonderful opportunity for the unbelieving partner to give their life to the Lord.
Who Christians Can Remarry!
We learn in 1 Corinthians Chapter 7 verse 39 that if a marriage partner dies then the remaining partner is free to remarry. However, they are only free to marry a person who is a Christian and only a Christian who has never married before or whose own partner has also died.
The Christian Family and Christ
Regarding the family setup neither person should try to dominate the situation. Neither person, according to the New Testament, should try to dominate the marriage. However we learn from Ephesians chapter 5 verses 21 to 33 that each partner should learn to submit to the other. However, the husband is the head of the wife and family just as Christ is the Head of the church and the Saviour of the body of Christ. So just as the church is subject to Christ so shall the wife be subject to he husband in all things. Husbands are to love their wives and give themselves for their wives just as Christ loves the church and gave Himself for it. The husband should sanctify and teach the Word to His family just as Christ does for the church through the washing of the Word of God; the Bible. A husband is to love his wife as he loves himself. No person ever hated their own bodies but ministers to and cherishes it just as Christ does the church. For this reason husband and wife are united together as one flesh. This wonderful mystery is the same as Christ and the church becoming one. Jesus Christ is the Head and the church is His body. Finally let husbands love their wives as themselves and let the wives respect and not talk badly about their husbands. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Don’t despise God’s Word! It is a wicked and terrible thing for any person to despise the Word of God. After all it is God’s manual to help us walk by faith and enables us to know how to inherit His eternal promises. To despise God's Word can happen in a number of different ways.
Listen to the Holy Spirit
Firstly, we may not read it or very rarely or only when we go to church.
Secondly, we can be selective and only read certain sections that we have been taught to believe or that we want to agree with.
Thirdly, we can tell others what God’s Word tells us on a specific topic but we neglect to practise obeying God’s Word in our own life style.
Fourthly, even though God’s Word is eternal, we reason that some of God’s Word, particularly in the New Testament, does not apply to us today. This of course is only man’s interpretation and not what the Holy Spirit is telling us. Listen to the Holy Spirit through your heart and not your head.

Always Obey God's Word
Israel of old did not take long to disobey God’s laws. We read in Numbers chapter 15 verse 31 that they despised God’s laws and statutes by not obeying what God had told them to do. As a result they had broken God’s covenant with them. Those people who individually broke God’s laws had also broken their covenant with Him. You cannot afford to chose and pick what you like. We must all be obedient to what God’s Word teaches us in order to do what is right and receive God’s blessings.
God's Word Enables Us to Know the Truth and Walk in Gods Ways
God’s Word enlightens us to God’s will and purposes for our lives. We read in Psalm 119 verses 104 and 105 that those who know God’s precepts for life get greater understanding both spiritually and for their daily living. God’s Word shows us what is right and what is false and we learn to hate lies and love what is truth. God’s Word guides us with understanding as to His ways and what is our true path in life. We no longer have to live in doubt and unbelief as the world does. If people hate true knowledge, as revealed by the Holy Spirit in God’s Word, then they will live lives of distress and fear. Only in the Lord and His Word is there peace. All who truly desire to know and understand truth must fear God.
God's Children Often Do Not Obey His Word
Israel of old and even much of today’s church, would not listen to God’s counsel from His Word and despised God’s rebukes and chastening. We read this information from Proverbs chapter 1 verses 29 and 30. The Pharisees were not listening to what Jesus told them. They were full of their own pride and foolish ideas. They had become their own fount of learning and did not listen to God. This we read in John chapter 8 verse 47.
God's Children Are those Who Obey His Voice
Those who are truly born again children of God hear God’s voice. The Pharisees did not know God as a personal loving God and therefore did not understand the Words of God’s grace that Jesus spoke to them. God’s Word is pure and holy. No one should be ashamed of Jesus and who He is nor of His Word. We read about this in Mark chapter 8 verse 38. We live in a world that is adulterous in every meaning of the word and is full of sinful practices under the deception of Satan. Those who despise the Lord and His Word while here on Earth, will be despised by the Lord when He returns in the glory of His Father with the Holy angels.
Gods Word Judges All who are Disobedient
God’s Word will judge all who do not accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. What Jesus has told us in His Word, the Bible, is true. Jesus came to save the world from their sins. However, all who reject God’s Word, while here on Earth, will be judged by the Lord and the words he has spoken through the Bible. They will be judged on the last day. He did not speak on His own authority but on the authority of God the Father. He obeyed the Father and spoke the words He was commanded to say.
God's Word Is Everlasting
God’s commands to Jesus were everlasting. If we consistently, day in day out read God’s Word and meditate on God’s Word and confess it and apply it to our own situations, we will learn never to despise God’s Word but rather to be highly thankful for all the instructions it contains. As well we must listen to the wisdom of the Holy Spirit and keep praying for guidance and understanding that the Holy Spirit shows us. Keep on enjoying and obeying God’s Word and never despise it.
Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

<![CDATA[Repent! for the Kingdom of Heaven Is At Hand --19th April '22]]>Tue, 19 Apr 2022 07:32:46 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/repent-for-the-kingdom-of-heaven-is-at-hand-19th-april-22Picture
What Is the Kingdom of Heaven ?
The Kingdom of Heaven or the Kingdom of God is the place where God desires to share all His goodness with His people. Those who are obedient to carry our His will and purposes are those who are already members of His kingdom. They are repentant, forgiven, blood bought children filled with the Spirit of God. These people desire to follow the Lord and do what He has commanded for their lives, day by day. Each one is not waiting for some distant time to become part of the Kingdom of Heaven but are diligently pursuing all that the Lord has for them to do, right now. Already they are carrying out and fulfilling in Christ’s name, the goodness and truth of the will of God. These people have already become citizens of the Kingdom of God.

Beginning of the Kingdom of Heaven
Daniel chapter 2 verse 44 informs us that in the latter days of a great kingdom, described as being partly clay and partly iron, and later identified in time as the Roman Empire. would emerge. In the time period of this kingdom, God would set up His Mighty Kingdom. This Kingdom would be and now is an everlasting Kingdom. It would embrace people from all nations of the world and would break in pieces and consume all those other earthly kingdoms. This Kingdom was, is and will be the Kingdom of Heaven.

John the Baptist was the Herald of the Kingdom of God
To enter this wonderful everlasting Kingdom each person is commanded to do one important thing; This important thing is the key word of repentance. Matthew chapter 3 verse 2 makes this requirement abundantly clear. John the Baptist heralded this important message to Israel at the Jordan River. They were to repent of their sins and ask God for forgiveness. Any person who does this earnestly and willingly are then given entrance to the Kingdom of God. These are those who the Father has given into Jesus' hands to keep.

Jesus Preaches Repentance
Just after this time, Jesus Himself, walking by the Sea of Galilee, began to preach repentance for the Kingdom of Heaven was then and still is at hand. This we read in Matthew chapter 4 verse 17. The gateway to all those who would believe and repent was now open. They were now forgiven of their sins and washed in the Blood of the Lamb our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Power of the Kingdom of God
Matthew chapter 4 verse 23 informs us that Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in the synagogues and preaching and telling people to enter the Kingdom of God. He preached the gospel of repentance and demonstrated the power of the Kingdom of God. This same power is available to all born again Christians this very day. Jesus healed all kinds of sicknesses and diseases among the Galileans who came to Him nearly two thousand years ago.

Entrance Must Be Through the Narrow Gate
We are told in Matthew chapter 7 verses 13 and 14 that the only entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven is through the narrow gate of repentance in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. The gate of the flesh, the world and the devil is the wide gate. This gate is broad and carries on it any deceitful philosophy of man or the devil. Anything goes but not the Word of God. Most people travel on this road that leads to Hell and eternal destruction. The narrow gate leads to a narrow way that is pure and holy and is confined to God and His Word through His ways of faith, hope and love. Sadly, only a few people are on this road that leads to everlasting life.

Don't Delay in Repenting
Satan’s delaying tactics are many and varied. Many people put off making a decision to enter the Kingdom of God. Unfortunately, most do not consider it important enough, and end up putting it off until it is too late. In Luke chapter 9 verses 59 to 62 Jesus urges people to follow Him for He alone knows the way of eternal life. In this passage one person wanted to go and first bury his father. He was told to go and preach the Kingdom of God. Another person wanted to go and say farewell to his family. Both appeared as reasonable excuses but they were just that; they were excuses. Jesus replied that no one having begun to follow the Lord and then turned back in preference to their own desires was a fit person for the Kingdom of God. We must all put God and His plans and purposes before our own.

God Is Our Provider in All Things
In Luke chapter 12 verses 22 to 32 we learn that God will provide for all our needs. We don’t have to worry about our food or clothing for the Lord will provide for us when we ask Him. The Lord daily provides for all His creation. He provides for the birds of the air and the flowers that grow by the wayside. How much more will He feed and clothe His children? We often don’t walk by faith based on His Word and therefore we lack trust in His provision for us. God knows all our needs. He tells us to seek the Kingdom of God and all these other things or needs will by provided for us. It is God’s will to give the blessings of His Kingdom to all who trust His will and purposes.

Now Is the Time to Repent
No wise person on planet earth should delay in giving their life to the Lord Jesus Christ. It is imperative that each person repents and asks the lord for forgiveness of their sins as soon as they are aware of God's command of repentance. No one knows how long they will live! Some people die as young as thirties or forties or even earlier. Now is the time. Now is the day to give your life to the Lord! Don't hesitate nor delay. When you repent of your sins and are really sincere about it then our loving God forgives each one of us and we have now gained entry into the Kingdom of God which means we will rule and reign with Him for all eternity. Hallelujah! Praise The Lord!

<![CDATA[The Work of the Holy Spirit -Part 2 - 30th March '22]]>Wed, 30 Mar 2022 02:48:15 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-work-of-the-holy-spirit-part-2-30th-march-22Picture
The Holy Spirit Is Our Teacher
To learn about God and His word and all the ways that we need to know in life we have to be closely knit to the Lord through the Holy Spirit. We learn this from reading 1 John 2 verse 27. The anointing or empowering of the Holy Spirit must be working mightily through our spirit or inner person. Because this anointing remains in all born again believers they have no need for other people to teach them about the Lord. You must be diligent, yourself, to hear what the Holy Spirit, is telling you. The Holy Spirit is well able to give us insight into all aspects of life including our daily work, our family, our finances and our personal relationships with other people. The Holy Spirit is absolutely true and you never receive any lies or deceptions when you completely obey the Holy spirit's instructions. We are to remain rooted and grounded in Him to the honour and glory of the Father, in Jesus' name as well as being able to sincerely help younger Christians on their earthly journey.
Baptised in the Holy Spirit
No one can be a true Christian without the Holy Spirit indwelling their spirit or inner person. We read about the Holy Spirit's anointing from Acts chapter 1 verse 8. All those who desire to follow the Lord in greater sincerity and truth need to be baptised in the Holy Spirit, with evidence of speaking in tongues. We receive the empowerment and ability to live the Christian walk, when the Holy Spirit comes upon us and He manifests in us in a greater measure. We are able to have the ability to do the things of God and to have victory to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil. We receive greater anointing for witnessing to the unsaved and praying for the sick to be healed. We desire to bind up and cast out Satan and his demonic hordes. The empowering will not be for just those we know or associate with but also to help others in every situation we encounter, no matter their earthly location.
Gifts of the Holy Spirit
We learn about the use and distribution of the gifts of the Holy Spirit from 1 Corinthians chapter 12 verses 4 to 11. There are a great variety of distinctive spiritual gifts. These gifts are given by the grace and extraordinary power of the Holy Spirit and are available to all believers. These gifts are given to each person, as the Holy Spirit wills. These gifts also have distinctive ways in their use to accomplish many things. Each born again person is given spiritual illumination and empowerment, to bring honour and glory to the Father. One person receives the message of wisdom and another the word of knowledge and understanding. Some have the gift of special or wonder working faith. Another person receives the gift of extraordinary healings. Others are granted gifts of miracles and some are given a gift to know the future. This is foretelling the future and speaking knowledge of God as well as hope to the believer. Some are given the gift of discernment of spirits and what the situation concerned, is really all about. These people also reveal the deceptive dogma of man made religions. When people speak in tongues there are also those who can interpret the message in a known language, for the benefit of all who hear the message.
Having the Mind of Christ
The spiritual or born again person, judges and examines all things as the Holy Spirit gives revelation knowledge to their spirit. Their spirit then passes on this revelation to the person's mind. This information is given to us from 1 Corinthians chapter 2 verses 14 and 15. All unbelievers are incapable of judging the spiritual person and spiritual matters. Only those who are taught by the Holy Spirit can know the mind and the purposes of the Lord. Because Christians can have access by their spirit to the Holy Spirit's revelation knowledge they then are equipped to know the mind of Christ. They can then live in the understanding of God and be guided by His will and purposes.
The Holy Spirit Fills Us With the Love of God
We read in Romans chapter 5 verse 5 that the Holy Spirit spreads the love of God to our hearts or spirits. The Holy Spirit reveals the love of the Father and the Son. Not only is God's love spread abroad by the Holy Spirit so that we can love God but that we are also able to love fellow Christians and everyone that we meet. This is an amazing fact of the work of the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit Comforts Us
When ever the trials and tribulations come upon us in life, the Holy Spirit is in us and with us as both our counsellor and comforter. This important information is revealed to us from 2 Corinthians chapter 1 verses 3 and 4. Blessed be God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ who sends the Holy Spirit to guide us and comfort us in all the various circumstances we encounter in life. The Holy Spirit encourages us to go on and become over comers. We are then also able to take the comfort given to us by the Holy Spirit to comfort other people, particularly our fellow Christian brothers and sisters. In order to be helped ourselves and to be able to successfully help others, it is important to daily read, meditate, confess and apply God's word. Follow carefully the Holy Spirit's instructions. Keep on praising and thanking the Lord for His goodness and don't forget to intercede in prayer, as the Holy spirit leads you. This is only a small but important reflection on the wonderful work of God, the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Work of the Holy Spirit -Part 1- Your Sure Foundation -28th March '22]]>Mon, 28 Mar 2022 02:48:19 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-work-of-the-holy-spirit-part-1-your-sure-foundation-28th-march-22Picture
You Must Have Secure Foundations
No person can build a worthwhile life without having secure foundations. Without a sure foundation of understanding, of the world around you, knowledge of your life's situations, secure personal relationships, adequate finance, good health, goals, proper learning and skills no one can build a meaningful life. For a Christian these building blocks of life are also necessary but not as fulfilling and needful, as a life built upon God's word and the revelation knowledge of the Holy Spirit. Each life must be built correctly, like a staircase, daily and yearly founded, step by step, with a greater maturity becoming our portion as we proceed on life's journey.
Some People Have No Secure Foundations
We learn from Psalm 11 verse 3 about the absolute importance of well built foundations. If the preaching and teaching from the pulpit ceases to be founded securely on the word of God, then the lives of Christians and Christian influence on the society around them, becomes imperilled. This means the children of God can or have lost the plot of God's will and purposes in their lives. Society, as a whole, is headed towards destruction. All Christians, in order to have a sure foundation for life, must daily, read and meditate upon God's word and apply it to all their life's situations. Importantly they need also to listen to the Holy Spirit's directions for God's will and purposes to be revealed. They must learn to obey the directions of the Holy Spirit.
Know Who Are God's Children
God's children are revealed in Matthew chapter 25 verses 32 to 34. One day all the people of all the nations of the earth, will be gathered together before God's Throne of judgement. At this place Jesus , as the righteous Shepherd, will separate the sheep. His born again blood bought children, the sheep, will be separated from the goats, all those who refused to believe His word. The sheep will be placed on His right, the place of honour and the goats of the left, the place of rejection. Then the King of Glory will say to those of the right, to come to Him for they are blessed of the Father. They have inherited the Kingdom of God, prepared for them, since the foundation of the world. By contrast, in verses 44 and 45, the unbelievers will ask the Lord, when did they see people hungry or thirsty or in need? He will answer them that they did not do as His followers did so they did not do it unto Jesus. Those people on the left will then be sent to hell for everlasting punishment.
Build as the Holy Spirit Leads
We read about the man who failed to build his house on the rock. This rock is Jesus and His word. This is the only secure foundation in life, on which to build. This information is recorded in Luke chapter 6 verses 48 and 49. The man who built his house or life on the rock dug deep and built a solid foundation upon which to build his house. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to show us how to dig deep into God's word as we build our life, so that we can overcome when the storms of life assail us. We will then be able to overcome and resist the temptations and attacks of the flesh, the world and the devil. In this same passage we read about the foolish man who didn't bother to lay sure foundations for his house and his life. When the storms of life came against him, all his plans and aspirations, collapsed. He had failed to build his house and life upon the Lord and His word.
Primary Work of the Holy Spirit
We are told about the primary work of the Holy Spirit in John chapter 16 verses 7 to 11. Jesus promised His disciples, that when He left them, the Holy Spirit would come to abide with them, as their helper. The work of the Holy Spirit was to help and guide His children and to convict the unsaved of sin, righteousness and judgement. The Holy Spirit would reveal to sinners, the horrible nature of their sins, which they committed against God and His word. Furthermore, their absolute need to live righteous lives, full of God's own character, as well the deadly peril of rejecting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and the certainty of judgement and everlasting hell. When Jesus rose from the dead, Satan and all his wicked demons were judged to live in everlasting torment. This punishment was not originally designed for mankind but now man was also destined to go to everlasting hell. It was imperative that they repented of their sins and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
Listening To the Holy Spirit
In John chapter 14 verses 16 and 17 we learn that the Holy Spirit is our Helper and Counsellor. All that belong to the Lord have a recreated spirit or inner person who is able to hear what the Holy Spirit is telling their spirit. The Holy spirit will abide with His children, forever. When we need advice and directions in life, we must ask the Holy Spirit, through our spirit, what to do. Never try to get answers to your problems through your mind. Always listen to what the Holy Spirit tells your spirit to do. When you know what the Holy Spirit, also known as the Spirit of Truth, tells you, then do it. Never disobey the Holy Spirit. If you do, then quickly repent and be obedient to His directions.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. <![CDATA[Turn Completely to God -23 rd March '22]]>Wed, 23 Mar 2022 03:00:26 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/turn-completely-to-god-23-rd-march-22Picture
Do God's Will
Even Christians have to be willing to turn their whole life, with its goals and aspirations, over to the will of the Lord. We must see God and His word, as our complete source for our life's journey. He alone can and will provide for our needs and He alone will insure that we make it through, victoriously. We must fully recognise that our Father in heaven is the only One, who truly loves us. He also is the only One who knows our real needs, not what we think are our needs. He is the only One who can successfully provide, what we need. Always remember that the battle is the Lord's. Jesus defeated Satan in His resurrection power and has given us His victory for our life.
Joshua's Commitment to God
Joshua made a complete commitment to God for both himself and his household or family. We read about this in Joshua chapter 24 verse 15. Israel was to choose whether they were to worship the evil, satanic inspired gods of the Canaanites or the true living God, Jehovah. Would they serve the Lord or pay false, iniquitous worship, to the gods of the Amorites. Joshua chose the Lord. Many people have to make the same choice, today. Unfortunately, most choose to serve themselves and the false gods of the flesh, the world and the devil. It is imperative to choose the God of the whole earth, who alone does right. We bow down and serve Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, to the honour and glory of our Father in heaven.
Worship No Other God
We read the story of three brave men who would rather serve God than bow down to serve Nebuchadnezzar's golden idol. These men were named Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. Their story of bravery is recorded in Daniel chapter 2 verses 16 and 17. They rightly believed that their God, who is also our God, would rescue them from the fiery furnace and from the punishment to be brought about by disobeying King Nebuchadnezzar. They believed the lord and they were rescued unharmed, from the fiery furnace. We, as we believe God and His word, are also rescued from the fiery furnace of life, by trusting in God and His word, the Bible.
Don't Be Afraid
The ship taking Paul and other prisoners to Rome, was in danger of shipwreck. We read about this incident in Acts chapter 27. In verses 23 and 24 an angel of the Lord stood before Paul and told him that there would be no loss of life and as a result, Paul would be able to plead his case before Caesar Nero in Rome. Paul was not to be afraid but to have his complete trust in the Lord's deliverance. We also must put our life completely, in the hand of the Lord, for His complete deliverance, on our behalf.
Serve God, Faithfully
Paul thanked God that he served the Lord with a clear conscience. This we read in 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 3. He worshipped the Lord, just as his forefathers had done. Many families can count back several or even many generations to where their ancestors have worshipped the Lord, even in different Christian denominations and in different ways. Paul turned his heart or inner person to God and remembered Timothy and many other Christians and upheld them in prayer. We must follow his example and do also, as the Holy Spirit leads us to pray.
The Cleansing Power of the Blood
In Hebrews chapter 9 verse 14 we learn about the wonderful cleansing power of the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on behalf of us and all who will believe. Jesus willingly offered Himself, as a sacrifice for sins, on behalf of all mankind. As a result of turning our life and all its circumstances, over to the Lord, we are cleansed from all our dead works and lifeless observations. We have a recreated spirit and a pure blood cleansed conscience. Our desire must be to serve the Lord with all our heart, all our mind and all our strength, as well as loving God, as the centre of our lives. We must also love other people as we love ourselves.
Turning To God
Turning to Jesus Christ our Redeemer, God the Father and the Holy Spirit must be a constant, daily goal in our lives. We must turn away from the things of the flesh, the world and the devil to serve our living God. He has forgiven us our sins and given us eternal life. We must pursue His ways through prayer and His word and the directions of the Holy Spirit. Consistently read and meditate upon the word of God and confess and apply the word to your life's situations. It is vital to intercede for others and praise and worship Him in Psalms and speaking in tongues. Always be thankful to Him for His wonderful goodness to us. In so doing we truly are turning our lives over to the Lord and making Him the centre of our lives.
Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

<![CDATA[Is It God's Will? 21st March '22]]>Mon, 21 Mar 2022 03:00:44 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/is-it-gods-will-21st-march-22Picture
Healing Questions
Every person born upon this earth will at some time, face afflictions from their enemy, the devil, also known as Satan. These darts of terror will often come in the form of sickness, disease or accidents. They are always intended to steal, kill or destroy the lives that Satan, is currently targeting. Christians, have two questions regarding healing that they need to answer. Firstly, is it God's will to heal, and secondly, is it God's will to heal me?
Source of God's Healing Power.
We find the answer to this question in Isaiah chapter 53 verse 5. For all human beings God's healing was secured for those who believe, when Jesus rose again, after His crucifixion on the Cross at Calvary. This healing was prophesied by the prophet Isaiah more than seven hundred years before. It came as the result of stripes or blows that were inflicted on Christ's body. It is important that you read these scriptures often for your healing so that your spirit, as well as your mind, are built up upon faith in God's word. You are healed by hearing God's word over and over again! Each day read God's word, meditate upon His word, confess and apply His word to all your daily circumstances, particularly for your own personal healing as well as spiritual and physical well being. Read and meditate quietly by yourself or speak it out aloud, when you can.
All Is Forgiven and Healed
Those who are willing to believe God's word that when they repent, their sins are forgiven and their bodily illnesses are healed. They will inherit God's promises. We read about and learn this vital information from Psalm 103 verse 3. This amazing salvation package was given to all those people who were willing to repent and believe God's word. These people are those who are daily diligent in God's word and obey the Holy Spirit's directions in their lives. This precious gift is inherited by all those who believe, including eternal life. This occurred when Jesus rose from the dead. To keep repenting when we miss it and walking in the healing of God's word, must be a daily experience of our confession and our application to all of our life's situations.
Healing Is Good News
We read about Jesus and His ministry in Matthew chapter 4 verses 23 and 24. Jesus went throughout the towns of Galilee preaching and teaching the gospel in the synagogues. People were taught about the Kingdom of God. Jesus healed every kind of disease and sickness and through this means peoples' understanding, that Jesus was the Messiah, was revealed. The good news of the gospel, of the Kingdom of God and it's healing power, spread throughout the Roman province of Syria. Al who were sick were healed of various pains and illnesses. This included epileptics and paralytics. Jesus also cast out the demons causing these illnesses. Jesus healed all who were sick. This must surely include everyone who is willing to be healed by Jesus, this very day, as well as then.
Jesus Heals All
Again we read in Acts chapter 10 verse 38 of Jesus' amazing healing ministry. God the Father anointed His Son, Jesus of Nazareth, with the Holy Spirit and great power. No sickness or disease was too great to heal. Jesus went around doing the goodness of His Father's will and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. All sickness and disease, in both soul and spirit, are oppressions of Satan, the devil. God the Father was with His Son, in all that Jesus did, because Jesus obeyed His Father in all things. So must we learn to do. There is no doubt it is God's will to heal you from everything that Satan sends your way, including sickness of every description.
Faith In God's Word
Faith is a very important component regarding healing. Daily faith comes by reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying God's word to all our life's circumstances. We read about God healing a lame man, through Paul's ministry in Acts chapter 14 verses 8 to 10. This man had been crippled since his birth and had never walked. This man ,who lived in Lystra, had a wonderful healing, because he listened to Paul's preaching and as he listened faith rose within him. Paul recognised that the man had faith to be healed. He then told the man, in a loud voice, to stand up. The man obeyed and jumped up and he walked for the first time, by faith. Ne believed and was healed.
You Can Be Healed
Just as the people recorded in the Bible and particularly, in the Acts of the Apostles, were healed, so can you be. It all comes by believing and acting upon God's word. It is by faith in who Jesus is and believing what His word says. Begin to day by reading, confessing and applying God's word to your own personal healing and those in your family and friends who are afflicted by Satan and his demons. Keep it up, every day, until the full manifestation of your healing takes place. Don't give up! As you are diligent your faith level will rise and you will be surely, healed.
Peace of God
Every Christian should be filled with the peace of God. We read about God's rest in Matthew chapter 11 verses 28 to 30. All who are weary and upset by worry, are to rest in the Lord, who will give them His perfect peace. Those who trust in the Lord and His word, on a consistent basis, are able to overcome worry, anxiety, doubt, fear and the effects of satanic depression. They will be led by the gentleness and humbleness of the Spirit of God. They will find rest and renewal for their spirit and soul. God's yoke or burden is light and righteous.
Don't Be Anxious
Matthew chapter 6 verse 25 tells us not to be worried or anxious about your life, no matter what money you may need or what health or family problems you may have. God is your provider for all your needs. He knows everything that you require before you even ask and will always answer your requests. Trust in Him for He will provide, mightily, for everything you need whether spiritually, materially or physically.
Always Pray
When you pray believe that God always answers your petitions. We learn about this from Mark chapter 11 verses 22 to 24. If we read and meditate upon God's word, our spirit or inner person, will help us to develop the God kind of faith. Whoever believes, when they pray, that God hears their prayers, then they will always receive God's answers to their prayers. Even if their problems appear as great insurmountable mountains, if they believe God's word, they will receive God's victorious answers. However, those who pray, must believe in their hearts and not doubt. When you pray always believe God will answer and you will receive His marvellous replies. Remember, nothing, absolutely nothing, is impossible with God!
Always Be Thankful
We learn from Philippians chapter 4 verse 6 never to be worried or anxious about anything. God knows the answer to your problem before you even ask. In every circumstance or situation you face in life, always ask God for His solution. Make your prayers a daily practice before His throne. God will always answer. Be very specific about your requests so that you actually know what you need. Always give thanks to God for His answers for He is a good God and always gives us His best.
God's Word Must Be Preeminent
In Colossians chapter 3 verse 16 we learn how essential the written word of God as well as the spoken word of God is, to all our circumstances. This word must dwell in our spirits and our minds permeating every aspect of our life. Each of us must be taught how to speak out the wonderful word of God. No doubt or fear or worry can stand against the spoken word of God. In knowing God's word we are able to be trained and then to train others, with the wisdom of God's word. From our spirits there comes an abundance of overflowing joy. We cannot contain God's love and joy and peace when we allow the Spirit of God to fill our spirit, with the wonder of God and His great plans for our life. We desire to read and speak out, aloud, the wonderful blessings of God. We desire to sing about His abundant grace and mercy through Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs. No longer do the cares of this world fill our souls. We are thankful, beyond measure, for the goodness of God towards us, in all aspects of our life.
Keep Praising and Not Doubting
Hebrews chapter 11 verse 15 tells us that we are to continually offer up to God, our sacrifice of praise. Our born again spirit must be constantly praising God through speaking in tongues; through singing and also through reading His word. This is the wonderful abundance of His joy that flows through our spirit and into our minds, constantly dispelling doubt, unbelief, worry and fear. Our spirits must be in continual fellowship, throughout life, being filled and refilled with praise and thankfulness, to our God. We acknowledge God in all things and confess and glorify His holy name! In so doing Satan's control will undoubtedly be destroyed in your life, for you will be a true overcomer!
Your Real Enemy
To be able to overcome and defeat any enemy you have to know who is your real enemy. Without a knowledge of who your enemy is and how he works against you, you will never be able to successfully win. The word of God tells us that our real enemy is not our spouse, family, people at work or former friends and associates. Our real enemy is very dangerous and deceitful and his name is Satan. Satan hates all of God's creation, particularly people. His plans against everyone is to steal, kill and destroy. Always look for the source of your trouble and you will find out it is always Satan working out his evil plans.
Satan's War Against You
We read about Satan's plan against you in John chapter 10 verse 10. Firstly, he comes to steal from you. He will try to steal God's word from you and also try to steal your peace of mind by showing you thought pictures of your past. If you've asked the Lord for forgiveness these bad deeds have been cleansed away and forgotten by God. Why should you remember them anymore? Satan tries to make you feel guilty and ashamed but you have already been forgiven by God. No Christian, who has repented of their sins, should ever feel guilt or shame, anymore. He will also try to steal your health through worry and anxiety and by trying to prevent you listening to what the Holy Spirit, is telling your spirit. He tries to distract you by suggesting that there is no real need to be careful about what you eat or drink or even how much, or any need for exercising your body. He suggests that you can watch more evil television or read suggestive magazines rather than read the word of God. He does not want you to meditate upon the word. He also does not want your faith to be built up. He does not want you to consistently confess and apply God's word, to your daily life's situations. Satan is cunning and crafty and has the real goal of making you a weak Christian living in fear and defeat, rather than God's abundance and overcoming power.
God Gives Us Life in Abundance
God gives all His born again children forgiveness of sins and eternal life. He provides us with peace in our mind, our will and our emotions. He is able to supply all the daily needs for ourselves and our family, materially, emotionally and spiritually. As we pray and thank Him for His marvellous provisions for us we also learn to obey the Holy Spirit's directions to our inner person or spirit. We then learn to live a life free from the suppression and entanglements that Satan tries to bring about in everyone's life.
Do What Jesus Did
We read in Matthew chapter 10 verse 16 how Jesus handled Satan's temptations in the wilderness. This is an important template giving guidance as to how all born again Christians, should deal with Satan's temptations, lies and deceits. Satan had just shown the Lord all the glory of all the kingdoms of the earth, in a moment of time. Satan, as the god of this world, could give this splendour to Jesus, if Jesus would have bowed down and worshipped him. Jesus replied to Satan in simple terms, to get lost! We must learn to do the same, instantly, when Satan puts wrong thoughts into our mind. Jesus also told Satan and every person, that they should worship the Lord, their God. All creation is to only serve the Lord and do what the Holy Spirit tells them to do.
Doubt, Unbelief and Worry, Be Gone!
Each person is the master of who they are and what they do. In Christ you have been given, by the Lord, complete authority to bind up and cast out Satan and all demonic power, afflicting your life. 1 Peter chapter 5 verses 6 to 9 supplies us with all the details to successfully cast out Satan from our life. First off we are to submit ourselves to each other and particularly to those who are spiritually more mature. In so doing, the Lord is able to clothe us with His humility. God resists those who are proud and think themselves to be better than other people. We must humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God for He will exalt those who are willing to be humble. We don't try to carry our cares and problems ourselves, but we hand them over to the Lord. He is well able to handle them and give us His victory. We must be serious about our conflict with Satan and always be on the watch, for Satan's deceptive practices. Satan and his alias name the devil, is our adversary and appears against us as a warring lion, seeking to destroy unaware people. We are to resist him with the word of God and through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are enabled to resist him through faith in God and His word and when we do, he must flee because of God's mighty power in us. Every Christian is confronted daily by Satan's deceitful, corrupt and aggressive actions. However, in Christ, every born again believer is well able to overcome the flesh, the world and the devil.
<![CDATA[Reigning With Christ -Part 2 - 9th March '22]]>Wed, 09 Mar 2022 02:58:23 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/reigning-with-christ-part-2-9th-march-22Picture
The Supreme Ruler
We learn from Romans chapter 5 verse 21 that the grace of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, reigns through His righteousness now and throughout eternity. Before the resurrection and from the fall in the Garden of Eden until Moses, sin reigned over mankind. Now all who are willing to believe, have the ability, in Christ, to reign with the Lord, in His righteousness. Born again blood bought Christians, are now reigning and will reign in greater measure with the Lord, throughout eternity.
Christ's Resurrection Power
We learn more about Christ's resurrection power from Ephesians chapter 1 verses 21 and 22.
Jesus was raised from the dead by the hand of the Father and was then seated at the Father's right hand, in Heaven. We were raised up with the Lord at the time He arose from the dead because we believed. We are also seated with Him in heavenly places. Jesus is seated far above all rule, authority, power and dominion and His children are seated there with Him. We also are seated, with Jesus, above every name and every title and honour that can be conferred not only now, in this age, but also in the age that is to come.
When We Received His Resurrection Power
Ephesians chapter 2 verse 6 informs us that we were and are now raised up, in His resurrection power. This occurred when we first accepted and believed in His resurrection power, for our salvation. We repented of our sins and were then forgiven and washed clean through His precious blood. At that point we became citizens of Heaven and inherited eternal life. We are now seated in His resurrection power and are able to reign with Him. It is not just 'pie in the sky when you die', but you are partakers, through His grace and mercy, of His power and blessings, at this very moment.
We Are Reigning In His Family
We learn about our heavenly family from Ephesians chapter 3 verses 15 to 19. The idea of family originated with God. Every family in haven and earth, derives from God. We can be and must be spiritually energised and strengthened by His Spirit, operating through our inner person or spirit. The Lord is dwelling in the spirit person, of all those who believe, by faith. They are able to grow, daily, by faith in His word, the Bible. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. This faith must be deeply grounded in love. Faith is secured for us as we learn the word, read and meditate on the word, and confess and apply it to all our daily circumstances. Each day we learn to understand the greatness of God's amazing love. We learn in a practical way, through the word applied to our life's experiences, the depth of Christ's love, which surpasses all earthly knowledge. We can be and need to be filled with all the fullness of who God is. This will enable us to have the richest possible fellowship with the Lord. We are to be filled up and flooded with the true knowledge of who God really is. In so doing we become more like God so that we can reign more as kings with Him.
We Reign In His Kingdom
We read and learn from Revelation chapter 5 verse 10 that God's children are royal subjects belonging to a royal, everlasting kingdom. We, as a royal priesthood, worship God is spirit and in truth. The kingdom of heaven is an everlasting kingdom as distinct from the kingdoms of earth, which only last for a season of perhaps a few hundred or a few thousand years. As God's children we reign with Christ, in the kingdom of light. Satan's kingdom, which includes all earthly kingdoms, will eventually be abolished. God's kingdom will reign in heaven and also on earth. All born again believers are subjects reigning with Christ, personally, right now. This kingdom will have no end. It is God's eternal kingdom and we, as His children are subjects, right now. The Kingdom of God, is within us, while on earth and then one day we will leave this earth and reign with Him, forever, where and as He wills.
You're Reigning, Right Now
Each day pursue God's will and purposes in your life, by reading the word and receiving the revelation knowledge that the Holy Spirit gives you. If you are just beginning your Christian walk or have been in the way a long time, grab hold of the fact that you are a royal subject, reigning with Christ, in His kingdom, right now! It will make all the difference to your Christian life!
Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

Created Like God
Man was created in the image of God and was given authority and dominion over God's creation. He was made a little lower than Elohim. Adam had the ability to name every plant and animal and identify its distinct characteristics. Unfortunately man lost this dominion as well as close fellowship with God when Adam and Eve sinned. Adam had the legal right to give his authority to Satan, but not a moral right. From that time onward until Jesus Christ rose triumphantly from the dead, the world was plunged into the kingdom of darkness.
Man's Greatest Desire
People have always desired to get back to a position of power and to be able to worship a higher being. This understanding is in the heart of every human being and groups of people that have ever lived. Unfortunately the dominion of sin and Satan produces unrighteousness. The dominion of peace and God produces righteousness. The desire to rise to a position of dominion is witnessed in all types of competitions and in business and family goals and in all forms of sport. There is an overall desire to achieve. The only way that it can be fully realised is for a person to give their life to Christ and be forgiven of their sins and thereby inherit everlasting life.
God Given Dominion
In Genesis chapter 1 verses 26 and 27 we read about the wonderful dominion, over the earth, that was given to Adam and Eve. These first two people, were made just like God. They were created in the likeness of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Their complete dominion was given to them over all of God's creation. Both Adam and eve were created sinless with God like spiritual personalities. They were superior beings to the rest of God's creation. God demanded obedience from them and as a result, they had close fellowship with God. Satan entered into the Garden of Eden and Adam listened to the devils craftiness and Eve was deceived by it. They both sinned and disobeyed God. Adam handed his sovereignty over to Satan and therefore Satan became the god of this world. He remains the god of every person who walks after the flesh, the world and the devil. Only those that have their spirit beings recreated are able to escape the kingdom of darkness. Those that have done so, now have their dominion returned to them, as God's blood bought children.
We Are Made a Little Lower Than God
In Psalm 8 verses 4 and 5 the Psalmist asks God why He cares about man. Mankind was made in the very image or likeness of God and God has crowned His born again children, with glory and honour. They are to praise and worship Him and thank Him for all His goodness towards them. Those that do so are mightily blessed spiritually, materially and physically. These are those who diligently study and learn God's word and are willing to read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word to all their life's circumstances. They are willing to listen to and obey the Holy Spirit's directions, not just for a season but consistently, every day of life's journey.
God Always Reigns
We learn from Psalm 47 verses 8 and 9 that God always reigns over the affairs of men, from His heavenly Throne. It may not always look like it when we look at the general mess that mankind, in cooperation with Satan, has made. The Lord is highly exalted among His heavenly host and by all on earth, who are willing to submit to His will and purposes. God is bringing His goodness to pass and His power is being brought to bring a very soon ending, upon the current earth.
The Glorious Future
Isaiah chapter 32 verses 1 and 2 informs us of the already, developing, mighty Kingdom of God. Those kings and princes, appointed by the Lord, will reign in righteousness and peace. Those people who dwell in places where God's goodness and provision are prevailing, will experience an abundance of peace and sufficient goods and services as well as a greater fulfilment of God's righteousness, in their land. It all has to do with the willingness of God's people to follow His ways and their obedience. What He has declared in His word, that which is righteous and holy, will come to pass.
Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

<![CDATA[Act On Your God Given Authority -Part 2 -2nd March '22]]>Wed, 02 Mar 2022 02:09:11 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/act-on-your-god-given-authority-part-2-2nd-march-22Picture
Asking the Father In Jesus' Name
John chapter 14 verses 13 and 14 tells us of the marvellous power God has given each of His children, for the answers to their prayers. Whatever we ask the Father, in Jesus' name, He will answer our requests. It must be a request that is righteous and is in line with God's word, the Bible. In doing so we glorify and bring honour to the Father, in Jesus' name. Whatever is a righteous petition, Jesus will answer. Are we willing to obey the Holy Spirit; do we read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word on a consistent daily basis; do we thank the Lord and praise His holy name, every time that we have opportunity? If we are willing to do so, our prayers, for whatever is the need for our self, our family, our friends or our church or for whatever other need arises, the Lord will hear and answer our petitions.
Great Authority in Love and Forgiveness
The greatest authority comes from God, who is love and because of His love, He is well able to forgive all who repent. Our greatest authority in the Lord will come, when we do not keep a record of other peoples' mistakes and of our own as well. For our love, based on God's love, demands forgiveness of other peoples' mistakes or deliberate follies. We are able to have the most incredible authority that is possible because we walk in love and forgiveness. This must be towards fellow Christians and everyone else that we meet in life. We learn to obey God, our Father, because of His great love and forgiveness. Jesus has washed away our sins in His precious blood and given His children, eternal life. Because of this we now inherit His life and His authority over all the corrupt works of the flesh, the world and the devil.
Authority in the Name of Jesus
In Acts chapter 3 verses 1 to 8 and verse 16 we learn important information concerning the use of the name of Jesus. Peter and John went to the temple at 3.00 P.M., the hour of prayer. Here they found a man unable to walk since his birth. As he lived by begging alms, he approached Peter and John, for alms or money. Peter told him to look at them. Peter then said: “Silver and gold have I none, but what I do have, I give unto you.” What did Peter and John have? They had the name and authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Peter seized the man by his right hand and the man leapt up and began to walk. His feet and ankle bones became strong and steady. The man then went into the temple, through Solomon's Porch, leaping and praising God. The people who witnessed this amazing miracle, were astounded. Peter told them that the man's healing was on the basis of faith in the name of Jesus. This name had strengthened this man and had given him this complete wholeness, in their presence. Every Christian has access to the healing power and authority that is found by faith, in the name of Jesus. We also must act upon faith in God's word and His name and witness His amazing, miraculous results.
Resist Satan in Jesus' Name
All children of God, must be willing to submit and also be willing to carry out God's will and purposes in their lives. This important instruction is contained in James chapter 4 verse 7. When we submit to the Lord we then remove Satan's platform to harass us. Then we are well able and also desire to resist Satan and demolish his evil works. In so doing we are empowered to bind up Satan's power. We resist him and he must flee and he will flee from our life, our family and all our life's circumstances. Keep on standing and don't give up because Satan is a wily character but also a defeated foe.
Our Authority Is Within Us
Our authority comes through the Holy Spirit, revealing God's will and purposes to our spirit. This we read in 1 John chapter 4 verse 4. Through Christ and His word we have been enabled to overcome all the agents of the Antichrist, which includes Satan and his demons and the wickedness of those people, who serve Satan rather than God. God lives within all born again Christians and He is far greater in power than Satan and all his hordes and all the world of sinful mankind. In Christ, you are completely victorious! This power is available right now, through the authority that God has given each Christian by His word and the empowering of the Holy Spirit! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Act On Your God Given Authority -Part 1 - 28 Feb '22]]>Mon, 28 Feb 2022 03:02:41 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/act-on-your-god-given-authority-part-1-28-feb-22Picture
Our Real Authority
Most people outside of their home and family and perhaps their workplace, practice very little real authority. Hardly any are chief executive officers of large corporations or wield great political or financial powers. However, all born again, blood bought children of God, have been given marvellous authority over the flesh, the world and the devil. They must learn to exercise that God given authority on a regular basis. It is authority and power, backed by the throne of almighty God, through Jesus Christ, their Lord and Saviour. This power is released by the Holy Spirit, through our spirit, and must be founded upon God's word, the Bible. This power is to be used wisely, in our daily life.
Jesus Transferred This Authority to His Children
We learn from Matthew chapter 28 verses 18 to 20 that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was given all power and authority. The Lord has absolute rule in heaven and earth under the Father. He then straight away told His disciples, which includes all of God's born again children, to go with His authority into all the world. This was the greatest transferal of God's power, to ever occur in this dispensation. We are now authorised to exercise God's authority in the world through the name of Jesus. They were to tell people of His forgiveness of their sins and their eternal redemption, to all those who were willing to believe. Those who believe were to be baptised in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These new children of God were to be taught and observe all His teachings and commandments, from His word, the Bible. The Lord is with all His children now and for evermore but He commands them to trust and obey Him, through the Holy Spirit's revelation of His word. The Holy Spirit is able to teach their new born again, inner person or spirit.
Authority Through Faith and Humility
In the beginning man was made in God's image and Adam was given authority, under God, to rule the world. This authority was handed over to Satan by Adam. It is regained through Christ's resurrection, for those who believe. Jesus is the most wonderful example of someone who had great authority, which was exercised through faith and humility towards His heavenly Father. In Matthew chapter 8 verses 6 to 10 we read about the Roman centurion who had faith and was humble, in the presence of the Lord. Jesus came to Capernaum, in Galilee and begged Jesus to heal his paralysed servant, who was in tormenting pain. Jesus agreed to come and heal the sick servant. The unnamed centurion told Jesus that he was not worthy to have the Lord enter his home. He believed that if Jesus spoke out His healing words, his servant would be healed. The centurion recognised that Jesus was also a person, just as he himself was, in personal authority over a hundred soldiers. Jesus was amazed at the Roman centurion's faith. He told those nearby, that his faith was greater than anyone the Lord had encountered in Israel. In verse 13 Jesus told the centurion that because he had believed, his servant was now healed that very same hour.
Christian's Have Authority Over Demons
In Luke chapter 9 verse 1 Jesus gave authority to all His twelve apostles to exercise power and authority over all demons as well as to heal diseases. Because His children have now been raised up, in resurrection power, they too have been delegated God's power to cast out demons and to heal diseases in themselves and other people, based on God's word.
We Must Recognise God's Authority
The disbelieving Pharisees confronted Jesus concerning the source of His authority. They were not willing to believe that Jesus was the Son of God; the long awaited Messiah. This we read about in Luke chapter 20 verses 1 to 8. Jesus asked them whether the baptism of John was from heaven or from men. They discussed their reply and decided that if they answered that it was from heaven that Jesus would ask them why they didn't believe what John said. If they answered from men, the people would stone them, for the people believed that John was a prophet. They then told Jesus that they did not know where John's authority came from. Then Jesus answered them that He would not tell them where His authority came from. In both cases, the Pharisees denied the source of the authority of both John and Jesus. They refused to recognise God's authority. So many people make the same mistake today, even though the evidence of God's creation and who He is, is all around them.
We Have His Authority Over Satan
Your authority, as a Christian, is absolutely wonderful, providing you obey and follow the instructions of the Holy Spirit. We learn about this in Luke chapter 10 verse 19. Jesus gave seventy of His disciples and He gives to all His children, His delegated authority, to tread on serpents and scorpions. This means to destroy all demonic powers. This power is over all of the enemy, which includes Satan. None of the enemies' power in accidents, disease or warfare, is able to harm God's children but they must remain obedient to the Lord in order to fulfil His will and purposes. This always includes their health, their family and work situations and their finances. Do as the Holy Spirit tells you and you will remain unharmed and victorious.
<![CDATA[God Will Provide- Part 2 -23rd Feb '22]]>Wed, 23 Feb 2022 02:45:38 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/god-will-provide-part-2-23rd-feb-22Picture
Be Faithful in Praise, Prayer and the Word
Always remember, in order to fully access the Lord's provision, we must keep on worshipping and praising the Lord and bring our petitions before His Throne. When we ask, we believe, by faith, that He hears and answers us. God knows what we need before we ask. Each day, in order to strengthen your faith, you must read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word to all situations in your life. Always you must keep overcoming the flesh, the world and the devil and ignore any disappointments. You develop a heart of expectancy, that God will always provide for you, no matter what are the circumstances! Your God and my God is always a good God.
God's Sufficiency Can Be Yours
We are told in Philippians chapter 4 verses 11 to 13 that Paul had learnt to be content with His current position in life. He had become self sufficient through Christ and was at perfect peace with himself. He was no longer uneasy in his daily circumstances. He had learnt how to get along, with sufficiency, in all his daily needs and live contented, but humbly. Paul had learnt how to live in abundance and prosperity as well as in lack in any and every life situation. Sometimes he was well-fed but at other times he was hungry. He had really learnt the secret of abiding in Christ. Paul had learnt to live in Christ's strength and so was able to perform God's will and purposes. He was ready for and equal to any occasion, as it arose, because he didn't rely on his own strength and provision, but he relied completely on the Lord. All those who love the Lord must learn to do likewise.
We Ask God and He Provides
Hebrews chapter 4 verse 16 informs us that we have the privilege, as God's children, to approach God's throne of grace, with the confidence that He hears us and we approach without any fear. We ask so that we know the things that we need and not just our own presumptive ideas of the mind. He always answers and supplies our needs according to His will and purposes and the riches of His glory. He answers us through His amazing grace and mercy. He always answers our prayers at the right time, at our point of need. He will show us what to do, in any given situation and we must be obedient to do it. His answers, are sometimes quite different to our actual requests, but they are always perfect. In hindsight, we begin to appreciate how wonderful has been His completely, adequate provision for us. In order to inherit His full provision and blessings we must learn to be obedient and give thanks. In this way God's best becomes our best and enables us to overcome the flesh, the world and the devil.
Be Willing To Give
In Luke chapter 18 verses 18 to 22 we read about the rich young ruler and his desire to enter eternal life. He called Jesus good because Jesus is God and therefore He is always good. This man had kept all of God's laws, particularly the ten commandments, since his youth. Jesus told him that he lacked one important element. He told him to sell all that he had and give it to those in need. In so doing he would have abundant treasure in heaven. Then he was to follow Jesus and walk in His ways. This was so very difficult for him to do for he was extremely rich and appears to have trusted in his riches. As Christians, we must be willing to give to all those who are in need, as the Holy Spirit directs and be willing to live in His abundance, now and throughout eternity.
Considering Others Brings Great Provision.
If we consider others and their needs then all our needs will be provided for. I John chapter 3 verses 16 and 17 makes this very clear. We are not just to love people in word only, but also in deed. We must be sincere in our practice of giving to God's work, as well as our family, friends, and others we meet. This way we demonstrate our sincerity and practical love for others. As we do so people will know that we are real Christians and not ones in name, only. This means we are true children of the Living God, washed in the blood of the Lamb. God will provide for all our needs as we earnestly trust and obey Him and obediently carry out His will and purposes for our lives.
<![CDATA[God Will Provide -Part 1- 21st Feb-'22]]>Mon, 21 Feb 2022 02:28:35 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/god-will-provide-part-1-21st-feb-22Picture
God Provides His Way Out
God is a full and true provider for all who will trust and obey Him. His children should always turn to Him for the provision of their needs. God the Father is the source of everything that is good, no matter what? When there appears to be no way out of our predicament, God will give us His way out to His freedom. This can be freedom from debt; from difficult work situations and relationships and a transition into a life of love, joy and peace, in every aspect of our life. Base your life on God and His word and the revelation knowledge of the Holy Spirit. God's provision for us will be more than we can even ask or think.
God Will Completely Provide For You
God will provide for your health; your house or car repayments; the need for a child; a home for you to live in or even money to purchase or obtain whatever God desires for you. God knows your needs even better than you do. He understands the whole situation and the very solution to whatever problem or problems you have. Storing up treasures just for your own provision alone, is not what God desires for His children. They must be willing to depend on Him for their abundant provision.
Full Provision For His Creation
We read about God's mighty provision for all His creation in Luke chapter 12 verses 22 to 34. Jesus told His disciples not to worry about their life; nor about what to eat; nor about their bodily health; nor what clothes to wear. Life is far more than food or clothing. Jesus told them to consider the birds. They don't sow seed or reap it or store food away in storehouses or barns. God provides for them. How much more are God's children worth to Him than the birds of the air! If you keep on worrying you can't add any extra height to your stature or any extra time to your life. The wild flowers grow in the open and yet they do not work to live. Even the wealthiest kings, such as Solomon, in all their earthly glory, were not as beautiful as these flowers in bloom. Many plants are here today and gone tomorrow, yet God provides for their growth. We must not seek after earthly things as those who do not know God. Our task is to seek to enter ourselves and help others to be ready for the eternal kingdom of God. The Lord gives His kingdom to all who desire to worship Him. Always give selflessly to all those in need. We are to learn to provide for ourselves in Christ with heavenly treasure, rather than earthly delights which become corrupted and wear out. We are to remember that God always provides for those who obey Him and put their trust in Him. Wherever our treasure or desires are, that's where our real heart's desires will be.
Clothed With His Righteousness
We are to allow ourselves to be clothed with the righteousness of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are to be clothed with kind and pure thoughts and with clean and wise speech and a willingness to help out in our family; among our friends and in our workplace, and church. These helpful acts of kindness are to be done, not expecting anything in return. This we read in Romans chapter 13 verse 14. We trust in God to provide for us. This doesn't mean we don't work on a daily basis but rather that we become more diligent than ever. In this way we can fulfil the desires and plans of our Father in heaven. No Christian has to make a huge effort to provide for their flesh. At all times, we abide in Christ and He provides mightily, for all that we, our family and also other people, require.
God's Provision For His Church
In Philippians chapter 4 verse 12 we learn about God's amazing equipping, of His church, to carry out His work. God has given His ministry gifts to the church and He appoints those of His will and purpose. Firstly, there are apostles or special sent messengers. Next, there are prophets who foretell either things that are going to occur, or messages of encouragement, or words of correction to allow God's children to get back on God's spiritual track. Evangelists are appointed to carry the good news of God's forgiveness and redemption to the unsaved. Furthermore there are teachers and pastors to help guide and instruct and take care of the spiritual and sometimes material needs of God's children. God has provided these leaders in order to equip the church to be able to help His children, to carry out His work and to spiritually build up the church.
Use Your Gifts to Help Others
For any human being it is important, not to just exist, but to live. We all have gifts and talents, given to us by God and as we develop them, we must learn to use them, wisely. In doing so we have the satisfaction of knowing that we have God given value and are able to bless other people and above all, we are enabled by the Holy Spirit, to bring honour and glory to the Father, in Jesus' name. We live in live, joy, peace and righteousness and we can learn to be a shining light, not only to fellow Christians, but to all those lost in the darkness of this fallen world, around us.
We Must accept God's Word
We learn from Psalm 119 verses 36 and 56 that we must incline our hearts, our inner beings, to listen to and accept God's precepts. Our hearts must be full of God's love and forgiveness. It is important not to incline our hearts, our spiritual ears, towards greed and the love of money, goods and position. To incline our ears is to accept the gift of God's boundless mercy and grace. We listen to and accept His laws and His ways in loving obedience. His desire for righteousness becomes ours, as we hear and obey His words of goodness.
Listen and You Will Be Free
For twenty three years the prophet Jeremiah told the people to return to God and forsake their own evil ways. God's prophecies had flowed abundantly through Jeremiah and other prophets warning them to repent. We learn this from Jeremiah 25 verses 3 to 6. It was the same old problem, over and over again. The people ignored God. They would not incline their ear or listen to what God told them through the prophets. If they listened to God's servants and repented, they would still be able to live, peaceably, in the land of Israel. If not, they would forfeit the right, to live in the land which God had given to them, over eight hundred years before. Their greatest sin was to worship foreign gods, who were merely evil figments of man's own imaginations. Israel, on the whole, worshipped themselves and their own devices, rather than the precepts of the only true God, the Creator of all things. They provoked God to anger, just as many people do today. God has blessed people abundantly with wonderful provisions, knowledge and inventions. Mankind has largely chosen to ignore a loving God rather than obeying His righteous ways, found in His word, the Bible.
We Must Listen To Live
Jeremiah chapter 26 verses 3 to 6 informs us of God's willingness to forgive all those who will turn to Him. If they didn't there would be punishment and slavery. God was willing to relent from His anger towards them, if they would only listen and obey. The result would be, if they did not listen to God's prophets, they would lose their inheritance. A great curse would come upon these people in the sight of all the nations of the earth. This was because of their rebellion and vile wickedness towards God and His word. All those who truly love the Lord must be willing to hear and to do what the Holy Spirit tells them is God's will and purposes for their life.
Seek the Lord and Live
Those who love God must seek Him and His ways, with a diligent heart. We learn about this from Amos chapter 5 verses 4 and 14. God's children must seek the Lord and regard His directions as far more important than even their daily food. This will enable them to live spiritually, now and forever. We are to seek and long for the love, grace and peace of the Lord. As we do so the God of Hosts, the Lord of the whole earth, will be our daily guide, provider and protector. To really do so we must hate evil and love good and obediently walk in His ways. Those who do so, will have learned to listen and will live!

Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

<![CDATA[Listen and You Will Live- Part 1- 14th Feb '22]]>Mon, 14 Feb 2022 05:10:13 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/listen-and-you-will-live-part-1-14th-feb-22Picture
We Must Listen
We as God's children, must be willing to listen carefully to the Holy Spirit's instructions and be obedient. God's children must incline their ears; and their thoughts to God's word. It is not sufficient to give nodding agreement. It must be a wholehearted effort, with our focus on God's will and purposes; intending to bring honour and glory to the Father, in Jesus' name. When we spend time in prayer and know what God is telling us to do, to carry out what the Holy Spirit tells our spirit or inner person. Only those who are truly willing to do so, will know the full measure of God's blessings upon their lives. Those that listen and do will live.
We Must Be Obedient
Joshua, way back when Israel had recently entered the promised land, told the people to incline their ear and be obedient. We read about this in Joshua chapter 24 verses 23 and 24. They were to take away from their minds the vain philosophy of worshipping foreign gods, that would lead them away from worshipping the only true God, Jehovah. The people promised to serve the Lord their God and to listen and obey His voice. Every born again child of God must be willing to do the same. They are to love the Lord with all their heart, their mind and all their strength and also love His righteous laws.
Listen To the Holy Spirit and God's Word
In Psalm 78 verse 1 God makes a strong appeal to His people Israel. First of all they were to listen to His teaching. Where do we find God's teaching? It is only found in God's word, the Bible. To truly listen to God's word, we must allow the Holy Spirit to give revelation knowledge to our spirit and not some fleshly understanding of our mind and the words of other people. This revelation can be gained each day as we learn the word and read it diligently, meditate upon it and confess it and apply it to all our situations in life. As we incline our understanding to God's word, we must be willing to learn from it and perform it into action. In so doing we will grow in spiritual maturity and be a blessing to our spouse and family and to our friends and fellow Christians and to all who we meet.
Israel Deliberately Ignored God
Unfortunately, we find out by reading through Jeremiah, that Israel, by and large, ignored listening to the Lord and following His ways. As a result many of them were taken away, for a period of seventy years and they and their descendants, no longer lived in Israel. Jeremiah chapter 7 verse 13 gives us the sad reason, why. They continued to do their own things and kept on ignoring God and His word. The Lord, through Jeremiah the prophet, rose up early in the morning and warned the people to repent. However, they still did not listen. Not only that, they did not answer what Jeremiah had told them. They plainly ignored God and His prophet.
Israel Became Even More Rebellious
Furthermore we learn in verse 26 of chapter 7 that they became prouder and more evil, in their rebellious behaviour towards God. Those people who do disobey God and His word, intentionally, will be in for a rude awakening, sooner or later. You cannot ignore God and His word and live. If you repent, you are then given forgiveness of your sins and inherit eternal life. Those who ignore God and His word, seal their own fate, in everlasting separation from the goodness of God, in eternal hell.
Flee From Self Will
Israel was plainly a rebellious people, even as many of those who call themselves Christians, are today. Jeremiah chapter 11 verses 7 and 8 informs us that the older people, as well as the younger generation, did not listen to God. The Lord solemnly warned His people, when He took them out of bondage, in Egypt, to obey His voice. He persistently kept reminding them to obey Him and His word, through the many prophets He sent. Most did not listen or incline their ear. They gave themselves over to the flesh, the world and the devil and Satan willingly obliged them. All their sufferings the Lord allowed upon them, because they would not listen to Him and perform His righteous deeds of love, mercy and righteousness. They broke their covenant with the Lord and went their own wanton way. Christians, as God's children today, must also be willing to incline their ear to the lord and obey His ways, so they can live.
<![CDATA[Why the Blessings Flow- Part 2- 10th Feb 2022]]>Thu, 10 Feb 2022 03:37:21 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/why-the-blessings-flow-part-2-10th-feb-2022Picture
Don't judge Others
It is very easy and very human to judge other peoples' conduct from our fairly limited perspective. Luke chapter 6 verse 37 informs us that we are not to do so. If we refrain from judging others, we will not be judged. Don't condemn other people but rather be repentant of your own follies. This will enable you not to be a hypocrite. Always be willing to pardon all those who are genuinely sorry for their speech and actions. By doing so you also will be pardoned by the great judge of the universe, our almighty Father God. We must not continue to judge others. Judging others is guaranteed to give Satan a platform, to cut off God's blessings.
The Thief of Peoples' Blessings
Our enemy and the thief of peoples' lives and goods is revealed to us in John Chapter 10 verse 10. Satan comes to steal the lives of people and the true knowledge of God and His word through lies and deceptions. The demonic hosts steal peoples' talents and their finances and particularly the health of millions of people, even Christians. Satan also kills people before their time, through sickness and diseases, natural disasters, warfare and myriads of different accidents. He is constantly destroying relationships, marriages and causes financial collapses.
Where Do True Blessings Come From
All true blessings come from our Father in heaven, with whom there is no shadow or variance of turning. Jesus came to earth so that everyone could have an abundant, joy filled life. His blessings come in abundance in every aspect of life to all who are willing to repent and believe and trust in God and His word. His love, joy and peace can become the reality of all who are God's children. Instead of having an everlasting destination of hell and torment with Satan, we have an eternal dwelling place in heaven with a loving God, who rewards His children with incredible gifts.
We Must Bless Other People
Romans chapter 12 verse 14 tells us that our job is to bless other people. This may be as little as having a meaningful yet kind conversation. It may also be by helping them with a task at home or in a workplace. It may also be just a hug of encouragement or sharing food or drink or an enjoyable experience. No Christian should ever persecute another person. It is right to tell them the truth and assist them where we are able to do so. Seek wisdom from the Holy Spirit concerning the best way to bless those that you know in the family, your friends at church or elsewhere. Never ever, even in your thought life, curse other people but always seek to bless them. Treating others with kindness and respect will bring a greater flow of God's blessings, into your life.
God's Blessings are Eternal
God's blessings are eternal and are meant to be enjoyed by all of God's creation. When Adam sinned and gave Satan control of the planet, these blessings became for the most part corrupted. Ephesians chapter 1 verse 3 informs us of Gods abundant blessings. We must be thankful to God for His wonderful blessings upon us and for who He really is. The Father of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, is worthy of our thankfulness and appreciation. He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing, in the heavenly realm, in Christ. These blessings far outweigh and outlast, even His blessings upon us, on earth. They are eternal and we will enjoy His wonderful blessings and rich rewards, for evermore.
God Rewards the Diligent
We learn from Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 that God rewards those who diligently seek Him. Everything we do is to be done through faith in God's word and faith in the name of Jesus. A Christian must constantly trust and obey the Lord. They also must seek to please the Father. We must believe that God not only exists but that He will perform for us what He has stated in His word, the Bible. Every day listen to the Holy Spirit for direction and guidance. Be thankful and praise and worship the Lord. Learn God's word, read, meditate, confess and apply God's word to all your circumstances. As you do so you will grow spiritually and God will reward all His children with His richest blessings. Our blessings flow abundantly through walking by faith and obeying His will and purposes. Expect your blessings to flow right now, for as you pursue God's will in your life, they will abundantly flow!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. Our Part In the Blessing
All those who are truly God's blood bought children should see the blessings of God, flow in their own lives, in their family and in their friends as well. Whatever we do that is in obedience to God's word and the directions of the Holy Spirit, God will bless. Each person who is willing to walk in love and is willing to forgive others and keep on praising with thanks to the Lord, will be guaranteed a greater measure of spiritual blessings. However, there will be a greater opposition from the flesh, the world and the devil. Daily and consistently throughout your life, keep learning, reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying God's word to every situation you confront.
What Are God's Blessings?
God's blessings are both spiritual and material and include forgiveness of sins, daily provision of your needs, good relationships with other people and at the end; eternal life. Deuteronomy chapter 28 verses 1 to 9 informs us of the blessings promised to Israel, for obedience, to God's commandments. They were to diligently listen to and obey God's commandments. Christians, today, must be willing to obey God's commandments, as directed to their spirit, by the Holy Spirit. These blessings will come upon and overtake them as they obey. Wherever they went or stayed in city or country, they would be blessed. Their children also would be blessed and their work would be blessed. Those that disliked them or were their enemies would be defeated. The Lord established them in great prosperity. They would be the head or leadership and not the tail, in whatever circumstances they encountered. All depended on their obedience to the Lord and His word.
Righteousness Brings Blessings
How important righteousness is! From Psalm 32 verse 2 we read that blessed are those people in whom the Lord finds no wickedness. They desire to do God's will. They do not hold a grudge against those who have maliciously treated them, in word or in deed. These Christians are loving and forgiving. Their inner person and their thoughts are not deceitful, saying one thing but planning or thinking retaliation, against other people. Righteousness exalts not only people but whole nations, if they obey God's word. They become people blessed beyond ordinary measure.
Blessings Upon the Nation
Psalm 33 verse 12 tells us that those nations who set the Lord and His word, as the foundation of their laws and statutes, will be blessed by the Lord. These are those nations, who are willing to help other people, when they are in distress. These are nations where the word of God, is read from the pulpits and is used regularly in the homes, of many of their citizens. People living in these countries desire and usually are able to obtain blessings and justice from their leaders and from their respective communities and groups.
Blessings Upon Our Health and Welfare
Our health and our security are in the hands of the Lord, both now and forever, for those who trust and obey. An important verse for our confession is Jeremiah chapter 17 verse 14. We ask God to heal us, either before we begin any medical procedure or while involved in any medical procedure or even afterwards. It is always better to have the cure, beforehand. Through faith in the name of Jesus Christ and His word we can know that we are healed. It is in the same measure of repentance, from our sins, that we are saved. Jesus Christ of Nazareth is our praise. Christians must always be thankful that healing is part of their salvation package. They were redeemed and healed, at the same time that Jesus rose again.
Forgiveness Is Paramount
The importance of forgiving others is emphasised in Matthew chapter 6 verses 14 and 15. If we are willing to forgive others their sins, of both omission and commission, which includes reckless and wilful sins, then our Heavenly Father will also forgive us, our reckless and wilful sins. However it is very tragic, indeed, if we are not willing to forgive other people. If we keep nurturing hurt and anger in our spirit and our feelings, then it will interfere with our relationship with God. In the long run, this can result in our Heavenly Father not being able to forgive us our sins. To see the blessings of God come abundantly upon you, then make forgiveness a key attitude towards all those who have said or done wrong things to you, currently or in the past. It will make such a difference to everything you do and receive from the Lord.

<![CDATA[Living In the Wisdom of God -Part 2-3rd February 2022]]>Thu, 03 Feb 2022 04:36:41 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/living-in-the-wisdom-of-god-part-2-3rd-february-2022Picture
Paul Applies God's Wisdom and Knowledge
In Acts chapter 27 verses 21 to 24 we learn about the safe preservation of 276 souls aboard the ship on which Paul was sailing to Rome. God can also preserve you and your family in times of peril and while travelling. Always pray before travelling to your destination, no matter the mode of transport, for God will surely protect those who trust in His wisdom. Paul had originally advised those in charge of the ship to stay in Crete, but they had not listened to Paul. The difference was that Paul was listening to God's wisdom through his own spirit and not the foolishness of men. An angel of the Lord spoke to Paul, that very night, giving Paul the details of how lives were to be saved. This angel came to Paul, from the God to whom he belonged and whom he served. God's wisdom became Paul's portion in life.
Build Your Life On the Wisdom of God
Luke chapter 6 verses 47 to 49 are so important when it comes to your life and your family, having a secure foundation. Everyone who comes to God and listens to and obeys God's words, is a person of wisdom. These are far sighted, practical and sensible people; they are like the man who built his house and his life upon the word of God. His foundation was built deeply and securely on God and His word. When a natural flood of water came and beat upon that house, it did not fall. It was built strongly, just as that man's life was built securely, on the Lord. By comparison the person who merely hears the word but does not practise what the word says is like a person building their house or life on shifting sand. There is no foundation to secure it, so when the torrents of life beat on that house, it collapses. Their destruction can be very great! Always build your life, daily, on the word of God.
Born Again People Can Have God's Wisdom
Born again spirit filled children of God are the only people, capable of spiritual discernment. They are able, through the Holy Spirit, informing their recreated spirit, of being able to know and understand the wisdom of God. This amazing information is found in 1 Corinthians chapter 2 verses 14 to 16. Natural man or unbelieving people can not accept the teachings of God's word, through the Spirit of God. Indeed these things are foolish to these people, because God's word can only be discerned by those who are truly God's children. The born again person is able to judge all things, because the Holy Spirit reveals to their understanding the truths of each situation. These people are spiritually mature and willing to listen to and apply God's wisdom. Whoever is not born again by the spirit of God does not understand the things of God. The Holy Spirit enables our spirit to have an understanding of God's wisdom so that we can be guided in His will and purposes.
You Must Live In God's Wisdom
All who truly desire to live in God's wisdom; those who are born again; will be enabled to do so. It is important to study God's word on a daily basis and to pray for each situation you face, as the Holy Spirit gives you wisdom and guidance. Every morning, first thing, start praising the Lord and thanking Him for His wonderful provision for yourself, your family, your church and also your government and country. Whatever the Holy Spirit tells you to do, do it, immediately! Don't waste time debating it in your mind or with other people. If you follow through on the things of God, you will truly have the wisdom of God, controlling your life situations and not the flesh, the world and the devil.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:

Let Wisdom Be Your Guide
No Christian should ever desire to walk in their own wisdom or that of other people but rather in the wisdom of God. Only those who are blood bought Spirit filled Christians can truly know the wisdom of God. Those that are willing to spend time learning, reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying God's word found in the Bible, on a daily basis, to all of their life circumstances, will be able to walk in Godly wisdom. This wisdom will not only apply to their own lives but also be an aid for helping family members, friends and all who they meet. God's divine understanding will not only help each person to use their talents, to the honour and glory of the Father, but also to make wise decisions in every situation that arises. They will listen carefully to the Holy Spirit's guidance and carry out God's will according to the honour and glory of the Lord.
Wisdom Is the Principal Thing
We read in Proverbs chapter 4 verse 7 that getting wisdom, the wisdom of God, is the most important thing. As we get greater wisdom we also acquire greater understanding of God's word and how to live our life and carry out the work God has given us to do. We become spiritually mature and gain greater discernment. Every day we grow in God's faith and in His knowledge. We read the word, meditate upon it and confess God's word over our daily circumstances. Wisdom will be provided for us by the Holy Spirit, to our spirit, through a greater revelation knowledge of God's word. We will increase not with any old knowledge but in revelation knowledge, direct from the Throne of the Father.
God Establishes and Casts Down
God is in charge of all things. He changes the times and the seasons. This important information is given us in Daniel chapter 2 verse 21. No matter what Satan or evil powers bring upon this earth, God is always in control. The Lord raises up new leaders and casts down former ones of the country and the church. He removes those whom He desires and when He desires. A far more wonderful thing is that God gives wisdom, to those who diligently seek Him. These people are those Christians who are willing to spend time with the Holy Spirit and who then come to a greater understanding of God and His word. They are those also who obey the Holy Spirit's directions, to the honour and glory of the Father, in Jesus' name.
The Fear of the Lord
Psalm 111 verse 10 tells us that the reverent fear of the Lord, is the beginning of wisdom. All those people who do not know the Lord, nor have given their life to the Lord, walk in spiritual darkness. Yes, they may have wisdom in many things of the flesh, but the best way to apply this knowledge, in their daily life, becomes an arena of fleshly problems and failures. Why is this so? Because in this world, we have an enemy called Satan, who is full of deceptive tricks and lies. He can lead any person, but particularly unbelievers, away from the path of true wisdom and knowledge. Those who truly fear the Lord, who are born again children of God, are enabled to have the victory that only God can help people to have.
The World's Foolish Wisdom
Wonderful aspects of God's wisdom are found in 1 Corinthians chapter 1 verses 20 and 21. A man or a woman may have many scholarly degrees and have expert knowledge of the ways of the world. They may have outstanding debating skills but if not securely founded on the word of God, the Bible, will fall into the ditch through pride and their lives will be of useless eternal value. God exposes the foolishness of the world's wisdom by what He has made and done and through the worthless actions of people throughout the ages who have ignored Him and His wisdom. The world has failed to recognise God and His wisdom. God, however, has saved millions of people, through the foolishness of preaching. This has been throughout the ages, for the message is founded on the wisdom of God. We must always build our life upon God and His word, and then we will truly walk in God's wisdom.
Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

The Pharisees Were the Children of the Devil
The Pharisees were constantly trying to undermine the Lord's ministry, while Jesus was on earth. They were in fact false religious leaders who preferred their own ways rather than God's. Jesus tells them who they really were in John chapter 8 verse 44. The Pharisees followed the ways of their father, the devil. Their ways were lives of deception and subjection of the people. Jesus called them murderers from the beginning. They practised lies and deception just like the devil. Satan doesn't stand for truth for there is no truth in him. They also did not stand for truth, because there was no truth in them. The devil speaks lies because it is his nature. The Pharisees did likewise. Both the devil and the Pharisees and even many religious leaders today, lie and speak half truths.
Satan Is Sentenced to Hell
John chapter 12 verse 31 informs us of the judgement of this world. This judgement for evil, comes upon all who will not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. God the Father has placed a sentence of damnation upon Satan and all his demonic hordes. Satan is the world ruler of all who do not worship God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, as their loving God. Satan has already been cast out of God's presence and if people do not repent, so will they be who do not worship the Lord. As God's children we have also been given authority, by Jesus Christ, to cast our Satan. This is against all his evil activities against ourselves, our family, our church or any evil activity against other people. Everyone has free will to obey God or carry out the purposes of the flesh, the world and the devil. The choice is theirs!
Casting Out Satan
There is a wonderful passage of scripture found in Ephesians chapter 6 verses 1 to 18. This passage is for all God's children who desire to become conquerors over Satan and his evil activities. Don't use your own strength or abilities to try to win. Jesus has already conquered Satan and given us His authority to implement His power in our lives. We win in His strength and boundless might. However, we must be willing to put on His armour, in order to win. In doing so we will successfully stand up and beat the devil and his evil schemes, strategies and deceits. We don't fight against other people, not even political powers. Our battle is against the real rulers of this world. These are the spiritual forces arrayed against mankind in the heavenlies. These are the evil supernatural forces of Satan and his demonic hordes. To be really successful you must put on the whole armour of God. You stand your ground based on the foundations of God's word, the Bible and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. You always think, say and perform that which is truthful. You make sure the breastplate of righteousness covers your whole spirit, soul and body. You must equip your feet with the gospel of peace. For whole hearted protection raise the shield of faith. This shield can protect you and all your godly activities and all those whom you know. Upon your head you wear the helmet of salvation and in your hand you wield the sword of the Spirit of God. This is the word of God which knocks out all the fiery arrows of Satan that come to us through false ideas, wicked speech and violent actions. Keep praying the prayers that the Holy Spirit gives you to pray. Keep persevering and making intercession for other people and situations. A fully armoured Christian soldier, clothed with the Holy Spirit and the word of God, will always successfully defeat Satan and his minions.
Submit to God's Authority
If we submit completely to the will of God, we find out from James chapter 4 verse 7, that we will be able to resist all of Satan's power and tactics. We will stand firm and we will resist him and through the Lord's power in us, the devil must flee and he will flee. Each day keep worshipping and praising the Lord. Keep praying with the understanding that the Holy Spirit gives you. Keep learning God's word, reading God's word, meditating upon God's word and confessing and applying God's word to every situation you face in life. Always be obedient to the Holy Spirit's directions. If you keep doing these things you will be guaranteed to win, the battle of life!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
