God in Us the Hope of Glory
What a wonderful hope is found, for all those who are saved, born again children of God, in Romans chapter 8 verses 10 to 15. Your natural body may feel dead because of sin but your spirit is alive because of His righteousness, in you. As the Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead so we also, at the same time, became God's child, when we were raised from the dead with Him. Right now, God's Spirit reigns in our mortal bodies. Our new spiritual nature is now obligated to follow the dictates of God rather than to be involved, in the things of the world. We are not to live according to the impulses of the flesh, the world and the devil. Those who live constantly, in the realm of the flesh, are destined to die, spiritually, to God. If we live, according to the instructions of the Holy Spirit, then we will live, forever. Every person who allows themselves to be led by the Spirit of God, are the true children of God. When we became children of God we cast off the bondage of slavery, unto the devil. We are no longer fearful but have received the Spirit of adoption, as His beloved children. We now joyfully cry out: “Abba! Father!”
God Hears and Answers Our Prayers
We find out about our prayer victory, when reading Romans chapter 8 verses 26 and 27 and verse 34. The Holy Spirit, in our spirit, helps us in our weakness. Often we do not know or understand how to pray for certain situations and also to even know what to pray for. The Holy Spirit always knows the entire situation and how to pray for His victory, in the situation. The Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for human words to convey. He searches the spirits of those involved and promotes the correct response from God. God's answers are always according to His will and purposes and are always the best possible answers. No one can truly spiritually condemn a child of God because Jesus Christ is the One who paid the righteous penalty for their sins. He has now been raised from the dead and we have been raised with Him and are now seated at the right hand or place of authority, next to the Father. Jesus also hears and answers our prayers, interceding with the Father, on our behalf.
The Seal of God's Promise
All born again believers are stamped with the eternal seal of the Holy Spirit. We read about this seal of God in Ephesians chapter 1 verse 13. When we first heard the good news of Christ's salvation, we were willing to believe His word as our own truth. This seal is the evidence that we are indeed, children of God, owned and provided for and protected by God, Himself.
Kept for Eternity
Our God of peace sanctifies us, thoroughly. This we read from 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 23. Our lives are separated from the profane and vulgar things of the world so as to inherit the holy and righteous things of God. This enables us to live pure and consecrated lives, to the Lord. God entrusts our spirit, soul and body, to be kept complete and to be found blameless, at the coming of our Lord.
Let the Holy Spirit Guide You, Today
Every day, early in the day, ask the Holy Spirit, for guidance for your day. He will instruct and guide you as to what is important, for that particular day. Carefully listen to the Holy Spirit and then be prepared to carry out His wisdom and instructions. If only all born again believers, local churches and Christian organisations were willing to obey and carry out this simple but extraordinary and powerful procedure, what a wonderful anointing would be had throughout the body of Christ! All Christians need to be constantly led by the Holy Spirit, bringing honour and glory to the Father, in Jesus' name! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. I am cleansed and washed by the blood, shed on the Cross of Calvary, by Jesus Christ and the water of God's word. I have repented and am forgiven of all my sins and I have inherited eternal life. Praise the name of the Lord, forevermore!”

Listen to the Holy Spirit
Every born again, blood bought child of God, is well able to hear and listen to and obey, the instructions of the Holy Spirit. This needs to be daily, preferably, early in the morning. It is so important for God's children to always be led by the Holy Spirit, for then they have a direct connection with Jesus and God the Father. Each child of God must discipline themselves to read God's word and meditate upon it and also confess and apply it to their daily circumstances as the Holy Spirit gives them greater revelation knowledge. This enables them to be able to carry out God's will and purposes, for their lives, rather than be sidetracked by the deceitful practices of the flesh, the world and the devil. What a wonderful difference this will make to them and to their lives!
God's Holiness
We learn about God's perfection or holiness from Isaiah chapter 6 verse 3. Our God is absolutely holy from eternity to eternity. Everyone who acknowledges who God is, can be filled with His goodness and truth. His glory fills all of His creation. We are made more holy, every day, through the Holy Spirit's revelation knowledge showing the depth of God's word, to our spirits.
Jesus Baptises Us With the Holy Spirit
In Mark chapter 1 verse 8 we learn that everyone, who comes to the Lord and truly repents, is baptised with the Holy Spirit is therefore able to listen to and be anointed with the Holy Spirit, to carry out the will and purposes of God. People, upon repentance of their sins, can be baptised in water and those who are true believers are also able to be baptised with the Holy Spirit.
Becoming a Child of God
We are informed about those people, who have the God given right, to become children of God ,in John chapter 1 verses 12 and 13. All those who have and are and will welcome Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Saviour, have been given the authority and privilege, to become God's children. These people rely on His transforming power in their lives. They become born again, not of blood or the will of the flesh nor of man's natural will but of the divine and supernatural will of God. Their spirit is divinely regenerated by God. They have become spiritually transformed, renewed and sanctified, spiritual beings.
Jesus Sends the Spirit of Truth
To know the truth about God and what He has created and what He does for His children, we go to John chapter 14 verses 16 and 17. Jesus informed His disciples that when He ascended back into heaven, He would ask the Father to send the Holy Spirit, to instruct and empower His children, while on earth. The Holy Spirit would live and reside in the spirit of every born again believer. He would be their Helper, to assist them; their Comforter, able to bring consolation to their spirit; their Advocate or lawyer, well able to establish God's case on their behalf; their Intercessor, who would intervene in their circumstances; their Strengthener, well able to give them supernatural power to continue in His victory; He would also be their Standby, when they required additional overcoming strength and power. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth so that His children would know the deceits and scheming practices of the flesh, the world and the devil. All of God's children would know His empowering and live in the light of God's kingdom. By contrast the world, without Christ living in them, would languish in their sins and the darkness and evil of Satan's realm.
Follow Jesus's Example
Christians need to learn about Jesus' mighty ministry of deliverance, from Acts chapter 10 verse 38. Jesus was anointed and therefore empowered, by the Holy Spirit, during His miraculous ministry of healing, deliverance and salvation. Jesus was anointed with God's great power and so must all believers be, as the true children of God. How much the church requires God's power in her midst, this very day and hour. Because of the anointing Jesus went about doing good. We must also desire to follow in His footsteps. However Jesus withstood great opposition. Where was the great oppression of lies and deceits, coming from? It was the oppression brought about by Satan and demonic forces in the heavenlies. It is the same oppressive power, working in the world, today. However, God the Father, was with Him so that the evil powers of Satan, were overcome. God will also always be with us, if we desire to be like Jesus. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Our Restoration - Part 2 -May 23rd 2023]]>Tue, 23 May 2023 02:44:00 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/our-restoration-part-2-may-23rd-2023Picture
Restoration is God's Way
We read with gladness the prophecy by Jeremiah, from Jeremiah chapter 30 verse 17a. Jesus restored health to His people when He rose from the dead, at the same time that they were spiritually resurrected with Him. People were now able to have complete bodily healing, as well as mental or emotional healing, relationship healing and also financial restoration. All our hurts and wounds are and can be healed because of what Jesus did for mankind on the Cross. His restoration is complete and whole, if we are willing to believe in Him and His word. Every one can now enjoy the mighty work, He has already completed, on behalf of all of His children. Jesus Christ is the absolute restorer and healer, of all mankind.
Jesus Restores Those Who Are Burdened
The Holy Spirit calls to all who are willing to believe, from Matthew chapter 11 verses 28 to 30. Those who are heavily burdened, by life's problems, need to bring them to Jesus. Many people practice religious rituals, that Satan uses to deceive people, instead of basing their lives on the Bible. The Bible is the only true word of God revealed to mankind through the revelation knowledge of the Holy Spirit. The Lord gives refreshment to people's spirits as well as the hope of eternal salvation. We must only carry God's burdens, which are very light, for our Father in heaven is gentle and humble in His spirit. As you bring your burdens to the Lord you'll find complete rest and restoration in Him. The Lord's burdens are easy to bear and created for mankind to be able to live their lives, effectively.
We Must Be Like the Lord
When we repented from our sins and became a child of the living God, our spirit was completely renewed. However, our soul and body were to be restored through the instructions of the word of God, the Bible, and through the instructions of the revelation knowledge of the Holy Spirit. We learn this by reading and meditating upon Romans chapter 12 verses 1 and 2. Christians are to present their souls and bodies to be dedicated to the will and purposes of the Lord. We must not think, say or do as the world does. Every child of God must learn to live holy lives, well pleasing to God. None of us must live according to the superficial values of the flesh and the world. We are to be changed so that we can live mature Christian lives and become like Christ. Our mind is to be renewed by the word of God, focusing on godly values. In doing so our whole mind, will, emotions are transformed and restored. This is to show forth in our lives, the mighty will of God and His purposes. For each of us who do so we become acceptable and perfect in His plan and purposes for our lives.
Look After Other Christians
Each of us can learn about our duty towards fellow believers from Galatians chapter 6 verses 1 and 2. Most Christians, at some time, especially in teenage years and early adulthood, fall temporarily, by the wayside. As fellow Christians, we are to endeavour to restore such people in love, with forgiveness and understanding. There are times also, when we ourselves must also be careful, that we do not fall into temptations, ourselves. Every Christian must learn to gently carry another person's burdens. In so doing we will fulfil the requirements of the law of Christ, the law of Christian love and responsibility, towards other people.
Fully Restored at Christ's Return
1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 23 informs us that our God of peace, will keep us separate from the vain and vulgar things of the flesh, the world and the devil. He will enable us to be set apart and consecrated in Him, for His purposes. Our whole spirit and soul-our mind, will and emotions- and our body will be found blameless when Jesus Christ returns for us and for His body, the church.
We Must Rest in Him
We must learn from Hebrews chapter 4 verses 9 to 11 that there is a full restoration, for all of God's children. Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, has already sat down in His rest, at the right hand of the Father, in heaven. Our God is at rest and we are also enabled to be at rest in Him, forevermore. Our full restoration is now, at this moment, fully complete in Him, once we became His repentant child. Keep resting from your earthly labours and emotional toil, right now! Your rest is complete, in Him.

<![CDATA[Our Restoration - Part 1- May 22nd 2023]]>Mon, 22 May 2023 02:59:32 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/our-restoration-part-1-may-22nd-2023Picture
Only God Can Restore
Jesus came to earth with the divine purpose of restoring all of fallen mankind to a righteous relationship with Him that God had intended man to have from the beginning. At first, Adam and Eve, had a perfect, sinless relationship, with the Lord, in the Garden of Eden. However, they believed the lies of the devil and they then became sinners, with a sinful nature. All of creation was now fallen from God's perfection. Jesus came as our Redeemer to reverse the fallen nature of creation. All who believe in Him and His word, are made whole again and are able to inherit spiritually, that which Adam and Eve had lost. Those who repent from their sins and believe God's word for their salvation are now restored to become God's children and live with Him for eternity.
Isaiah Prophesies Our Restoration
A wonderful prophecy, is made for future generations, for everyone who believes God's word, in Isaiah chapter 61 verses 1 to 3. The Holy Spirit was upon Jesus anointing the Lord, and enabling Him to restore God's people to Himself. Jesus was sent by God the Father, to preach the gospel to the poor and to heal the brokenhearted. The book containing Isaiah's prophecy was handed to Jesus, in the synagogue in Nazareth. Those that were captives of Satan, were now able to be freed. All who were spiritually and physically blind, were now able to see. At this time this became the acceptable year of the Lord and all the oppressed, who received the gospel, would be set free.
Jesus Brings Restoration
In the New Testament we read about Jesus' restoration for His people, from Luke chapter 4 verses 17 to 19. The Holy Spirit was upon Jesus, the Messiah. God had anointed Jesus' earthly ministry, to preach the gospel to the poor and to all the captives of Satan. From this point of time began the full restoration for all of mankind. This promise of restoration became manifest at His death, burial and resurrection. Jesus was then and is now proclaiming, through His children, the favourable time of mans' full restoration to His Creator. From then on and ever afterwards mans' full restoration has been made possible in Christ.
Your Personal Restoration
We are informed about our desire for the joy of our personal restoration or redemption, in Psalm 51 verse 12. Possibly long ago or perhaps only a few months ago, Christians have repented of their sins. We knew, at that moment, we were forgiven. The Holy Spirit now made us a child of God enabled to partake of God's greatest gift of eternal life. At that moment, how full of His love, joy and peace, we became aware! Life had taken on a new meaning. Down the track, because of the trials and various situations, that plague our earthly life, we had learned to become less joyous, even disgruntled, with our life. Amazingly, through God's great grace, whoever repents, can be fully restored. This can happen every day when we read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word to our life's circumstances. First up, early each morning, begin to seek the Holy Spirit's plan and guidance for your day. Your personal restoration and fellowship with the Lord, begins to increase exponentially, with the God of our creation.
David's Psalm of Restoration
Perhaps the most favoured of David's psalms is Psalm 23, sometimes known as the Shepherd”s psalm. Great comfort is given to God's children in verses 1 to 3. The Lord is our Shepherd, who leads and guides us. His blessings flow by leading us into places of peace and refreshment. This is so true of all who hear the Holy Spirit's gentle voice and then obey God's loving and perfect directions. We soon become refreshed and restored in our life, at the point that we are about ready to give up, on our life. He restores our spirits, our mind and our whole being, with His holy word, the Bible. Through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, upon the word, we gain wonderful hope for our future. As we listen carefully and obey, life's paths again will be full of His righteousness and not the slavery, condoned by the flesh, the world and the devil.
<![CDATA[The Parable of the Sower-Part 2 - 16th May 2023]]>Tue, 16 May 2023 02:43:18 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-parable-of-the-sower-part-2-16th-may-2023Picture
Thorns Choke the Word
From Mark chapter 4 verses 18 and 19 we learn about those who hear the word but fail to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil. What happens to them? Their faith becomes discouraged by the worries, distractions and upsets of this world and they don't believe that they can cope or keep on going. No Christian can properly understand and overcome, in this earthly life, without a sincere desire to regularly read and learn the word of God. Each day they need to meditate upon, confess and apply the word to their earthly circumstances and situations. You just can't afford to become fouled up with the desires and pleasures of this world. You must be freed from the deceitfulness and false security and glamour of wealth and fame. When we allow other things, besides God's word, to creep into our lives and those of family members, the word of God, the Bible, becomes choked and barren. The end result is unfruitfulness in bringing forth God's will and purposes in our lives.
The Fruitfulness of Good Soil
In Mark chapter 4 verse 20 we learn of those who hear the word of God and listen to the Holy Spirit's revelation knowledge and are able to successfully apply God's word in their lives. They not only hear the word of God but become abundantly obedient, in their application. The seed of God's word is sown in fertile soil where it brings forth exceptional crops of God's love, joy, peace and righteousness. These people hear the word and confess and apply it so that it brings forth true faith, with amazing harvests of God's goodness. These people take the good news of salvation to a spiritually hungry and thirsty world, that is on its way to everlasting hell and damnation. They accept their responsibility to God, to send forth His word for salvation, deliverance and healing. Their efforts result in great harvests of people in their own city, their own country and in every place on earth, where the Lord sends them. They sow seed that brings forth crops of thirty, sixty and even a hundred times the seed that was sown. We are given our commission, by Jesus, to sow the word of God as the Holy Spirit directs and enables us. Let every born again believer do as they are commanded to do and reach out to others!
The Seed of the Kingdom of God
We learn the nature of the seed of the Kingdom of God, from Mark chapter 4 verses 31 and 32. In size it is so small that it resembles the size of a mustard seed. It appears so insignificant compared with the hullabaloo of the world's fanfare. This noise and loud colours appear as something great at first but its final effect, is so infinitesimal. However, when the mustard seed grows up it becomes greater in size than all the other herbs of the earth. This small seed becomes a tree with large spreading branches, so that the birds of the air, may rest there. In this same manner the kingdom of God grows from insignificance to become the greatest of all the kingdoms of the universe. You are a vital part of this kingdom, of righteousness! Keep on sowing God's great seed on the earth. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Parable of the Sower-Part 1 - 15th May 2023]]>Mon, 15 May 2023 02:30:17 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-parable-of-the-sower-part-1-15th-may-2023Picture
Parables Have Heavenly Meanings
We can read about the parable of the sower in two passages from the gospels of Matthew and Mark. I am going to discuss the parable of the sower as written in Mark chapter 4 verses 11 to 20. Jesus often spoke to the people in parables and even His disciples were perplexed by some of Jesus' meanings. Parables were told by Jesus in His ministry to illustrate a spiritual meaning. They were earthly stories with a much more profound heavenly meaning. Jesus told His disciples, that He had given them, an understanding of the mysteries of the kingdom of God. To others who were not willing to understand the parables, they appear as mere earthly tales.
The Importance of Spiritual Discernment
People may read God's word but only have a mind understanding of it rather than the spiritual. To truly understand you must be born again and have the Holy Spirit giving your spirit revelation knowledge, of God's will and purposes. This we learn from Mark chapter 4 verse 12. Many people hear a message of God's word from the pulpit but they do not really understand what the Holy Spirit wants the individual person to know. Often their attitude towards the Lord and His word can be quite wrong. Unfortunately, they want to exhort themselves and their own ideas rather than to glorify the Father in Jesus' name. Those who truly want to know God and His word will have His revelation knowledge revealed to them.
Understanding God's Word
If you really want to understand God's word and particularly His word contained in parables, then God will show you, if your heart attitude is right. In Mark chapter 4 verse 14 we learn that all God's children, who wish to learn God's truth, will indeed do so. Every part of God's word can be properly understood, if we have an attitude of wanting to know God's truth, rather than just our own opinion and the thoughts of other people. In desiring to know God's truth we will become truly wise.
Jesus Is the Sower
Jesus, who is the word of God and the Holy Spirit, spread God's word, through His born again, willing helpers. It is only through the anointing of the Holy Spirit that the word of God, can be known effectively, in the hearts of people. This is so that they can be saved, healed, freed and completely delivered. This is also contained in Mark chapter 4 verse 14.
Satan Takes Away
The first group of people, travelling upon the road of life, hear the word of God, often very fleetingly. Satan comes immediately unto them and takes away the word that they heard. We read about these people in Mark chapter 4 verse 15. The word that they heard did not have time to take root in their spirits and its effect upon them was soon gone.
The Spirit Is Not Fed
Our spirits must be fed and nourished by the word of God, on a consistent basis, so that it can take root and grow. We learn about these people from Mark chapter 4 verses 16 and 17. Many people only hear the word of God, superficially and either have little time or make little effort to apply the word. Those people receive it with initial joy but their spirits are unappreciative. There is no real root in their lives to support or sustain God's word. The soil is rocky and not fertile. They only last, as believers, for a short period of time. Through Satan and his demons and even the discouragement of other people, the word causes them to be offended. They become upset and displeased with acknowledging Jesus amongst family and peers and as a result they soon stumble and fall away.

<![CDATA[The Armour of God- Part 2 - 9th May 2023]]>Tue, 09 May 2023 03:34:29 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-armour-of-god-part-2-9th-may-2023Picture
                                   The Gospel of Peace
On our feet are strapped the footwear that enables us to stand straight and tall when informing people of God's great salvation. The gospel alone, brings peace and joy to the lives of people and can penetrate to the very core of many ethnic groups and nations. We read about the preparation of the gospel of peace in Ephesians chapter 6 verse 15. We face the enemy firm footed and stable and with a readiness to bring deliverance of peoples' lives, through the good news of the gospel. This means freedom from the darkness of this world, all forms of ill-health and poverty. It can become the portion of all those who readily hear and believe the gospel. Their own lives and their families will be transformed from the darkness and vanity of Satan's kingdom into the light and reality of the Kingdom of God's dear Son, Jesus Christ.
The Shield of Faith
In Ephesians chapter 6 verse 16 we learn about our protective shield of faith. A shield protects a soldiers body, when in battle. When the fiery darts of provocative thoughts and insulting words as well as destructive actions meant to destroy us, come upon us, we raise our shield of faith, for our protection. We must learn the word of God, meditate upon the word, confess the word and apply the word against every thing that is hurled against us by the flesh, the world and the devil. This world is not a safe haven but one of foolishness, hurts and deceits. However, we can be and must be protected from the onslaughts of the enemy, by God's protective shield of faith. The Lord always protects all His children, who willingly allow Him to do so.
The Helmet of Salvation
Protecting our mind, will and emotions is the helmet of salvation. We read about this important piece of armour in Ephesians chapter 6 verse 17a. The Holy Spirit informs our spirit then our spirit informs our soul and body of our protection by the word of God, the Bible, from the evil devices of our flesh, the world and the devil. By learning and knowing God's word we are able to be protected from the harm and the dangerous ways of the world around us. It is so important to learn to refute and overcome the deceitful practices of the world and the devil, at an early age, while we are still young.
The Sword of the Spirit
Our main offensive weapon is the sword of the Spirit. This is mentioned in Ephesians chapter 6 verse 17b. This effective weapon enables us to stand fast and resist and destroy the works of Satan. This weapon is the word of God. The Holy Spirit enables us and anoints us to rightly divide the word of God by faith. We must wield this powerful weapon, on a daily basis, over every wrong thought, word or action that the world, the flesh and the devil, brings against us. Used under the anointing of the Holy Spirit in prayer and in speech, it is the most effective weapon in the Christian's arsenal.
All Forms of Prayer
We must be very specific in all our prayers and petitions, before God's throne. We read about the importance of prayer in Ephesians chapter 6 verse 18. Any real failure in carrying out God's will and purposes, in our life, family or ministry is always a prayer failure. Sometimes it is intercessory prayer, where we pray for specific people or situations. At other times it may be a lack of fervour, in group or corporate prayer. Prayer requires diligence and perseverance, if it is to be effective. As you are prompted by the Holy Spirit, pray on every occasion and in every season of life. Keep all your prayer weapons bright and shining and always be ready to pray. God's answers may surprise you but they will always reap amazing results!
Our Confidence
The confidence of every Christian must be in Christ and His word and in the power of His shed blood. It must never be in other people or based on our situation or circumstances. Remember, always forgive others their sins and iniquities against you. Never let Satan and his demonic hordes use unforgiveness as a weapon against you to try and destroy you. Never have a root of bitterness springing up within you. Use all God's weaponry against your enemy and in Christ, you will always win your battle! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Whole Armour of God -Part 1- 8th May 2023]]>Mon, 08 May 2023 03:03:08 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-whole-armour-of-god-part-1-8th-may-2023Picture
Always Wear God's Armour
Every born again, blood bought child of God, must be ready to wear God's spiritual armour, every day. This is so that we can effectively battle and defeat the flesh, the world and the devil. Satan and his demons are very cunning, cruel and deceitful beings who are always on the lookout to try and entrap all of creation, particularly mankind, into carrying out their evil plots. In order to have full and proper weaponry, to win our daily victory, we must be prepared to wear and use God's armour. His wonderful overcoming armour comes through the power of God's word and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Be ready and prepared and you will win!
Never Fight in Your Own Strength
The majority of people on planet earth are quite content to fight spiritual battles, knowingly or unknowingly in their own strength. Even Christians are often guilty of trying to win spiritual battles, in their own strength. No human being is capable of overcoming the flesh, the world and the devil in their own strength, alone. If only countries would completely rely on God, for their strength, they would win every battle they face. This includes battles against pandemics, physical warfare, mental health, poverty or whatever the current need requires. This same knowledge also applies to families and churches. In Ephesians chapter 6 verse 10 we are told to be strong in the Lord, never in our own strength. We are to draw all the strength and resources, that we require from the Lord, in order to win the battle. Remember, to win the real battle against the enemy, we must be strong in the Lord and in His boundless might.
Where Is the Real Battle?
We learn about the nature of the real and the greatest battle of life, in Ephesians chapter 6 verses 11 and 12. We are to be fully prepared like a fully armed soldier. It must never be half baked but to be ready like a soldier, to win. We must be aware that this is no game or practice session but a battle of life against death. We must be prepared to overcome all the scheming and deceitful tactics of Satan and his demonic hordes Our spiritual battle is not against flesh and blood but against the evil rulers and powers and the world forces of darkness bent on subjugating mankind in all forms of deceit and lies. It is not just against wicked earthly kingdoms and powers but also against the wickedness of supernatural powers, in heavenly places. This world and its atmosphere is full of repressive and evil forces that can only be beaten by the supernatural power of God and His word. Only dedicated, born again Christians, are capable of winning this battle. They can only do this through the anointing of the Holy Spirit and the word of God, the Bible. Any other forms of warfare are doomed to failure against the demonic weapons fighting mankind.
Stand Your Ground
We learn that when we put on the whole armour of God, as directed in Ephesians chapter 6 verse 13, we are enabled to stand our ground, successfully. Christians are to resist Satan and his demonic hordes, in the strength of the Lord, When evil circumstances come upon us we are to resist Satan and keep standing victoriously in the Lord. It is imperative that we stand against all forms of Satanic oppression, whether health problems or financial lack or family or relationship distresses. We must keep on standing, not giving up. Often, the battle is long and fierce but if we keep standing our ground, then we win. Our ground is secure in our convictions, strengthened by God's word in our spirit. God requires us to position ourselves in His might and strength. We stand, fully prepared, immovable and victorious until the battle is won.
Use the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness
Ephesians chapter 6 verse 14 encourages us to keep holding our ground, in the knowledge that God's word is the foundation of truth. To stand also requires our personal integrity and moral courage. We wear this band of truth around our waist. Upon our spirit and our mind we put on the breastplate of righteousness. Our spirit must be upright within us so that our mind, our will and our emotions, as well as our body will follow suit. We must be righteous in our living. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:

<![CDATA[Your Faith Must Act - Part 2 - 4th May 2023]]>Thu, 04 May 2023 03:14:33 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/your-faith-must-act-part-2-4th-may-2023Picture
God's Unmerited Favour
Our faith works mightily through His grace or favour. This is our conclusion upon reading Ephesians chapter 2 verse 8. We have been saved or delivered from the wrath of God that has been and is coming upon the spirit, soul and body of the unrepentant sinner. His saving grace has enabled all believers to escape the penalty of their sins, by faith, anchored and sustained by the word of God, the Bible. This faith must be nurtured and developed upon a daily reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying God's word to all our daily circumstances. This effort must not just be of ourselves but rather through the work of the Holy Spirit, bringing honour and glory to the Father in Jesus' name.
Use Your Armour
We are encouraged to put on the whole armour of God so that we will be able to stand, in the evil day. When warfare becomes spiritually intense, in the heat of the battle, we must determine to keep standing, no matter what the barriers. We learn from Ephesians chapter 6 verse 16 that we must lift up our protective shield of faith, which is the word of God. Our shield protects our whole spirit, soul and body, from the flaming arrows of Satan, the evil one. We have been given victory over all the merciless darts of the enemy for the Lord has won the victory, on our behalf. We become responsible in the Lord for defeating all of Satan's attacks and ensuring that we win the battle. Christians certainly, are not merely bystanders, but must rather be warriors of faith.
He Is Faithful
Every Christian can rest assured, upon the promises contained in God's word, the Bible. We can hold tightly to the confession of our faith because Jesus is completely reliable and trustworthy. This we read from Hebrews chapter 10 verse 23. His word gives us overwhelming confidence in Him, as the Creator of the universe, that He is always faithful. He is well able to uphold all that He has created, to the uttermost. Our trust in His ability as God, means that we need have no doubt that He will give complete victory to us, in every situation we face.
Our Faith Pleases God
The only way that we can please God is to fully trust in Him and His word. We are informed of God's pleasure in Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6. Whoever gives their life to God must first of all believe that God is the Creator and ruler of the universe. This leaves no room for agnostics or atheists. Because He is a good God He is only too willing to reward all His children, who earnestly and diligently come to Him. The Lord rewards us with all kinds of His goodness and blessings. No good thing will He withhold from His children, when they seek Him as their faithful rewarder.
Be As Faithful As Elijah
We learn about the faithfulness of God towards His children, from James chapter 5 verses 17 and 18. Everywhere and at sundry times, God has been and is and will be faithful towards His beloved children. Elijah was faithful towards God and remained obedient to Him. He prayed earnestly and there was no rain for three and a half years because of the wickedness of King Ahab and his wife, Queen Jezebel. He then prayed again and it did rain and the earth was once more able to produce its crops. Our thoughts and our prayers must spring forth faithful actions. The results of our prayers are able to be pleasing to God, when we pray in faith. Our faith is then proven to be real and the answers stem directly from the Throne of God and conveys His will and purposes to us. Keep on proclaiming God's mighty word, through the revelation and anointing of the Holy Spirit because it is truly the one thing that unites the universe with the Throne of almighty God! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Your Faith Is Real When in Action
Real faith only becomes real when people act upon the knowledge of what the Holy Spirit tells them to do. You can think and say as much as you like but faith demands action. There is nothing wrong, at all, with thinking and saying God's word on a consistent daily basis. What is so important is that your spirit is strengthened by the word and is willing to act upon it, in the belief, that God's word will completely put you across. Faith without works is dead. All real godly faith must be based on God's word. However, it must not just remain head knowledge but it must be acted upon, in order, to produce godly results. Every born again believer must be a faith doer of the word of God.
Christians Must Live By Faith
We read that living by faith, was regarded as highly important in the Old Testament, in Habakkuk chapter 2 verse 4. Paul also spoke of the same importance, in Romans chapter 10 verse 17. It is imperative that all born again spirit filled children of God, read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word, the Bible, to all their earthly circumstances. Christians must commit themselves to a sound walk of faith, founded on God and His word. They must demonstrate that the Lord is indeed their true Saviour and provider, no matter how difficult their financial, health problems or personal relationships, may be. They are to give faithful and ample proof to the fact that their faith is absolutely superior to the drastic situations that often apply to them in the world. Some people either don't know the Lord or are too proud to give their lives to the Lord. To walk by faith we know we are well able to defeat the flesh, the world and the devil through the anointing of the Holy Spirit and the word of God.
The Problem of Lack of Faith
Jesus was greatly concerned, with the lack of faith, even with His own chosen apostles. We read about this in Matthew chapter 17 verses 14 to 21. This concern was for a father who had a lunatic or epileptic son. This boy often fell into fire or water. Jesus' disciples were not able to deliver his son. Jesus called all those around Him an unbelieving and perverted generation. Their faith was very small. They didn't really believe God. Jesus then delivered the boy from the demon that was causing the problem. Immediately, the boy was healed. The disciples later came to Jesus and asked Him why they could not heal the boy. Jesus replied that if they had only had faith as big as a mustard seed, they would have been able to do it. They had lacked faith and confidence in the power of God and therein was their problem. Jesus told them that if they had trusted God they could say to any mountain, that they faced in life, to move from one place to another and it would have to do so. Nothing would be impossible to do if they truly believed in the power of God and His word. The Lord exhorted His disciples to pray and fast so that they would have the faith to carry out God's will and purposes.
You Must Believe
To be successful in your Christian life you must be willing to walk by faith and not by sight. We learn about this from 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17. The world has to walk by sight because they only live by what their experiences or their senses tell them. Christians, who have regenerated spirits, can always have direct access to God and His great wisdom and knowledge. .The Holy Spirit informs their spirit and then their spirit informs their mind about the best strategies or understanding, in the situation concerned. If you are not sure about something then ask the Holy Spirit and then receive the real and the best answer, to your problem. As God's born again blood bought children, we must be always willing to walk by faith and not by our own sight and not by the deceptions of the flesh, the world and the devil.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Who You Are! -Part 2-26th April 2023]]>Wed, 26 Apr 2023 03:12:57 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/who-you-are-part-2-26th-april-2023Picture
You Are Worthy !
All Christians, that includes you and me, have now been made worthy in Jesus according to Ephesians chapter 1 verse 11.We have received an eternal inheritance in Christ. As we were resurrected in Christ when He rose again and as He is perfect our spirit or inner person, is now made perfect in Him. It is no longer poor old me! I have been made worthy in Him, through His shed blood. We are to pursue righteousness, not only in our blood cleansed spirit, but also through His word and as the Holy Spirit through our spirit convicts our soul – mind, will and emotions, - as well as our body.
Being Led By the Holy Spirit
Every child of God must be led by the Holy Spirit. This is confirmed by reading Romans chapter 8 verses 14 and 16. It is essential that we learn to listen to our spirit. The Holy Spirit only talks to our spirit or inner person and never directly to our mind. Our spirit will inform our mind concerning the things that God desires in each of our lives. All who are willing to be led by the Holy Spirit are the true children of God. The Holy Spirit testifies with our spirit that we are the children of God. He also confirms that we need to listen as well as obey the holy word of God as He reveals it to us. In this way we can always carry out God's will and purposes, for our life through Jesus, to the honour and glory of the Father.
You Are Healed and Made Whole
According to both the Old and New Testaments, healing and wholeness in spirit, soul and body is yours. Firstly in Isaiah chapter 53 verse 5 and then in 1 Peter chapter 2 verse 24, that Jesus went to the Cross and died and rose again. When He did so He bore all our diseases and sicknesses so that we could live a whole and healed life in Him. It is important to read, meditate upon and confess these verses and other healing verses over your soul and body, each day. Your faith level and the truth of God's word will rise and you will daily experience God's amazing healing power in your life. However, you must be consistent in your confession of God's word for it to be truly a daily realisation of strengthening faith in God and His word. It will always work for all who are grateful for His healing power. This power can also be combined with the healing practices of medicine. Healing is initiated by God, through His word and can be instant, but can also take place over a process of time.
You Are Gifted
In both Psalm 68 verse 18 and Ephesians chapter 4 verse 8 we learn that God has bestowed both gifts and talents upon many different people, particularly His own children. These can be both spiritual and natural gifts. You must believe that you are a gifted person. There is only one “you” in the entire world and there never has been or ever will be, another “you”. Never look at the gifts, often considered very great and wonderful, of other people, but rather learn to appreciate the marvellous and wonderful gifting God has given to you. We should thank Him daily, for His wonderful gifts and talents, given to us. Learn not only to appreciate them but also learn how to develop them and use them for His eternal glory. Knowledge of this will change your whole attitude to your life and allow you to realise the remarkable being God has created in you.
Your Life Is Eternal
Everyone's spirit or inner person, the real you, will live forever. This will either be in heaven in God's eternal presence or else in hell with the devil and all who are unsaved and unrepentant. Live your life on earth to the honour and glory of the Father, in Jesus's name. You will then have attained, through Jesus Christ, the wonderful goal, for which you were created! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

I am cleansed and washed by the blood, shed on the Cross of Calvary, by Jesus Christ and the water of God's word. I have repented and am forgiven of all my sins and I have inherited eternal life. <![CDATA[Who Are You!-Part 1 - 24th April 2023]]>Mon, 24 Apr 2023 03:12:34 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/who-are-you-part-1-24th-april-2023Picture
Purpose of Mankind
God created mankind to be His own special family in relationship with Him. People were created to worship the Lord and to obey Him. As long as they are willing to do this He will provide abundantly for them, bless them and give them wise counsel. God would be their Father and they would be His children and would relate to Him as a family, on earth, should relate and fellowship with one another. Genesis chapter 1 verse 26 informs us that we were created as God like beings. God gave Adam, the first man, dominion over all creation. Adam with Eve, were to have children and their children were to multiply and fill the earth.
God Created Gender
God created Adam first and then later, He created Eve. Adam was created a male and Eve was created a female. This we read about from Genesis chapter 1 verse 27. God took a rib from Adam and from that rib He created Eve. She became the mother of the first children, the boys, Cain and Abel. When Adam and Eve sinned because they listened to Satan and disobeyed God, they allowed sinful natures to enter themselves and to be born in their descendants. No longer would the Garden of Eden produce their food. Adam would ave to toil with his hands to produce their food and Eve would now have trouble in childbirth and be subject to her husband, Adam. The curse of sin had now entered all creation, both man and beast. No longer would their souls and bodies live forever but they would be subject to sickness and eventually death of the soul and the physical body.
Keep Praising the Lord
The chief end of mankind was and is to praise and worship the Lord. This we learn about from Psalm 150 verse 6. Each person and all of creation were created to worship and praise the Lord. However, not all of God's creation, obeyed Him and the majority of mankind rejected Him. They went and are going their own way, ever since. However, God's real born again family have learned by instruction through the Holy Spirit, revealing God's word, the Bible, to learn to praise God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, on a regular basis. It is important to praise the Lord each day through worship and prayer and by reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying God's word under the direction of the Holy Spirit's revelation knowledge. It is important to do this in all our circumstances and situations in life.
Being Obedient
It is so important, to each day, to be willing to overcome the flesh, the world and the devil. To do so we must be willing to be obedient to God's will and purposes for our life. Christians must obey God, rather than men, if men's decrees are against God's will and purposes. Acts chapter 5 verse 20 tells us we must obey God, before any dictate of man, which transgresses what God has commanded in His word. Everyone and particularly every Christian, should obey all the just laws of the land. Only where they directly contradict the word of God, the Bible, should Christians be disobedient; never otherwise.
You Are Redeemed
Galatians chapter 3 verse 13 informs us that we are redeemed from the curse of the law. To be cursed under the law means that you live under the curse which was pronounced upon all God's creation, because of sin and its consequent results. The curse included spiritual, mental and physical death, sickness and disease, emotional disturbances, poverty and lack. No longer are blood bought children of God, under the curse of spiritual death nor need they be under mental and physical want. All Christians, who have repented of their sins, have been awarded everlasting life and overflowing health and abundance of earthly life, if they truly obey God and know His word and follow the directions of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, took the sin penalty for every person, when He died on the Cross at Calvary then rose triumphantly from the grave. When we allowed our flesh to be crucified we also then rose again and were resurrected with Him for evermore. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Our Freedom Is Through Jesus
Our eternal freedom is secured through trust in Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal Saviour and His shed blood. We read about this freedom in John chapter 8 verse 36. Whoever believes in Jesus as the Son of God, is set free from the woes of this finite life to the joys of now and eternal life. Christians are diligently, every day, to read God's word, the Bible and meditate upon, confess and apply its words to all their life's situations. Doing so will set them free from worry, doubt and unbelief. This will also allow the Holy Spirit to teach their spirit or heart how to inherit a freedom and peace that they would not know otherwise. Everyone can also develop a faith and a knowledge of God and His word while travelling upon their earthly road. Spending time with the Lord in prayer and knowing Him and His word is essential if we are ever going to experience real freedom. As we do so there is no doubt that perfect freedom will be ours for now and into eternity.
The Mission of Jesus Upon Earth
We learn about the true mission of Jesus, when He came down to earth, from Isaiah chapter 61 verses 1 to 3. This information is reiterated for our behalf by Luke in his gospel. We read about the commencement of the fulfilment of Isaiah's prophecy in Luke chapter 4 verses 18 and 19. The Holy Spirit was poured out without measure upon the Lord's ministry. Jesus was anointed to preach the good news of salvation through acceptance of Him and the repentance of our sins. All under the bondage of Satan, as his captives, were offered a pardon and forgiveness of their sins. Those who were blind and living in darkness could now see, spiritually, as well as all who were physically or mentally sick or impaired ,could now be healed. Those who were oppressed or downtrodden, bruised or crushed, could have their spirits and souls, revived. It was now the beginning of the time when all this mighty restoration of mankind, since the fall in the Garden of Eden, would now begin to take place.
Jesus Always Did the Father's Will
Jesus tells His disciples, on the top of the Mount of Olives, of His great earthly commission. It is to preach the gospel, as recorded in Matthew chapter 28 verses 18 to 20. This is the same commission that is given His blood bought children, down through the past twenty centuries and is absolutely valid in our technological society of today. All power and absolute rule has been given to Jesus, by the Father, after His resurrection. It was power to tell the world's people of what He has done for them. Jesus then immediately delegated His children to go to the entire world with His resurrected power. This was to make disciples of all nations and help people to learn about Jesus and to believe in Him and to obey Him. They were to be baptised into the body of Christ in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They would be empowered to overcome all obstacles in Him and Jesus would live within them with the anointing of the Holy Spirit. By trusting in Him they would be well able to overcome all the evil devices of the flesh, the world and the devil. They were to found their earthly victory upon the word of God, the Bible and through the empowering of the Holy Spirit. Those who were obedient and did as the Lord commanded them, would be mighty overcomers for all eternity! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[What Did Jesus Do? -Part 1 - 17th April 2023]]>Mon, 17 Apr 2023 04:03:49 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/what-did-jesus-do-part-1-17th-april-2023Picture
                                         How Did Jesus Do It?
Every healing and every miracle that Jesus did was through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. How do we know this? We know because the word of God, the Bible, tells us so. Every Christian is able to do the work of the Holy Spirit because of God's anointing upon them. Without the anointing, whatever prayer or deed that they will do, will not bring glory to the Father, in Jesus' name. All of God's work must be carried out, as the Holy Spirit wills. It is the anointing that breaks the yoke. No amount of praying or personal effort, will ever supplant the anointing of the Holy Spirit!
What Did Jesus Do With the Anointing
We read about the anointing taking place, when Jesus was baptised by John, in the Jordan River. In Acts chapter 10 verse 38 we are told that Jesus was able to carry out His mighty works as a man, through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The Father anointed Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, with God's divine power. Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. Most sicknesses are an oppression from Satan upon a person's body or mind or spirit through Satan himself and evil spirits. The anointing of the Holy Spirit, imparted through a gift of healing, is able to break off the demonic yoke. It may be by a minister of the Lord praying for a sick person or by the person praying for healing for themselves or by direct use of God's word, God's anointed word and the anointing imparted by the Holy Spirit work together to enable God's healing to occur. This anointing for healing may be administered by the laying on of hands or a special gift of healing or through the anointed word of God.
Jesus Used the Word
Jesus used the word of God, the Bible, to refute the temptations of Satan, in the wilderness. We read about these temptations in Matthew chapter 4 verses 3 to 10. Satan first tempted Jesus to make food from the stones in the wilderness. Jesus quoted, in reply to Satan, from Deuteronomy chapter 8 verse 3 that man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Next the devil took Jesus to the pinnacle of the temple, in Jerusalem. The devil then asked Jesus to throw Himself down for the angels would take care of Him. Jesus then replied from Deuteronomy chapter 6 verse 16 that no one should test the Lord, their God. In the third temptation the devil then took Jesus up into a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendour, in a moment of time. Satan was willing to give these kingdoms to Jesus if He would bow down and worship him. Jesus replied from Deuteronomy chapter 16 verse 13 that Satan and everyone else, were to worship and serve God, alone.
Jesus Fasted
Jesus delivered and healed a boy suffering from epilepsy in Mark chapter 9 verses 17 to 29. The boy had been overpowered by a demon, who first threw him into the fire and then into water. The disciples were unable to cast out the demon because of their unbelief. Jesus then rebuked the unclean spirit. This was an unclean demon causing deafness and muteness as well as epilepsy. When the boy was healed and delivered, the disciples later asked Jesus, why they could not do it. He replied that the power to deliver this boy from demons, came through prayer and fasting before the Father. Jesus had already proved that He fasted, by doing so in the wilderness, for forty days and forty nights. Fasting enabled people to believe, by faith, in God's word. It is the most powerful tool along with prayer. Jesus will empower all who truly believe to be able to do the same as Jesus did.
Jesus Speaks of Forgiveness
In Matthew chapter 6 verses 14 and 15 Jesus clearly outlines, for all those who willingly follow Him, the importance of forgiveness. We are to forgive others their trespasses against us just as He willingly forgave us our sins and trespasses against God. Often these trespasses are reckless and wilful but we must be willing to forgive others, even as God, our Father in heaven, has willingly forgiven us our sins and trespasses. If we don't willingly forgive others our penalty will include hurt and anger, which will impact upon our relationship with the Father. The result will be unforgiveness for all the trespasses that we ourselves have not repented of. It could ultimately bar us from our eternal inheritance. Forgiveness is so essential, for everyone, who is a child of the living God. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Jesus Is Coming Again -Part 2 - 13th April 2023]]>Thu, 13 Apr 2023 03:34:04 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/jesus-is-coming-again-part-2-13th-april-2023Picture
The Great Apostasy
There will be great apostasy, and there is, from the real faith of God's word, throughout the world in the final last day. We read about this from 1 Timothy chapter 4 verses 1 to 4. Much false information rather than a correct knowledge of God's word, as revealed by the Holy Spirit, will be expounded from church pulpits by many false teachers and preachers. These men will beguile the ears and minds of those who don't want to believe the truth. During the last thirty years we have seen an accelerated turning away, by many so called Christians, of believing God's word. Therefore if people don't believe God and His word, they become spiritual faith dwarfs, not being able to really believe that God will heal them, provide for them or protect them.
Be Ready for His Coming
Despite many upsets in life to many people, including wars and rumours of wars in diverse places most people keep doing there own thing instead of living a life that is pleasing to God. Luke chapter 12 verse 40 has important information for all who are expecting the soon return of the lord. Every born again believer is to be continually ready, for the return of the Lord. We do not know exactly when the Lord will return. But it is very soon. He could return at a time when you least expect it. Many millions of believers, over the past two thousand years, have gone to be with the Lord when they were sleeping or carrying out the normal things of life. Others went in more tragic circumstances such as warfare, accidents or illnesses. However the great return of the Lord, for all those who are alive on earth at the time, will also occur at a very unexpected time. The key for all of us is to be ready. What does it mean to be ready? Readiness is when you are obediently carrying out the will and purposes of the Lord, no matter how old we might be. These same people are also looking forward to His soon return.
Not Everyone Will Be Ready
We read about the predicament of unreadiness in Matthew chapter 7 verses 21 to 23. There will be many people in the church and elsewhere doing there own thing rather than the will and purposes of God. Those that are doing so will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Many people will say to the Lord in that Day that we prophesied in your name and even cast out demons in your name and furthermore carried out many miracles with acts of healing in Christ's name. To all intents and purposes, to the world and casual Christian observers, they appeared to be carrying out God's will and purposes. Despite this the Lord will declare to them that He never knew them. Even much worse was to come. He banished these people from His eternal presence. For they disregarded what His word said and carried out there own deeds. They were counted by the Lord as carrying out wicked acts because they promoted themselves rather than God and His word.
Jesus Will Return in the Same Way
We learn that the disciples were gathered together on the Mount of Olives, near Jerusalem, when Jesus left them and ascended back to heaven in His former glory. This we read in Acts chapter 1 verses 9 to 11. As they kept looking intently into the sky two angelic beings approached them. They said to them, that Jesus who had now gone back to heaven, would return in the same manner or way as He had ascended into heaven.
Heedless of Christ's Return
We learn from Luke chapter 17 verses 26 and 27 that just as in the days when Noah preached to an unrepentant people, things would be very similar in life in many parts of the earth, today. People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage until the day that Noah and his family entered the Ark and the flood came and all outside the Ark, were destroyed. People were heedless then of Noah's message from God, of repentance as much as the world is, today. They kept on buying and selling merchandise and planting and building and carrying on business as usual. These people completely ignored and defied Noah's preaching, until it was too late. Let us not be like them but rather keep studying God's word and listening to the Holy Spirit as the great and glorious Day of Jesus' return becomes the reality of our life. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:

<![CDATA[Jesus Is Coming Again!-Part 1-10th April 2023]]>Mon, 10 Apr 2023 04:16:27 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/jesus-is-coming-again-part-1-10th-april-2023Picture
Review of End Times
Jesus is coming again and considering the wicked shape the world is in right now and the biblical indicators of the world just before His return, we can be strongly assured that His return is very close. Many people think that it is just a few years and certainly no longer than a few decades, before this present world is wrapped up for good. The important thing for all Christians and the world, at large, is to be ready for the Lord's amazing, yet without doubt, return. He said He would return and the indicators of His return are now more than ever being witnessed by the world around us. There are many diseases and pandemics and climate disasters occurring as well as a population explosion that the world has never before seen. In the past one hundred years the world's population has more than quadrupled from less than two billion people to more than eight billion. To top it off there has been and incredible development in technology and communications that is unprecedented in world history. An important aspect of these very last years is that there are many more people, in many countries around the world, who are now giving their lives to Jesus and awaiting His soon return. This is a move by the Holy Spirit convicting people of sin, righteousness and judgement, that has never been so worldwide.
Signs of the Last Days
We read about the perils of the last days from 2 Timothy chapter 3 verses 1 to 7. Paul informed us about certain specific facts relating to these days. They will be days of great stress and trouble. Many people today, especially in wealthier western countries are engrossed in making money and building bigger and better houses. So many people are also lovers of themselves and what they can achieve rather than lovers of God. Young people are often arrogant and disobedient to parents and to those who are in authority. It is becoming more common for people to behave in uncontrolled reckless ways. Some profess to know God but their conduct nullifies a legitimate faith in God. Some get involved with morally weak women and perform unrighteous sexual acts to gratify their flesh. Many spend much of their time developing their minds at the expense of their spirit and profess that they are well learned. Many of these people fail to come to a knowledge of God's truth and who He is and what He is doing and has done, particularly for them.
How Do We Really Know?
How do we really know Jesus is coming again? As a young man I was part of a group who was ministered to by the pastor at the time during a Friday nights discussion of God's word. A major question was asked by this pastor of the group. The question was; 'How do we know that the Bible is true and that Jesus is coming back again?' We all scratched our heads but as a group we could not come up with the right answer. At last the minister replied: ' Because Jesus said it would be so!' If we believe what Jesus said you can believe His word is true.. In 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 51 to 54 Paul informs us, through the unction of the Holy Spirit, of the Lord's return. Those who are still alive on earth will be raised to meet up with all who have previously died in Christ. At this point we will obtain our new immortal bodies. We will hear the trumpet sound and in the twinkling of an eye or split second, we will be changed. Our mortality will put on immortality: our beings will then have eternal bodies.
Further Understanding
From 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 verses 14 to 17 we learn further details about the Lord's Second Coming. Jesus will bring with Him all those who have died in Him. Those that are alive on planet earth, when the Lord returns, will then join the Lord with the other redeemed souls who died previously. This will happen when the Lord returns from heaven with a shout of triumph and the trumpet of God is heard and all the redeemed will be given their everlasting bodies. All of God's children, who have lived on the earth, will live for evermore with the Lord, with His righteousness, love, joy and peace. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Ministering to the Lord- Part 2- 6th April 2023]]>Thu, 06 Apr 2023 01:34:38 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/ministering-to-the-lord-part-2-6th-april-2023Picture
                                The Ministry of Prayer
Philippians chapter 4 verse 6 tells us not to be anxious about anything. However we are exhorted to pray to God that He will protect and keep us from harm in every situation and circumstance that we encounter in life. We must trust and obey the Lord in order to bring glory to His holy name. In so doing we are ministering to Him and taking our case to Him rather than just keeping it to ourselves or other people. Our lives need always to be full of thanksgiving to Him. Always minister to the Lord in prayer knowing in your heart, that He alone gives us perfect answers.
God's Anointing Is Ours
To read God's word and meditate, confess and apply His word, gives us His anointed power. Using His power to break a bondage in life means we are honouring Him and His word. This means therefore that we are ministering to Him and not trying to do His work in our own power. We learn from 1 John chapter 2 verse 20 that all born again believers have an anointing from the Holy Spirit. This anointing illuminates our spirit and our mind to God's truth and guards our spirit and soul from Satan's errors.
Loving the Lord
In Deuteronomy chapter 6 verse 5 we learn that God has commanded His people to love the Lord their God with all their heart, or inner person, all their soul, which is their mind, will and emotions and all their body and strength. Loving God with our whole being is our greatest ministry to the Lord. This enables us to know how much He also loves us and how much we are required to love other people. Loving God gives our spirit and our soul great joy and peace and makes us realise how good God is. He created us and provides for us and everyone else who is willing to come to Him. This ministry is without equal. It is our supreme ministry, for God is love.
Praise and Worship
When you praise and worship the Lord you are proclaiming to God and to those around you how good and wonderful God really is. He is the entire source of everything that has been created and sustained, throughout the ages. Psalm 22 verse 3 informs us that God is enthroned upon the praises of His people. Likewise, Satan and his demons and the works of the world and the flesh, are dethroned. Jesus, alone, deserves the worship of His people and all creation. Keep ministering unto the Lord in praise and worship, not only in church meetings but also in your own home and family, every day and not just once or twice a week!

<![CDATA[Ministering to the Lord -Part 1- 3rd April 2023]]>Mon, 03 Apr 2023 02:55:58 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/ministering-to-the-lord-part-1-3rd-april-2023Picture
                             How We Minister to God
As God's own sons and daughters we must always be seeking ways to minister to the Lord. We must be willing to give Him first place in our lives, every day. This means from wake up in the morning to bed time at night. Often, even during the hours of sleep, we can wake up and spend time worshipping the Lord and seeking the Holy Spirit's guidance. We worship the Lord in thankfulness for His goodness to us, by our praise and worship in word or song and by loving Him for who He is and what He has and is and will do in our lives. It is essential to be obedient to His will and purposes as revealed to us through God's word and the directions of the Holy Spirit.
Praying and Fasting
At Antioch the church ministered and fasted to the lord. We learn about this in Acts chapter 13 verse 2. These Christians wanted to know that God had appointed Paul and Barnabas, as His missionaries or apostles, to the Gentiles. It was not to just a book appointment but rather a confirmation that they were chosen by God Himself, for this extraordinary task. A similar procedure will be most important when appointing godly Christian leaders, for God's work, in the twenty first century.
Be Thankful to the lord
How thankful we need to be to the Lord for His goodness. This we learn from psalm 100 verse 4. Every person should have and every Christian really does have wonderful reasons to be thankful to the lord. All of God's children have had the burden of sin removed and have been given God's wonderful forgiveness through God's great grace. We can be so thankful for our health and God's gifts to us and for our abilities and talents. We can appreciate God and be thankful for our family and friends and for the good things we enjoy in life. Above all we must be thankful to God for giving us eternal life accompanied by His love, joy and peace, for evermore. In doing so we are thankfully ministering to the lord.
Ministering in Adverse Circumstances
We read about the sufferings experienced by Paul and others, doing the Lord's will in adverse circumstances, from 2 Corinthians chapter 6 verses 3 to 10. They desired to put no obstruction in the way of their ministering. To do God's will Christians often have to endure hardships and distresses. In Paul's experiences this included beatings, imprisonments, riots, sleepless nights, and a great deal of patience in the knowledge and insight of the Holy Spirit's revelations. They spoke the truth by the power of God through God's weapon of righteousness. They fought on amid glory and dishonour and through good reports and evil reports, of their ministry. Often they were unknown as to who they were and at other times, well known. Always they were well known to God and His people but unknown and little known to the unsaved world. Sometimes they were sorrowful and at other times they rejoiced. They were often poor materially but bestowed God's richest gifts on many people. Always they ministered to the Father in the name of Jesus and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Gift of Righteousness - Part 2- 31st March 2023]]>Thu, 30 Mar 2023 02:40:46 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-gift-of-righteousness-part-2-31st-march-2023Picture
Abraham's Righteousness Was Credited to Him
Romans chapter 4 verses 17 to 22 informs us, that Abraham's righteousness was credited to Him, because he believed God and His word. This is the same as all who are born again children of God who ever lived or who are alive on the earth, today. He believe God, that he would be the father of many nations, even when he had no children of his own. He also believed that his descendants would be without number. At this stage of his life Abraham was one hundred years old and his wife, Sarah, was ninety years old and barren. He did not allow his faith to develop into unbelief but he remained faithful to God's promises to him. He was fully convinced that God was well able, through His power and goodness, to do what He had promised him. We must also remain faithful and true so that we can also keep walking eternally in His righteousness that God has provided for all His sons and daughters.
Righteousness Is a Gift
God's greatest gift to man is found by reading 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 21. This gift is the gift of righteousness or right standing through Jesus Christ, our Creator. No one can earn righteousness. It is a free gift given to all who believe and obey God's word. These people are willing to repent of their sins and give their lives to the Lord and thereby inherit eternal life. Christ, who knew no sin, became sin for all unbelievers. This enabled all unbelievers to become the righteousness, of Christ, in Him. All who have done so have become acceptable to God and through God's free gift of righteousness and His great grace we have come into right standing, before our Father in heaven.
Our Redemption Is Through His Righteousness
We read about our full redemption, through our acceptance of His free gift of righteousness,
in Ephesians chapter 1 verses 2 to 14. The Lord has chosen us before the foundation of the world to be His special children through all of eternity. We were chosen in Christ. We were set apart because God knew beforehand those who would accept Him and those who would reject Him. Our fellowship with Him was predestined and we were adopted as His children. We were adopted through His glorious grace in Christ. Christians have redemption and salvation through the Lord's shed blood on the Cross at Calvary. As a result, we were completely forgiven and pardoned, of our sins. In the course of time God is bringing all things in both heaven and earth to acknowledge, what He alone, has done. The Lord has appointed us to eternal life as a full measure of our inheritance. We have put our confidence in Him, to the honour and praise of His glory. All Christians are stamped with the promise of the indwelling Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our guarantee or the first instalment or pledge of our inheritance until our full redemption is eternally revealed at Christ's return. We have been given the full authority of Christ right now, over the flesh, the world and the devil. Keep on realising and understanding that your full redemption and inheritance is now fully secured forever, in Christ.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[The Gift of Righteousness- Part 1- 27th March 2023]]>Mon, 27 Mar 2023 05:31:05 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/the-gift-of-righteousness-part-1-27th-march-2023Picture
Your Right Standing Before God
Every born again, blood washed child of God, has been given right standing, in Christ, before God's throne in heaven. They have all been awarded the free gift of righteousness and it's accompanying gift, of eternal life, with the Lord. No Christian can work their way to heaven. Because they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, by repenting of their sins, then the marvellous gift of God's righteousness has been bestowed upon them, on their behalf. This was enabled through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, on the Cross at Calvary. No one by themselves or any other person or means can do so but it is only through Christ that we can be made righteous.
The Walk of Righteousness
How important is the daily walk of righteousness to all who believe and can be to the world at large? This we learn from Proverbs chapter 10 verse 2. Each Christian must learn to live a life of integrity and honesty. We should not in any way desire any aspect of wickedness or gaining position or wealth through ill gotten gains or charging exorbitantly high prices. In every way we should be honest in our dealings with government agencies and other people, particularly our fellow Christians and family members. Our righteousness, through Christ, needs to be observed by others. Not only for our own sake but also for any person we contact.
The Effect of Righteousness
We learn the effect of righteousness from Isaiah chapter 32 verse 17. First of all we will have peace in our lives. We will not be afraid and will not have doubt in our spirits, for we will know that God is listening to and answering our requests according to His perfect solutions. Our inner person will not have disturbing thoughts but will be quietly confident of achieving God's requirements for their life. They will truly trust God and live in His righteousness. To help us achieve this assurance we will daily read God's word, meditate upon it, confess and apply it to our earthly situations with spiritual understanding, as the Holy Spirit teaches our spirit.
Leaders Must Do Righteous Works
The prophet Daniel interpreted the king's vision in Daniel chapter 4 verse 27. King Nebuchadnezzar received godly wisdom from Daniel's interpretation. How important is this knowledge for all leadership positions whether presidents, kings, governors, heads of government departments, financial advisers, medical professionals, school principals or anyone in a leadership roll in church or government or education or in business. What was Daniel's advice from God? Nebuchadnezzar had to repent from his sins and exhibit mercy and righteousness through a changed behaviour. He was to be especially kind to the poor. If he did so his reign as king would continue in peacefulness, prosperity and healing from past errors.
The Most Righteous People
We learn about the most righteous nation from Proverbs chapter 14 verse 34. That which is right in laws and execution of those laws will enable a nation to be righteous. There are some nations in the world, that treat their citizens more fairly than others. These nations have more spiritual integrity and a more virtuous character. They are always the first ones to help other nations when natural disasters or medical pandemics occur. The opposite is often true when nations have evil or ungodly laws and practises where often the might of the government rather than the truth of God's word, govern the lives of the majority of their citizens.
The Word and the Holy Spirit
The word and the Holy Spirit are the guarantee or first instalment or pledge of our inheritance until our full redemption is eternally secured at Christ's return. This is to the honour and glory of the Father in Jesus name. We have been given the full authority of Christ, right now, over the flesh, the world and the devil. Keep on realising that your full redemption and inheritance is secured forever in Christ. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Go Into All the World - 20th March 2023]]>Mon, 20 Mar 2023 04:15:08 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/go-into-all-the-world-20th-march-2023Picture
God's Command Is to Go
Christians are commanded by the Lord to go into all the world, collectively, to become witnesses of His saving grace. We are to learn from God's word, the Bible, what to tell others that need to know about God's saving grace and about their need to repent and inherit eternal salvation. All who are genuine followers of Jesus Christ must go to their part of the world as faithful witnesses. They may only go as far as their church or neighbourhood or as far into the world as the Lord desires them to go. Whatever the individual case, our job is to let people know that Jesus Christ, alone, is the Lord and Saviour or this world.
Prophesied Salvation
From Isaiah chapter 52 verse 7 we learn of God's long term plan to redeem Israel and the world from their iniquity. It tells us how beautiful is the presence of the Lord. It is He working through His chosen servants who bring the gospel or good news of mankind's redemption. God's word is one of peace through Christ's salvation. This good news is to save all people as well as Israel of old, from the penalty of their sins and for all who repent, the gracious gift of freedom from iniquity and the gaining of eternal life.
Labourers Are Needed
Salvation is available to all who are willing to repent of their sins and accept God's gracious gift of eternal life. However, we find that by carefully reading Matthew chapter 9 verses 37 and 38, there is a major problem. The harvest of the world's souls is great in number but the workers required to reap the harvest are few. Every Christian is called and can be anointed, by the Holy Spirit, to reach others for the Lord but only a few make a real attempt to so so. There are family members or relatives, neighbours, friends, people who attend your local church, as well as many people from overseas races. They can be found even in your own community, to be reached with the gospel. If you're younger and as the Holy Spirit directs, you may be sent to overseas countries to help spread God's word. It all comes from God's command to go, wherever and whenever.
The Great Command
Matthew chapter 28 verses 19 and 20 informs us of God's great command for all his children. Every born again believer who is able is commanded to go and make disciples of all nations. How can we do this? We yield to the Holy Spirit's directions and obey God's word. All of us are appointed and anointed, by the Holy Spirit, to carry out God's great commission. Some of us, particularly in overseas countries, are also to baptise new converts in water. Everyone who is truly God's child, must be baptised into the body of Christ, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. In every situation we are to instruct and encourage people to read, meditate, confess and apply God's word and obey the Holy Spirit in their given circumstances. There will be trials and temptations, even to give up the task, in this sinful world, but we must remember that God is in us and goes before us and never leaves us alone in His wonderful task of salvation.
Signs of Faithful Witnesses
We find God's signs concerning those who are faithful witnesses and faithful followers in Mark chapter 16 verses 15 to 18. Christians are to be willing to go and witness throughout the world to every human being, according to where God sends them. Those that believe are to be baptised by immersion in water. Those who do not believe become condemned to hell. Children of God do as Jesus did. First of all they cast out demons that have prevented people from believing or from being healed in spirit, soul and body. Next they are to be baptised into the Holy Spirit so that they are able to speak in new heavenly languages. They will not be afraid of deadly creatures or demons and they will not be hurt by poisonous drinks. Most importantly of all, they will lay hands on the sick and the sick will recover.
Christ Witnesses in All the World
Just before Jesus was caught up into heaven He commanded His disciples to go into all the world. We read about this in acts chapter 1 verse 8. The power of the Holy Spirit would come upon their spirits, and they would be enabled to witness, about Jesus, in the confidence of His anointing. They would be able to witness to others, firstly, in Jerusalem. This meant in their church and to their relatives and friends. Then they would witness in Judea, to those they did not know, in their own state or country. Next they would witness to people in Samaria or other states or places in their own or neighbouring countries. Finally they would be able to tell others, about Jesus, in overseas countries or any country where the Lord sent them. Today we can do it in person, by means of mobile phones or even through electronic connections of many types and varieties.
The Beauty of God's Missionaries
According to Romans chapter 10 verse 17 God's children are commanded to preach the gospel. They sometimes fulfil the purposes of an apostle or sent one. What great joy and peace God's messengers bring who are sent to preach the gospel or good news. All those who hear and willingly believe will be able to live a new life in Christ, free from the burdens of their sins. They will be able to become inheritors of His gracious gift of eternal life.
Those Who Are True Believers
From Romans chapter 10 verse 9 and 10 we learn about the true response of a believer to God's word. Believers must acknowledge that Jesus is Lord and then they must believe in their spirit- their inner person- not just their mind, that Jesus is raised from the dead by God the Father and that they were also raised with Him for salvation and eternal life. When they do this they then recognise that they have been justified before God's throne, as one of His children. They are freed from the guilt of their sins and they confess their faith before others, therefore confirming their faith.
The Enemies Power Is Broken
There is an enemy who either tries to pervert or stop the preaching of the gospel. His name is Satan along with his accompanying band of demons. We learn about our power over him in 1 Peter 1 verses 6 and 7. We are to be well balanced and self controlled, alert and cautious against him as he prowls around seeking someone to destroy. Our job is to resist him in the anointing of the Holy Spirit and the word of God. We are to be firmly established on the word of God so that our faith does not falter. He taunts us and all of our fellow brothers and sisters, around the world. However, no Christian stands alone but we are well able to defeat his cunningly devised plots. Keep on witnessing, in the empowering and anointing, of the Holy Spirit and God's word, the Bible. You too will have complete victory and deliverance over the flesh, the world and the devil. Remember that Satan's power and all of man's deceits were destroyed by Jesus' death and resurrection. You are a triumphant messenger of witness in the Lord.
<![CDATA[Don't Be Anxious! - February 6th 2023]]>Mon, 06 Feb 2023 05:44:09 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/dont-be-anxious-february-6th-2023Picture
Don't Let Things Get you Down
In life, over a period of time, most people can become very anxious because of adverse circumstances and situations. Anxiety comes from a deep seated root of fear. This can be caused by a fear of failing, in life. Things get you down because they are not working out the way you thought they would. Even for many Christians anxiety can be a major problem. Fear can cause both anxiety and even depression. It can be a fear of one's safety when driving; a fear of not being able to handle your job situation confidently and even the possibility of losing your job position. There can be anxiety concerning having sufficient funds to pay the family bills or that you or your family might catch the latest virus. There also can be fear of marriage or relationship failures. The source of being anxious about any situation occurs when the devil and his demons get hold of your mind and emotions. However those who are in Christ can have overcoming victory in the Lord!
Having Victory Over Anxiety
Your victory comes from reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying Philippians chapter 4 verses 6 and 7 to all your current circumstances. Here we read that we are not to be anxious or worried about any situation that comes our way in life. What are we to do? First off don't throw up your hands in despair but rather reach out to the Lord in supplications and petitions in prayer. Secondly thank the Lord for everything He has already provided for you. Make specific requests regarding your circumstances in life. Always believe that He has the perfect answer. Believe He is already solving the problems you face. When you bring your requests before the Lord, leave them there. When you do so your whole being will be flooded with His wonderful peace. This is a peace that transcends all earthly understanding. Your anxiety will cease because Satan and his demons are defeated by the answered prayers of the saints. These answers emanate from the throne of God.
No Need to Worry
We read with great relief the words of Jesus regarding worry and anxiety from Matthew chapter 6 verses 25 to 32. Don't be anxious or mentally distracted or upset by worry. Jehovah Jireh is your provider and as you surrender your life and circumstances to the Lord, you don't have to be anxious about what you will eat or the clothes you wear or the house or car rental payments. Obey what the Holy Spirit directs you to do and all your needs will be provided for. You must obey the Lord and trust Him to provide for you through whatever source He chooses to use. The Lord provides food for the birds of the air. His children are worth much more to Him than the birds. Jesus also clothed the flowers and plants. Even King Solomon in all his glory, was not dressed so beautifully. As God provides for the needs of His creation, how much more will He do so for His children, who ask of Him? The wicked are always seeking to provide for themselves for they do not trust their heavenly Father.
What Should You Do?
In the same passage we find the answer from Matthew chapter 6 verses 33 and 34. Most of all we are to seek after His kingdom and His righteousness. We must follow His ways and seek to become like the character of God. In doing so all that we desire and need will be given to us. Never ever worry about what might happen tomorrow. What might happen tomorrow will be taken care of by our heavenly Father. Each day has enough concerns and needs to care for. Every day we live on earth can be a day when we thank God continually for His mighty care and provision for each one of us.
You Have Been Given His Authority
An important aspect of overcoming fear and anxiety is knowing the authority the Lord has already given us. We learn about this dominion or power in 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 7. God has not given us a spirit of fear. If God hasn't given us a spirit of fear then it must come from another source. It most surely does! All fear and anxiety emanates from the father of fear, Satan and his demonic hordes. God has given us His power over all the authority and dominion of our adversary, the devil, named Satan. God gave each of His children spirits of power, love and a sound mind. We can use God's authority and power to overcome all of Satan's tricks or wiles to try to make us fearful, depressed and anxious. We have the victory in Christ!
Greater is God in Our Spirit
The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit dwell in our spirit person- that is the real everlasting you. We read about this marvellous power in 1 John chapter 4 verse 4. Because we are God's children we have overcome Satan and his demons and their working through antichrist leaders and worldly situations. How can this be possible? It is possible because God's power in us is far greater and superior to the weapons of the world. It is far greater than doubt or unbelief or fear or anxiety over any of our personal situations or circumstances. In Christ we have overcome the flesh, the world and the devil. Keep on overcoming and casting out fear and anxiety by daily reading God's word, the Bible, and praying to the Father in Jesus' name and praising the mighty works of God in your life. Through Jesus, you are an abundant overcomer!

<![CDATA[In the Mighty Name-January 27th 2023]]>Fri, 27 Jan 2023 02:38:09 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/in-the-mighty-name-january-27th-2023Picture
His Mighty Work
Christians are to be empowered by the holy Spirit and by the word of God, the Bible, to carry out God's will and purposes in their life. We all need to live the life that God alone has created us to live. We find out about this mighty work in Matthew chapter 28 verses 19 and 20. All Christians are anointed by God to share God's word and make disciples of people from all ethnic backgrounds ,as the Holy Spirit leads and guides them. These people are to be baptised in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They are also to be taught God's ways and keep on observing whatever God has commanded in His word, the Bible. Each Christian must be reminded of the fact that God's power lives within them on every occasion or circumstance, they encounter in their life. This power is available to them in the mighty name of Jesus.
Our Empowering in Christ's Name
In Mark chapter 16 verses 16 to 19 we read that those persons who believe in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and are baptised will be saved from God's wrath and judgement. Those who don't believe will be condemned. The true believers will be accompanied by mighty signs, of God's power operating, in their lives. In the name of Jesus they will cast out and destroy the power of demons in the lives of other people. They will speak with new heavenly tongues. Deadly serpents and poisonous creatures will not be able to harm them and they will not be destroyed by poisonous drinks. A most important sign will be that they will lay hands on the sick and in the name of Jesus, those that are sick, will be made well again. These signs are to confirm the validity of who Jesus is and the power of God demonstrating the righteousness of the true preaching of God's word.
Ask in Jesus' Name
We learn about praying in the power of the name of Jesus from John chapter 14 verses 13 to 15. Whatever God's children ask God, in the name of Jesus, He will do it because all power and authority is in the mighty name of Jesus. You must be willing to obey the Lord and His word to be able to know that the name of Jesus will work with the empowerment that it has. Jesus is your healer and your provider, as well as your Saviour. Trusting in His name the power and blessings of God become yours now and throughout eternity.
God's Witnesses
Acts chapter 1 verse 8 tells us that through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and God's word, the power and ability of the name of Jesus will be available for Christians to witness to people of all different ethnic and religious backgrounds. Never attempt to carry out God's work in your own power. It just won't work! You must be earnest in prayer, early in the morning, seeking the Lord's directions and His will and purposes for your life. It must be wholehearted prayer, dedicated to winning the lost. Your spirit must be earnestly feeding on the word of God, the Bible. Each day you must read and meditate upon the word. Each day you must confess and apply God's word so that your prayers and endeavours are wrought in faith filled thoughts, speech and actions. Your prayers are received and answered from the throne of God, in heaven.
Healed in Jesus' Name
Every Christian needs to learn about using the name of Jesus to be an effective labourer, in the Lord's harvest. Peter and John went into the temple possessing only and needing only, the name of Jesus. The account of the healing, of the lame man, s recorded in Acts chapter 3 verses 1 to 13. Peter and John went into the temple, in Jerusalem, at 3.00 pm, the hour of prayer. A lame man was begging for alms at the Beautiful Gate. He asked Peter and John for money. Peter told him to look on them. The man looked at them eager for a gold or silver donation. Peter told the man that they had no silver or gold but they did have the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Peter seized the man's right hand and commanded him to stand up, in the name of Jesus. Immediately his feet and ankles became strong and he stood up and went into the temple, leaping and praising God. People saw him and recognised him as the lame man that had for a long time, been begging alms. They were filled with wonder and amazement at the miracle. Peter told them that it wasn't them that had performed this miracle. Who or what was it then? It was faith in the name of Jesus that had enabled this man to rise up and walk. This miraculous feat, was not just for the apostles of old but it is always available to all of God's blood bought born again children who are willing to believe and act upon the faith that comes to those who truly believe in the mighty name of Jesus.
No Other Name
We learn from Acts chapter 4 verse 12 that there is no other name by which a person can be saved. This is the name we must use in every situation, whether healing, finances, family situations or personal circumstances or whenever or whatever. It is faith in the almighty name of Jesus that rewards us with His wonderful victory. No other name has been given to people to use. By it the Father is glorified through His only begotten Son, Jesus. There is no other name so wonderful or as powerful, in all the universe, as the name of Jesus. Go out and use that name in your life, today, knowing it will achieve marvellous results!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Repeat Daily:
I am a child of God. I am a believer and not a doubter. I live by faith each day, obeying the directions of the Holy Spirit and the revelation knowledge of God's word. <![CDATA[What Is Your Destiny? -January 23rd -2023]]>Mon, 23 Jan 2023 02:39:50 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/what-is-your-destiny-january-23rd-2023Picture
Where Are You Going
At the moment you may be walking the dog or be huddled by a fireside or heater or driving your car to work or to visit friends or relatives. Everyone is always involved in some activity much of the time. However, there will one day, come a final cessation to all earthly endeavour. No one knows exactly when this will occur. The important aspect of each person's life is where is their destiny, what is their final goal, what each person is really trying to achieve with the life that God the Father, has given them? He, alone, is the Creator of all we know and see and hear. After life is finished on earth there are only two possible destinations- heaven or hell.
Only Boast in the Lord
We learn about the ruler of the universe from Jeremiah chapter 9 verses 23 and 24. People are not to boast before the lord about how great they are or even the great possessions they have. Those who are wise and skilful, are not to boast in their prowess, nor the mighty and powerful in their strength, nor the rich in their temporal wealth and satisfaction. Whoever boasts should only boast in the Lord, who has made their abundant lives possible. They need to acknowledge God, the Creator, who practices loving kindness, justice and righteousness. For these are the things they should boast about.
Jesus Is the Only Saviour
Every person, alive on planet earth, whether they are a president or prime minister or a king or whether they are a child, teenager or unskilled worker, needs a Saviour. The only person who can save mankind from their sins, is Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the only begotten Son of God. We read about our wonderful Saviour from John chapter 3 verses 15 to 17. If you are willing to believe in Jesus and repent of your sins, you will be saved for eternal life, from God's everlasting judgement in hell. Everyone dies physically at some time but your spirit lives forever, either in heaven or in hell. God loves you and every person who has ever lived. This is because you and everyone else was or is or will be His creation. Everyone, except Jesus Himself, who is the Son of God, are sinners in need of repentance. The Lord does not want to condemn you but rather to save you so that you can live with him, eternally, in His love, joy, peace and righteousness. God is a holy and righteous God who hates sin but He loves every person who repents and is willing to trust and obey Him.
All Authority Is in Jesus
We learn from Matthew chapter 28 verses 18 and 19 that Jesus has been given all authority and power and absolute rule in the universe. God the Father gave His Son this power when Jesus arose triumphantly from the grave and defeated Satan and his demonic hordes. He then immediately gave this authority and power to all His children, who repent and believe in Him. They are sent to everyone, in all the nations of the earth and are enabled through the Holy Spirit and the word of God. As well they are to aid others to become His children and to proclaim His gospel of salvation.
Jesus Proved His Love for Us.
Jesus Christ proves His love for us, on our behalf, long before we repented, while we were still sinners. Romans chapter 5 verse 8 informs us of this amazing fact. It is important for us to stop a moment and check where we are going in life. After all our life will not always continue on earth. We have an eternal destiny or deadline to meet. Are we living a life that is pleasing to God or are we wasting our lives with foolish living. Do we have no real regard for God and His plan for our life? No one knows how long they will live. We know that some people live to more than a hundred years while others don't even reach twenty years. It is high time each person repents and is willing to follow the Lord by being obedient to what Jesus has clearly outlined in His holy word, the Bible.
Being Led by God's Spirit
To be able to be effective Christians we must be willing to be led, by the Holy Spirit. We read about this in Romans 8 verses 14 to 17. As born again, blood bought children of God we must follow the Holy Spirit and each day read, meditate upon, confess and apply God's word, to our daily situations. In so doing we are well able to overcome our own flesh, worldly circumstances and the devil's plots to confuse and bind us. We are no longer slaves but we are to walk in the freedom that God gives to those who trust and obey Him. We know we are believers because the Holy Spirit confirms with our spirit, that we, indeed, are God's own children. As a result, we are inheritors with Christ, of our God's riches and mercy. Daily we also share His sufferings but also partake of His glory. When we leave this earth we have His eternal freedom and blessings in Him, forevermore. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

<![CDATA[Becoming a New Person -January 16th 2023]]>Mon, 16 Jan 2023 02:52:27 GMThttps://newapostlesvoice.com/blog/becoming-a-new-person-january-16th-2023Picture
The Desire to Become Like Jesus
Everyone who repents of their sins and has a genuine acceptance of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, becomes a child of God and their renewed spirit has become an entirely recreated person. This new person desires to follow Jesus and to be obedient to Him. It wants to cultivate and grow their new person, in relationship with the Lord, by daily reading, meditating upon, confessing and applying His word to all of life's situations and circumstances. This new person also wants to pray and believe by faith that God is and will answer their prayers. Their desire is to become someone willing to learn more about God and His word and also learn to become, day by day, more like Jesus.
Forget Past Sins and Mistakes
All those who become God's children must learn to forget their past hindrances, mistakes and even wilful sins. We learn from Isaiah chapter 43 verse 18 not to keep thinking about former things or our old lifestyle. Sure we all did wrong but we must not keep thinking about the former things for they will not help us one bit. In fact these things will prevent us from growing into mature Christians in Christ. The flesh, the world and the devil have a bad habit of keeping people chained to their past. Jesus has freed us and given all who believe, a new life of liberty, in Him. All our past mistakes were washed away through Jesus' shed blood on the Cross, when we repented of them.
Thinking Good Things
In Philippians chapter 4 verse 6 we learn how to have victory over our mind and our emotions. Every believer is to think about things that are true. Don't take on board the opinions of other people, unless it is based on God's word, the Bible. We are to think about things which are honourable and respectful about other people. If something is honest we are to think about it. Only think pure and wholesome thoughts that edify and are not sexually orientated. Think about beautiful objects in nature or in art or in music and particularly that are part of God's creation. Think about good reports that are well worthy and desirable to be part of our godly lifestyle. Anything that is worthy of praise and has spiritual value must be our guide to having a clean and honourable mind.
Christians Must be Lovers
Christians are exhorted to love. Matthew chapter 22 verses 32 to 40 tells us to first love the Lord our God with all our heart or spirit, all our soul or mind and all our strength or body and to love everyone else as we would love ourselves. All God's words and commandments are founded on these premises. We don't just love those who love us such as family, relatives and friends but everyone we know and meet. We must have a loving attitude. It is imperative for Christians to love other people not just with human fleshly love but with the love of God, which surpasses all earthly understanding.
You Are a New Creature
We read in 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17 that when we repent of our sins and ask Jesus to become our Lord and Saviour, our spirit person is recreated by God to become an entirely new creature. We are now a child of God and henceforth a citizen of heaven- reborn of the Holy Spirit and the word of God. Our old ideas, both spiritual and temporal, have passed away. Instead of only serving ourselves we now have a growing desire to do God's will and purposes and to be genuinely involved in helping others. In particular, we desire to share the gospel with them so they also can live a life of fullness and wisdom, in Christ.
Living Life in the Spirit of God
Reading Galatians chapter 5 verses 22 to 25 we are informed of how to live according to the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. For every Christian it is so important to develop the fruits of the Holy Spirit, in our own spirit. All the fruits represent living an unselfish life towards God and other people. The fruit of greatest importance, is love. Everyone needs and responds to genuine unselfish love. The next fruit is joy. This is not just happiness because of good things and good circumstances but rather an inner bubbling up of thankfulness towards God and His life in us. We want to be good and to be faithful in all that God and others give us to do. Gentleness towards others is how we learn to live. Over time we become more self controlled concerning our thoughts, speech and actions. We are beginning to mature in God's way of living. Our sinful nature is being crucified so that we can more readily serve the Lord and other people. Rather than just living our life by our former passions and desires.
Passing from Death to Life
Our new life in Christ is enabling each one of us to walk the eternal pathway of life. This we learn from 1 John chapter 3 verses 14 and 15. All God's children have passed from eternal death to everlasting life. Their future is love, joy and peace, through Jesus Christ, to the honour and glory of the Father. Jesus has destroyed the works of the devil and has given us His authority, over the devil, to do the same. Those who do not love God and His word live in eternal spiritual death. How do we know that we have passed from death to life? It is because we love all our fellow brothers and sisters with the assurance of God's kind of love. Those that hate other people are murderers and God's love is not in them. No unrepentant murderer has eternal life abiding in them. Keep on walking on the eternal way through faith in God and His word. God, as the Creator of the world, guarantees His pathway for all His children, for evermore. Always trust and obey Him. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Repeat Daily:
